I was greeted very nicely by the employees and felt very welcomed. The only issue was that my smoothie tasted very sour and spoiled.

Terrible! I got a caramel frappuccino and it tasted like water and the ice was not completely grinded up. I asked for a different one or refund and the girl that made it was rude and said that I could not have another even though I paid alot!!
