Started to rain and my wipers were tattered, so I dodged in Napa Auto parts to buy windshield wipers. I was greeted by a young man, sorry dont remember his name, and he helped me pick out wipers that he felt were good and fit my CRV. As I paid for them, I asked if I could hire someone in the store to put the new ones on for $20 bucks and he said no we do it for free. And he did put them on. He was a young fella, so kind and well spoken. A shout out to the cleanest auto store Ive ever been in with fully stocked shelves. Such a pleasurable experience.

Honest and helpful. They don’t just try to sell you products, they really take the time to figure out the problem and will be honest if they don’t have a product that can help. Every visit here has been overwhelmingly positive!

Theyre more then willing to help you out and make sure you get exactly what they need. Even if theyre just about to close after a long day of being short staffed.

I keep trying to give this store my business (and I really like most Napa stores) but this store is just so difficult to make a simple purchase. Even if you want to buy something off the aisles, like oil or wiper blades, you must get in line behind all the people who need service desk items. NO CHECKOUT OTHERWISE! i am done with this store. Too bad, I live like a three minute drive from it.

Went to the store needing to get a rear blinker light fixed it was done in a few minutes

Needed a gas cap for our car. I dont know anything really about cars but the gentleman helped me out and got me the right gas cap and everything. Great experience

Very helpful staff. Needed to replace a battery and they helped me find the one I needed quickly. They also helped me get a discount on the battery by getting a couple other items. I guess that was good for them, but good for me as well. Ive been here several times and they have always been helpful.

Seriously the best staff an auto parts store could have. I came in on 4/4 and there was some remodeling going on but the guy (Fred I think was his name) was at the weird little counter in the back and he helped me get some stuff after going to three different parts stores. They’ve gained a loyal customer and from now on I’m going to skip oreillys and go to the people who know what they’re doing!

Went into the store,stood there behind marking on floor for social distancing waited for help.stepped up to the center counter when it was my turn.. the counter guy in the middle had a face mask on asked what I needed.. told him I need a set of points and condenser for my 9n tractor.he acted like he he didnt know what I was asking for? So I repeated.he then asked the person waiting behind me to come forward.seemed awful rude to me when they have marks on the floor for social distancing.i said Ill buy my parts online and walked out.ive heard from other people service has been bad there,so now I know first hand.

Thank you Napa, it always worrying to approach the auto-parts store with little knowledge about the basics. But they helped me get new windshield wipers, it was so easy!

Dan and the crew at Napa in Eagle absolutely helped me out of a bind with my Toro Dingo. We werent sure if it was electrical or starter or what but they were instrumental on helping me troubleshoot and finding the solution. Instead of paying $100 plus for a new starter we determined that all I needed was a new positive cable which runs from the battery to starter. You guys are awesome!

Excellent customer service. I was looking for a specific size if fuel filler hose. I called in and they had what we thought would work. When I came into the store, I was greeted by name by the store manager, Koby. After discussing my situation with him and even calling another store, we decided the size I needed was not carried by NAPA. Koby then suggested another business in town that might have the correct size that would work for my project. He called the other business, found out they did have the correct size and gave me all the information I needed to get it ordered. What fantastic customer satisfaction. Even though I did not make a purchase from him today, he has a customer for life! Thank you. In this day in time it is hard to find this kind of knowledgable and helpful service.

The staff is less personable, almost putout and little interest in helping the customer with their project.The business has sort of lost that Hometown feel the store had before the ownership change.

Pop in here once in a while out of convenience and regret it every time. Rarely treated with any respect. Usually the employees are rude, short, and dis-interested in whatever part or item Im looking for. Ill stick to Oreillys on Glenwood.

I stopped by here awhile ago not really sure about what was happening with my car and walked out with some answers and a recommendation for a mechanic. I didnt care for the mechanic, but the people here were very nice and helpful.
