Loved the customer service and attention I received purchasing my truck. I didn’t even have to go in or miss work especially not waiting at the dealership for all that paperwork they do. It was all handled and my truck was delivered to me. What can be easier. Carlo Vara did an excellent job. I highly recommend!
The customer service representative was very friendly and polite. I dropped off my vehicle as they were opening, and she was very up beat and cordial.It did not take very long at all for the technician to finish with the oil change for a 3500 dually. I got the call it was done before lunch time. I can say that I was very pleasantly surprised.
Im not used to having to ask for updates on maintenance, especially when the service takes over 3 hours. Additionally, I brought up a slow air leak in one of my tires, the service rep told me they did not find anything. I had to bring the truck back and they found a nail, needs more attention to detail, especially when a customer points to an ongoing issue.
I’ve never had problems. But these last visit was very unsatisfactory. Had an appointment at 9, should up a little early and my vehicle was t ready till almost 11:30. I understand vehicles were ahead of me but almost a 4 hour wait was very unacceptable.

Truck was taken in for an oil change a week prior, tech observed noise coming from the front brakes which I also thought was unusual for a new vehicle. Stephanie suggested the truck come back for a thorough inspection.
Incompetent staff. Went in due to a check engine light at an 8:00 AM appointment, by 5:00 PM, staff still could not tell me what was wrong with the vehicle. I was told to leave it overnight, without even being accommodated with a loaner vehicle. The following day, I had to continuously call for updates on my vehicle since I was not getting called by staff, even after being promised to be updated by certain times. When I asked what the diagnostic test said was wrong with my vehicle, I was told it takes days to run a diagnostics test. I was in the month prior for the same thing and was in and out in an hour. Also, for some reason staff believed I needed an oil change even though the vehicle had over 40 percent oil. Staff then tried to say oil changes are recommended at 60%, which is simply not true. I hate coming here but unfortunately I dont have a choice.

Bad customer service I bought car from a great salesman but the service department are TERRIBLE! They never have a borrower car so if your vehicle decides to have a malfunction make sure to ask your vehicle to malfunction within time so maybe maybe they have a borrower car! Oh and waiting on a shuttle car to take you home good luck with that they don’t think about your schedule..
I did not see any items such as tire rotation, checking of other engine parts or any other inspection done on my truck like its usually done on it when i take it for an oil change or did i miss that on the receipt?

Dealership is full of bad practices.Bought a truck online1.) Sent dirty with no interior or exterior clean2.) Sent with a damaged windshield and was told “it happened en route to drop off” when it was already poorly filled.3.) Salesmen and GM lied unfortunately about sending floor mats which were missing on the truck and sent me screenshots of other customers info instead of purchasing the ones promised in writing.4.) Been 4 months and haven’t sent out the plates to me.5.) Description of car being flawless was untrue and maintenance not performed.I strongly advise avoiding this dealership.

Service requested was not performed and the part that was supposedly replaced on the window worked for 2 days only. The Sales Team is excellent but the service department is horrible. The Truck was purchased in July 2020 and has been to the service department at least 3 times already, the process to get things fixed is too long. We have to travel 45 minutes to and from each time we have to take the truck in. Aside from all this the service advisor was overheard talking about us. Very dissapointed, although I will add that we did recieve a call from the General Manager so hopefully there will be some changes in the way they handle and treat their customers at the service department.*** 11/03/2020 Update, Vehicle was taken back for its regular service maintenance and the window issue was addressed. Brown Chevrolet GM has reached out and they will be making things right, I am very pleased that our concerns were quickly addressed and issues are going to be fixed.

They treat you very good when you are going to buy a vehicle but when you have issues with the vehicle they try to get anything they can to wash their hands . Will be taking my business somewhere else . Im not the first this happened to, they have done it to others too . Raising your voice at a customer is really unprofessional.

We got approved for a vehicle, when we got there they said that vehicle was sold to another person. They tried to sell us another exactly like that one but with more miles, a bit more banged up, and more expensive. It was going to be $5,000 plus...
Careful, service area is a scam. They make you order parts that you dont need to repair and then tell you that its not covered by your warranty. Im glad a catched .

I saw a new truck online that I liked. It was marked $10k below sticker price so I sent the dealership an email stating I liked the truck. The dealer sent me an email back with the truck info and it included the marked down sticker price and the VIN to the exact truck I liked. I filled out a credit report online like the sales guy asked me to because I lived 2 hours away from the dealership. The next day I looked at the truck online again and the price was marked up $10k. When I spoke with the manager he stated “the truck I liked was not discounted because it had a lift and other options the standard truck didn’t.” I told him I saw the truck online and the dealership even sent me an email with the exact truck and vin number marked down. This manager lied to me over the phone and that speaks a lot about this place. If you want to buy a vehicle from honest people, don’t go to this dealership!

