Excellent service. We were there today to ship priority package. There were some issues with their system. But, Garrett who was helping us, did not give up and got the job done. Good job Garrett !!!

If there were zero stars, I would give it. Kerry, their Asst. Store Manager is one of the least helpful individuals I have ever dealt with. Avoid this location if you can. Even FedEx as a company. There are many other options.

I needed to make a few potentially tedious copies ( multiple documents, front and back needed on one page, etc.) and Calvin was so incredibly helpful and taught me about a really cool new feature that made the process I needed so easy! I was in and out in no time and my copies look great. Thank you Calvin!!Employees are all wearing masks, hand sanitizer is only available to customers and the door is, as usual, very clean and well-kept. I would highly recommend this location!

I was trying to get a package delivered. I didnt know who it was being shipped by. When I called this location, I was told as long as the package said Hold for and my name, there would be no problem. I even stopped by and provided the information as who it was being shipped from. Once again, I was reassured that there would be no problem. I went to this location today to pick up the package and found out that they refused the delivery. The senior manager, who was female, told me to get over it and they have every right to refuse it. That is horrible customer service and I wont ever use this location again. They need to have clear and consistent communication with their customers and need to communicate that information up front and NOT to send people on a wild goose chase when it comes to package delivery. The customer service here for package delivery is horrible and they need to seriously improve that instead of telling someone to get over it and basically screw off.

I go there every other day to ship quick convenient and I dont do brown....

Great facility and staff. Appreciate the assistance from the lady working tonight to help me creating the shipping label. She was really helpful and patient. Comparing to UPS store not far away, I would definitely recommend this FedEx store.

Tried to ship a broken TV back to Sony (it was under warranty). Sony provided the shipping label and told me to put the broken TV in the box the new TV was shipped in. Because the box said Sony TV on it, They would not accept the package for liability reasons without charging $50 to put it in a box and bubble wrap it.Told Sony reps, who said this is BS and they had never heard of this before. Taking it to office depot tonight instead.I should also mention that I had to scan a 50 page document the other day. I was going to do it at home, but because 50 pages is a lot I thought id save some time by coming here and using a faster machine.I left home assuming that, since a b&W copy is less then 10cents a page, that scanning, which requires half the work of a b&w copy, would cost the same or less. But no. Its $1/page. This reminds me of when ticket master charged extra for digital ticket delivery for no apparent reason.For liability reasons, Im never coming here ever again and encourage others to do the same.Epilogue:OfficeMax took the TV without issues.

Quick service for package drop-offs.

I had an oversize project printed this week and was able to order it via email. The people I spoke with were all very polite and quick to respond. They originally misinterpreted my request but were very quick to correct it and replaced my prints. Ive picked up packages here in the past as well and had nothing but good experiences.

Majed is a great guy, he went above and beyond to get my documents printed just the way I needed them. All-in-all he spent about 45 minutes helping me. Excellent service.

Employees here are friendly and helpful. The store is clean and they have a great selection.

I will never ship Fedex ... worthless. They dont have their own trucks, they rent trucks. The drivers are untrained. Frustrating at best. Use UPS.

Never had a problem at this location. Counter people were always friendly and helpful.

This place was extremely vital for when we were doing all the design work for our wedding invites, table cards, name cards, etc. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable on what we needed to do to get what we wanted. We saved a lot of time and money by using their services.

The clerk lost my drivers license between the counter and a wall then after attempting to retrieve it for 30 minutes, apparently gave up. Her manager and coworkers continued to look but gave me an attitude. 3 hours later I got my id back without an apology. Horrible customer service from several employees and the manager.

I always get good service at the FedEx Kinkos in Eagan. Sivas review was a little over the top--probably the same kind of guy that has a lot of road rage when hes driving around!
