I had the nicest sales lady help my husband and I purchase watches. She was patient and courteous.

Good prices not crowd .but i did not find shorts that been looked for.several times.

You will get choked slammed if you even try to take a deal from someone that has searched all day for that perfect shirt...in this pile... perfectly staged for you...the consumer.

Ok, decent place. But very disorganized and crowded. Sales associates seem on their game with trying to keep the floor intact..but just seems there is to much merchandise for the size of the store.

I can feel for the employees at this location because many of the customers come in with disregard for any type of shopping etiquette. They toss the items on the floor or dont even bother to place the item back in its proper place.The staff that I have encountered are bilingual and have always been eager to help. They really seem to take pride in thier work because no matter how much the customers trash the place, they are always hard at work putting it back together.This location always has some type of sale wether it be clothing, jewelry, or household items. I have always had a pleasant experience when shopping here. The parking might me a little challenging so I recommend you come as early as possible.

Love Jc Penny its a good place to go shop for clothes or just to look around for any new daily specials on any item u can find in other stores. Its good to shop with discounts n coupons to ur every day items u need n if u have the girlfriend or the misses u can both do the same n find interesting items for a very special occasion.

Honestly if I could give it a ZERO star I would, the customer service at this location is HORRENDOUS, we are from the Dallas area, we were in town for a party & needed some last minute things, since we shop at JcPenney back home we thought we would have the same type of service here but nope it was AWFUL! My mom needed a price check on an item & instead of helping her check the three cashiers ELVIRA, ELISA, & MARISOL after rolling their eyes at us a few times & mumbling to each other under there breath told us we had to get out of line & find an exact item to know the price, that they couldnt check it in there system. So we did we went & looked everywhere to find an item like the one we wanted to purchased, when we finally found one we took it back waited in line to only be told that the item wasnt ringing up, well what are we supposed to do about that?? These cashiers definitely had no initiative to help a customer, the worst attitude, & just plain unprofessional. I feel sorry for JCPenney to be represent in this way, especially since this store is a border town location & have much traffic coming from & too mexico.

There always seems to be a sale here. Like most people in Eagle Pass, everyone is friendly. The store was a good size and had a nice variety of clothing. Compared to my hometown store this store was better taken care of and more organized. I also noticed the store was very well lit, our local JCPennys is dark and gloomy. There is also a very nice Sephora in here....I do have a bone to pick with Sephora though. I bought over $300 of makeup and was not given my points on my rewards card. The cashier was friendly but nope....she failed to give me my points.

As I tried to leave the burglar alarm sounded, the cashier who attended me forgot to remove the tag. When we got home and checked the items we bought with the purchase receipt, we realized that an item was charged to us at a more expensive price than what was marked on the label.
