I wished I would have read the reviews before choosing UPS Eagle Pass, the stress I have been put through for the past 2 days is insane. I request a pick up. Every time I call it’s a different story. First they said my tracking number was and invalid, then the next person that called said the package will be pick up within an hour. Then 2 hrs later I called because my package was still pick up. They told me the pick request confirmation number was in their records. When I clarified that the package was supposed to be picked 2 days, then the agent told they are looking for a driver close to the location, no driver is picking the call, On the day my package was supposed to be delivered. I was even confirmed on the 1st day that the driver was on his way, he was just delayed. I will report this store in Eagle pass need new employees. Now I have to pay another fee to FedEx. Customer service at this place is inhuman.

1st 2 of three months no box key. Charged for packages that can fit in my box. $10 mo for email notice of packages. Will not let you no over phone. $300+ for 1 yr $75+ for 3mo. $20 key purchase not a deposit no refundable. Only able to check box when they are open. US post office $64 6mo $94 1 yr same size box, email notifications, lobby 24 hrs, physical/po box address, and 2 not 1 key given without a fee. Right next to it in a noticeable easy to enter location. Everything about this UPS store sucks!! Just ended my contract could not wait to review. Go to post office dont be ripped off👎🏾

Worst UPS store in the country. Terrible service. I brought in a label. Charged to print the label. Charged $8 for tape. And he forgot to charge me for the envelope so had to do a separate transaction for the $4 envelope. They are supposed to make the shipping process simple and easy. Absolute ripoff. Avoid at all costs.

The true test of customer service is when something goes wrong and how it is handled. Hundreds of miles away at my UPS box I receive 6 packages and was given a package from someone else. I did not discover this until I reached Carizzo Springs. The original store had sent me a label to send the package back, the closest store is Eagle Pass.I travel (roundtrip) ~1.5 hours, ~100miles.... from my experience many UPS stores just print the label, you forward the email and it gets done. Not at Eagle Pass. I told the story of what happened, the response: Thats out of my control. You can rent computer time for $x ...Way to band together under that UPS banner.

Terrible service. I had a preprinted label and box, so I was just going to drop the package off. The lady there told me I couldnt just tape the label on the box, that I had to purchase their special tape (whatever that means) or purchase a self adhesive pouch (you know, the ones that the ups drivers hand out for free, by the bunch). I ended up leaving and just shipping USPS. Ive never had a problem with them.Edit: Since I cant reply to the owners response, for whatever reason, ill use an edit to follow up. I know you guys accept drop offs, but I thought id give you guys a try. I know what I experienced, and whoever was working there at the moment, tried to charge me for a shipping pouch, and a special tape. Ive used UPS competitors before (USPS and FedEx), and they never charge me to tape up my box, or to slap a label onto my box, let alone a shipping pouch. Supplies that are usually in the drop boxes, for free. Id understand your defensive response if my review was the sole bad review for this particular store, but look at all the rest of them. Most of them are bad reviews, with their common complain the same as mine. Ive used UPS stores all over the country, and this one has no regards for customer satisfaction compared to other ones. But thanks for making it seem like Im the one with the problem, when you have a whole lot of reviews here that say otherwise.

I was there last week.. they had great customer service by offering services i didnt even know they had (like notary services).. awesome that i was able to do everything in one stop.. Highly recommended

Other UPS stores help me package my items for free etc this UPS makes me buy a whole roll of tape just to package a small item. What kind of service is this. This UPS store should be rated 0 stars.

This place sucks so F**king bad. The lady who worked there looked like she was 17. Malinformed, horrible customer service attitude, and WOULDNT SHIP MY PACKAGE. WHAT KIND OF UPS STORE ASKS YOU FOR THE CONTENT OF YOUR PACKAGE? What other store asks you to open your package (I bought an aftermarket heavy duty shipping box so it’s an expensive box!) and see the contents with their own eyes!? I asked for a policy relating to the contents of my box, wouldn’t provide one for me, she couldn’t show me a policy that was present at the store and she even had the audacity to call the OWNER to ask how to get policy info from ups.

They charge for packing tape. All I needed was 4 small strips of tape to mail out my prepaid package and the lady working said we sell packing tape. I didnt need a whole freakin roll! She said we are a store blah blah blah. I walked over to Falcon Bank and they were more than happy to give me 4 pieces of tape! Im not even a customer of that bank and they helped me. I lived in Austin, TX for 5 years and have never had any problem over there. They taped my packages for me for FREE!! Eagle Pass location is desperate for money.

Works at a UPS store in College Station off and on for 3 years. We broke our backs to make sure that we kept our customers coming back. We taped boxes for free. We had reasonable prices on bubble wrapping/packing boxes. These guys are awful here in EP. Unfortunately they are the only thing we have.

I have been going to this UPS store since it opened. I have a business account with this store. Yet today when I needed to ship some thing for the buisness they told me they needed to see my ID. I have never been asked for ID since I started coming here. Too bad I forgot my ID at work. I wasnt going back just for an ID. Well I decided from now on I will ship it FedEx or via US Postal Service no ID required.

Had my mail sent here from my UPS mailbox in Michigan. This store charges $30, in addition to cost of shipping, to pick up mail. package was small and 4 lbs.

Save yourself the trouble of incorrect mailing and tracking; go with FedEx or USPS. The folks running this place don’t know what they’re doing.

Dont expect these guys to do you any favors. I waited on the phone for a half hour just to have them tell me that they would not allow me to apply for a UPS box unless I came down to the store.
