Had a broken windshield replaced on my 1.5yr old Highlander. Job outcome was perfect! Good as new like nothing happened. I took pre and post picture of all corners and no difference in fitment in and out especially on the rubber seals. Colts quality craftsmanship made my highlander look like it just came fresh from the dealership again. Scheduling was fast and easy and they are on time. Did a great job replacing our windshield. Transferred our Idaho State Parks Passport stickers. They stand behind their work and have excellent customer service. Our pre- collision sensor started failing shortly after the windshield replacement. Dealership wanted $1600 to repair the issue. Contacted Summit. They had us bring it in, replaced the sensor and no issues since. They even found and filled a small rock chip while replacing the sensor.

They were able to come to my work all the way over in Caldwell and complete the replacement while I was working. They kept in contact with me several times on when they were getting close, arrived,and completed. They were also able to calibrate the front facing camera on my vehicle. Very efficient and great service!

A bird flew into our windshield and it cracked badly. Called around for several quotes and their prices were several hundred dollars less than the dealership and other places (Safelite, RX glass, etc). They also were able to get the replacement in and schedule us 2 weeks sooner than any competitor.The friendliest customer service from both office staff and technicians! They showed up promptly, completed the work in an hour, recalibrated and tested everything for us, and provide a owner lifetime guarantee on their work. I don’t want to crack or break a windshield again (bye $$$), but if we ever do we will be repeat customers.

Zane did a fantastic job on my 2012 Mazda mx5 windshield. I almost went with the company my insurance was leading me to, but very glad I changed my mind and went with Summit. Their glass is all top notch and of utmost importance is the prep and moldings used. I thought I had air leaking from my side window, but after install of the windshield all that noise is gone. Zane was telling me about the molding he put in was very good and he knew it was not the first time windshield was replaced. Still, no bashing of other company just let his work do the talking!

I had repair of a rock chip done at my home. I was given a 4 hour window for the appointment and a phone call confirming the time ten minutes before arrival. Service was friendly and professional and to my untrained eye, the final product looks good. Needed my windshield replaced. Called two other shops but got voicemails and Summit was the 3rd one on my list to call just based on proximity to my location. Very happy the other two didnt pick up and a friendly, knowledgeable receptionist did at Summit. She called my insurance etc.etc. and had it all taken care of with appt booked for next day. Next day a gentleman named Zane called me announcing he was 15 minutes away (he arrived early). I watched Zane do his work and it was incredible seeing how detailed he was. He explained the entire process as he worked and he was absolutely surgical. Watching him strip the seals away quite frankly scared me to death. I had no idea so much work was involved. He was methodical in nature. The end result was flawless. The new seals / black strips he installed were just flawlessly applied.Zane was a true pro who only cared about making sure that the job at hand was not done to my expectations but was done to Summits expectations - which clearly were perfection. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!Hired to fix chip damage on windshield. Chip still showing spider webs, they say it spider webs dont disappear. Never had a rock chip repaired that was still visible. I have contacted insurance company to dispute payment to them.

I can’t believe I found one! A locally family owned business that is extraordinary! It started a few days ago when a truck passed me and threw a rock at my windshield and put a large crack in it! I called a few places and finally talked to Natalie about my situation she took the time to answer a lot of questions! I called back probably four times and thanks to Marcy she got me to Natalie which I talked to the most!I went to their website and I couldn’t believe how nice it was laid out and had a lot of information, unlike some other websites which just say give me your name and we will call you back and give you an estimate! Made arrangements with them and my insurance company and drove down in the morning at 8:30 to have my windshield replaced! When I pulled into the shop area I was surprised to see how nice of a shop it is, how clean it is, unbelievable, I rolled the window down and Mark came out and asked if there was anything he could do and I said I have an appointment and I need a place to park and he politely told me where I could park and said that he would get on it right away! I talked to Mark a few minutes, he took time to answer a few questions that I had and then showed me where the office was and I went inside and took care of the paperwork with Natalie! Meanwhile Mark and Zane replaced my windshield ! Mark came in and told me it was finished we walked outside and looked at it and I could not tell that that it had even been taken apart everything was lined up exactly as it was before, I had taken pictures of the trim and looked at it before I went down there I was curious to see if it went back together like it was and it was exactly the same I couldn’t tell the windshield had been replaced except the crack was gone, even my camping sticker was on the new windshield! Excellent service! I got a small chip & crack in the windshield the day before leaving for a trip. Summit Auto worked me in their schedule and Colt did a superb job of fixing it. I have to really look to find it now. Very impressed with how helpful and courteous the staff is. Colt told me how expensive it is to replace a new car windshield now, for those cars thathave lane assist and other electronic safety systems. Something the car dealership neglected to inform me. Colt advised me to check with my insurance company to make sure that I have complete coverage. Very good words of advice. This was our first time using Summit Auto. They repaired a couple of rock chips at our home. Scheduling and repairs were done well. The only thing that I would have liked was for the tech to wear a mask when coming to the door.

I wanted to let you know about my experience with Summit Auto Glass. I originally miscalled to confirm my auto glass appointment with another company. The lady on the phone was very kind when she couldnt find me in the system and later asked if by chance I had called the wrong company. Instead of that ending our conversation, she asked how she could earn my business and get me a quote with a locally owned company.....that was all it took! I struggled to find a windshield for my 66 Cadillac. After a referral from Eagle Auto Repair (thanks Nick), I called Summit. I was stunned to learn they would come to my home and install a new one (!!) for less than I could find a used one two states away. Had a chip in windshield & found Summit through its great reviews on Yelp. They were kind & professional. Windshield was able to be repaired immediately and I was at their shop less than an hour. Back glass 2003 Chevy tracker w/ dark tint so hard to find. When everybody else couldnt get it for 3 days Summit was more than ready. 1 call to Angela for year, make, and model, not in stock but had it the very next morning. All others said they were booked out for the day they could have the glass so i would have had to wait till after the weekend to have it installed. Not Summit they booked me for the day it came in and they were done within an hour. No insurance on the vehicle so I was expecting to get burned because glass is never cheap. They did not have the best price ($295.97), but in the same range ($265-$410) as 100% of the mobile guys out there and for me the time factor was more important. Very professional and fast service. Thank you to all the people at summit for getting this taken care of quickly and within my budget. IF YOUR LOOKING FOR GLASS FAST CHECK HERE FIRST.

Great experience with Summit Auto Glass! The windshield of my wifes Grand Cherokee picked up a rock-chip about 3 weeks ago and within a week, a 7-inch crack started to run up the windshield . We called Summit and made an appointment. They were super helpful and came to our house to install the new windshield. They were right on-time and did everything just as promised. The technician, Colt, was awesome; very knowledgeable and very professional. Overall a great experience! Beyond 5 star rating for this place. My son and I were heading towards McCall on a fishing trip when all of the sudden, a stray rock blasted out my rear window while I was sitting at a red light. Being so close to my insurance provider, I went in to show them the damage and to find out about my coverage. Once the claim was started, I went over to Summitt to see if they could get my window replaced. Mark looked at it and said he had to order the rear window. With a 11 year old, cooler with ice and lunches packed it appeared that our fishing trip was over before it started. Mark went above and beyond. He taped up my broken window, took my insurance information and told my son to go have fun fishing with dad. Fishing trip saved and later in the day called me to let me know that the window was in stock and offered to replace it the same day after we got back into town. We got back late and didn’t want to have anybody work late (Even though it was offered) so I said I would be in the next morning. 9:30am dropped off my truck and it was completed BEFORE the time frame given. Any glass you have that needs to be replaced, this is the place to have it repaired/replaced. Thank You
