The whole staff was extremely helpful especially Ron and Aaron who made the experience smooth and seamless. 10/10 recommend this location, and is by far the best discount tire out of many that I’ve been too. I was even able to get a tire replaced on warranty for a concerning gash that other discounts wouldn’t accept. Awesome service!

They did a good job providing balancing and mounting of mud-terrain spare tire.

I called on a Tuesday and talked to a gentlemen by the name of Robin. I asked him if they had a particular tire for my truck. He was one tire short on completing the (6) tires I needed. He told me he could have it by Thursday and he would call me. He called me on Thursday and said that the tire was there. I went on Saturday to have them replace the tires. Robin went outside to greed me and they took the truck and about 45 minutes later the truck was ready. While I was there I notice how polite, courteous and knowledgeable the employees are. I will come back when I need tires for other vehicles. GREAT TEAM!!!!!!!!!!!!Thanks

Were able to help me replace a tire after it blew out. Discussed methods of getting pro-rated for the manufacturers warranty and some of the difficulties working through the online store. But the supervisor politely explained everything and was willing to work as the go between the store and online. To make your purchases easier, I recommend giving the online store a call if you need to get your tires pro-rated. Extremely professional, would repeat business.

Best service ever!!! We were greeted outside and the man took a look at our vehicle before going back inside. We were giving options on what kind of tires to put on our vehicle, and this gave us a choice on price. The tires will be guaranteed and can be fixed at my local discount tire, shall anything happen to them. The staff looked very kind, store was very clean and garage was more than organized. I would recommend this tore place to everyone. Most local shops in eagle pass can not offer such fast and dependable tire service. Any work my tires may need in the future is free. We will definitely come here anytime we are in town.

I stopped by since my mothers truck had a leak on the rear right tire. We had aired it a couple of times but it wouldnt retain the air. I went by Discount Tire today and found out they dont charge for tire fixtures if they can repair it. The tire had what looked to be the tip of a pen stuck in it and it was causing the tire to lose air pressure.

I went for a movement in the back of my car thinking it was a rolling problem. The tires swayed but the movement continued. I went to another store and put some new tires on and the problem was fixed. Those that were balanced were damaged. They must have realized that. I believe, right? The same is not a bad store. And the prices are competitive.
