Cost was less than my deductible, got another estimate, it was $400 higher than Caliber Collision. When I told them what the Caliber quote was, they told me to get it done there, that Caliber was a good outfit. Wow! What an awesome experience we had with Dave and Bob! We needed a crushed tailgate repaired on our Escalade SUV. Because of the great reviews, we chose Caliber Collision in Eagle and we are very glad we did! From the beginning, Bob went out of his way to help us save in any way possible. He found a used tailgate and had it delivered and called us to come to inspect. It was in good shape- just a few scratches. They fixed all of that, then gave it a new coat of paint and you would never know anything had been repaired! This saved us several hundred dollars! Dave was awesome both behind the scenes, overseeing the perfect job they did, and at delivery. We are so pleased! Dave even listened to me bemoan a tiny place the had one tiny scratch and he gave us touch up paint AND applied it himself! Its the kind little things as well as the glory work that matters. Overall, it was a GREAT experience!

Recently used Caliber Collision for some body damage repair and to coordinate some sensor recalibration at the dealership. They did an excellent job. The entire staff was easy to work with- very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They did excellent work and went the extra mile to make sure I was informed every step of the way. They did a beautiful job on the paint and detailed the car inside and out before turning back over to me. They even made sure my seat adjustment was in the right place for me. I purchased a 2009 Hyundai Sonata from my uncle and a nice young man accidentally rear-ended me. My Uncle has a different philosophy of what a clean car is, so I was crazy embarrassed to bring my new car that desperately needed some TLC to this shop. Caliber Collision not only made me feel welcome but loved that I had acquired this car to fix it up, they were incredibly supportive.Needless to say they did an amazing job repairing the rear end. They even went above and beyond finding and fixing damage underneath the back end and they matched the paint perfectly. It looks SO NICE. Dave and his team took fantastic care of me and my car when I was unexpectedly rear ended. I was referred to them through the insurance company, and within minutes of getting off of the phone with insurance, Tanya called me and got me scheduled. They worked with my schedule for dropping off and helped me coordinate with Enterprise for my rental. They had my car for a little over a week, but stayed late on a Friday to finish it up and allow me the time to pick it up coming from Emmett. They did beautiful work, my car looks as good as new, and they even did a quick vacuum and wash before I picked it up. I would one hundred percent give them my business again.

I had a problem installing a rear license plate on a Cadillac SRX. I took it to the facility and David saw the problem installed a new anchor retapped threads on existing anchor and sent me on my way all in a matter of 15 minutes. He would not accept anything for the fix, this in itself showed fantastic customer service I would give more than 5 stars but am limited. David’s attitude and commitment to service were fantastic.

I recently had my black 2018 Ford F350 Super Duty repaired at Caliber Collision in Eagle, Idaho. David at Caliber was extremely helpful, attentive and very professional. The vehicle had a door ding and damaged rear view mirror, both on the left front driver side door. I dropped the vehicle off on a Monday and the work was completed by Thursday and ready for pick up. The door needed to be repainted and the mirror replaced. Both repairs and imperceptible - the work was excellent and of very high quality. In addition to the excellent work, Caliber also washed and detailed the vehicle. I am very pleased with the excellent service and high quality repairs and would recommend Caliber to anyone looking for an excellent auto body shop.

Took my Suburban to Caliber in Eagle to have my fogged headlights replaced for an emergency trip.Richard Garcia offered to just buff out the old ones and worry about replacing them later. They look as good as new.Great customer service!

10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. They were super slow and not responsive despite me following up every week. They had my car for literally a month to fix some smashed windows, my front bumper, and paint and somehow they still rushed the paint job. We actually had to take it back to get fixed a second time because the paint was scuffed and there were clear coat runs. Instead of being apologetic, they asked us to not fill out the survey until they re-did the work and to not give them a bad survey... Not to mention they acted like I had no idea what I was talking about despite it being my car and not my husbands. Avoid this place unless you have all the time in the world to kill and money to spend.

Went above and beyond what they were required to do. They even cleaned out my sons car interior which was a disaster! I would recommend them. The car repair looks great!

During a storm a large branch fell on my van and it shattered the windshield and dented and scratched several car panels. The whole process from beginning to end was very professional and a great experience. Dave and Bob communicated during the entire process what was going on and kept me informed. While they were fixing the damage from the storm, I also hired them to fix a previous issue with the front bumper. My car literally looks brand new and couldn’t be happier. I stopped by the Eagle location to ask for a estimate on a scratch on the side of my vehicle. They came out and looked at it and let me know it could be repaired without a whole paint job as i expected to have to do. They removed the scratched paint for free and sent me on my way.