Worse service ever!! Had us stringing along for 5 days without answering any of our questions and got no where would never go back to try to get anything from them!!! Never got to talk to the same sales person had us jumping back and forth between different people asking the same questions over and over again just to get nowhere. It was the worse experience ever!!!!

I’ve called for two weeks straight to schedule an appointment to have my oil changed and either no one answers or someone answers and directs to me to the service department then no one answers there. I’ve left my name and number four times and have yet to hear back from them. Would not recommend at all! First and last time I ever buy a car from this place.

I went to my appointment, I took her because they did a job that I needed to fix about injectors, they handed me my truck another day, I went to del Rio tx to run my pick up and I imagine they turned off the alarm, why, when I arrived to a store in del Rio tx, I put the alarm and the alarm did not work (not a sound), . so I talked and told them what was happening, they told me to bring it, but I told them that I was in del Río tx and I made an appointment for day 01/13/2020 and I took it that day and I They said it was fine. and I really was not satisfied but what am I going to do, if there is the right place to take my pick up.Im sorry to put this here but is like a complain

My friend has been having issues with this dealership for over two months. He purchased a vehicle in the beginning of January and is yet to receive it. He has been given the runaround every time he demands answers (keep in mind he is now obligated to make payments on a truck he doesnt even have). There is a reason why ANCIRA has been in Eagle Pass forever with no issues. I recommended a lawyer to my friend and hopefully this dealership takes the necessary steps to get this resolved. I also hope all the people involved in this mess are either reprimanded or properly trained so this doesnt happen again.

Do not buy a used vehicle from this dealership. We purchased a 2014 Nissan Sentra in great condition, but the car’s interior had not been cleaned from the previous owner. We were assured that it would be. A few days later, they delivered the car to us with no gas, a busted A/C and a filthy interior - food and trash in the door panels and in between the seats, dirt stains on the seats, sticky stuff in the cup holders - basically how the previous owner left the car...unacceptable.I called the dealership and spoke to Sal, who assured me that they would take care of the car if we took it back to them. We took the car back at 10am on a Saturday and waiting until 6pm. We got the car back and everything looked good at first, however, there was still food and trash in between the seats. I didn’t even bother calling back because I don’t have time to deal with unprofessionalism. Whatever you do, do not buy a used car here.

Just like I have a right to take my money to someone else! If you go see these guys make sure you print out the lowest price Blue book says you should take and they will not know what to say like they did with me!

Do Not leave your vehicle here for service. 3 months later and no one knows what was going on with my vehicle and because I was upset about it, it is no longer covered under warranty.

The wait was long, but they kept me updated and informed of what was going on. At the end they advised me of what issues my vehicle had and needed attention.
So I purchased a pickup truck more than 3 weeks ago and I am yet to receive it. I was told by our salesman that I would be receiving my truck within 3 business days. Its now past 19 days and still dont have my truck. The communication is terrible, everytime I call the dealership neither the GM or managers are available to speak to. I have gone to the dealership twice and I always get told that I will be getting answers in a few days, but when my call isnt answered I go back and get the same answer. They all keep blaming the manufacture or the lack of fleet. Oscar our salesman was great he is just doing his job but the problem are his supervisors. It is clear, if you dont have a vehicle in your inventory do not sell it. Luckily, my lawyer is aware of everything and if I dont receive my truck this week there is a possibility for legal action.

Unethical sales tactics at this dealership. I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and it was a big mistake. I spoke with a salesman there and told him to check my credit with only two banks and now I have five hard inquiries on my report 🤦♂️ At closing I we were offered more like pressured into buying extra warranties but declined several times. He still added a warranty for over 3,000 dollars and lied 🤥 to us about it. 👎👎👎👎👎

I always take my business to Mexico and they usually have my automobile ready in a fue hours but here they take about a week even if you have an appointment so good luck if you dont have an extra car.

Worst service ever, I got my Buick 2017 on August 2017 and my battery died in less than two years. Call to see if the warranty will cover it and it did but they did not have a loaner car and it was going to take more than two days. Really? How come they don’t have a car if i see the dealership full of cars?!! So, if you get a vehicle and you work or you depend on your vehicle, forget it don’t even do business with them.
