No receipt given on purchase and tried to return and item and the cashier/ assistant manager making a big deal out of it . It was them who didn’t give out a receipt and now are being so rude . Will report to their head quarters . Besides I’ve notice the rude customer service to other customers

Ive been to Auto Zone numerous times. Ive always found what I needed, but the customer service hasnt always been that great. That changed yesterday. I was attended by Stephanie. She was courteous and knowledgeable. Five stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 for customer service.

Autozone is a great place to go for parts when u need them the most. Ive had battery problems or light problems n they have just what I need. I have one near by the house n one by HEB is at. They have very good tools n accessories to help u vehicle keep on running.

The Auto Zone next to Heb on Main Street has helpful employees but sometimes they get slow in helping you.

Poor customer service. Employee told me he would be back with something and left me outside stuck for 45 minutes and he knew we were out there. Don’t do business here I suggest the one on el Indio Highway much better service.

I was having battery problems. They diagnosed the battery, sold me a new one, and the clerk helped me install it. Everyone was super polite as well.

This is the worst Location I have ever been to. I have gone into here based on pure nessesity, ONLY. Never again. This last trip.Not only did I wait in a line for almost an hour, while the only staff memeber chated with a guest, despite the line. Once I made it to theservice member they apeared to have no idea what I was talking about. Finally they started looking for my part to mearly stop as begin helping some else. Never go to this location.

This Auto zone next to HEB has the parts I needed. The other AutoZone on El Indio never has what I need.

The manager walked away from my grandmother and I( recovering from surgery) after handing us a heavy compressor I asked for him to carry to our car and he just ignored me so my grandmother had to carry it. All the employees were eating and playing im the back.
