Came in for 12 noon appt and they haven’t even put me at the dock yet at 5:30pm. The office check in staff simply ignore you and don’t give you any information on when you will get loaded.

Got an expedited load shipping from here arrived at 1800, its 2030 still not loaded. Broker expected load to be 15 minuets. Its now Impossible to deliver this on time.
