BEST LES SCHWAB Ive ever been to. The staff was professional, attentive, and actually listened. I stopped here on my way back from WA. This was the 3rd time Id been to Les Schwab within a week. I was traveling from Utah to WA and back. I could hear a thrumming and feel a lot of vibration. I stopped at the LS in Moses Lake, WA and I was told it was cupping in the tires that was causing the noise, No issues, okay to drive, good to go. I drove 280 miles to Boise, Idaho with the awful noise and vibration. It felt unsafe. I stopped here, explained the situation. I felt heard, they listened, within 20 mins and a test drive they were able to identify it as an axle. As my vehicle was on the lift my CV axle snapped. Im so glad it happened at this location and that the staff was excellent and attentive. They fixed it right up and gave me a ride to and from my hotel. Everyone here was so nice and PROFESSIONAL!

The prices can be a few bucks higher but the service and the attention to detail is top notch.

These guys are amazing! Great customer service and very friendly. He seen me pull up and came out to my car before I even had a chance to get out. Then he directed me where to go and they filled my tires without me even having to get out of the car.

High prices, but good service. The only real negative is how they push tire sipping, even though it is a service that is not recommended by impartial sources, unless done at a tire factory.

I have always used Les Scwabb. They have always served my needs upon arrival, big or small. This one had no care about my need n I was rudely told it would be hours before they could even look at my tire going flat. I recommend using another location.

Walked in asking for tire chains for our Rav4. Wanted them for the snow/ ice as we live in the Mountains. Out the door with my chains in less than 10 minutes! Friendly, courteous and fast service.

Avoid this place. Took my car in on Saturday with a flat. Told me could not fix and I needed to buy new tires and only had the premium tires due to covid which would be $1,000. Took it this morning to commercial tires this morning and fixed it for free. Do your business with Commercial Tire Eagle. Totally unethical people at Les Schwab. The guys name was Ivan.

Good staff, & they seem to always do stuff for free (most recently they plugged a hole in my tractor tire & remounted it). Ive been a pretty loyal customer as a result - paying above online prices for tires for example, using them for other services. Its a chain but with a hometown feel. I value a local service provider that does a good job at a fare price!

Customer service was excellent. They were willing to check my tire pressure and fill all my tires with air for no charge. They were very friendly. My son bought 4 new tires for his car and I will buy my tires there when my tires are ready to be changed. I highly recommend them.

I got a puncture hole near the sidewall of my tire. Took it to Les Schwab to get it replace (knowing you cant fix a puncture in the sidewall of the tire). A very friendly staff member informed me of this as well and let me know they had the tire in stock and could replace it which I agreed to. Once the work was complete he informed me that once they removed the tire they were actually able to repair it for free. Keep in mind I was happy and fully committed already to buying a brand new tire for $500. I will be buying all of my future tires through les schwab from here on out based off of this one experience. Thank you for being honest and ethical.

Had a tire that was rapidly loosing air, stopped in and within thirty minutes I was back on the road. Everyone was very courteous and helpful.

I went in for a look at my brakes, fully expecting to need new ones. I was SO grateful for their detailed, honest response that it was brake dust and I have plenty of life left in them. They showed me how much pad I have left on the brakes, and that Im a ways off from needing anything done at all. They havent squeeked since. I had gone somewhere else first (a different company), and was told I needed new brakes at a cost of nearly $500. Had I needed them here, it would have been $300. I SO appreciated their customer service, the ease of scheduling an appointment, how quickly they had me in and out, and how friendly and helpful they were. All that, and it was free of charge. They made me an instant, and life-long, Les Schwab fan!! When I DO need tires or brakes, Ill be back!!

Great location in Eagle Idaho. The customer service was good. Reason for the three stars was due to the limited options I had to purchase tires... didnt have a lot in my tire size. Went to Discount tire down the road and had no problems for a great tire at a very reasonable price.

Les Schwab always has a courteous staff with friendly attitudes. They are not out to get you and I have had several flats fixed for free. When you do need to pay, their prices are competitive so when combined with their attitude they are a clear winner for your business.They can however get quite busy and their waiting room, while offering a TV and free popcorn, is not the best for extended periods of time. Overall however, highly recommended.

I usually deal with Garret or Darin and both always go above what I expected. Garret is very knowledgeable and gives his customers peace of mind and ensures he does the best for their needs. Excellent customer service. I will admit Ive had other visits that werent so good. This time as several others visits in the past were great.Last week I had a visit in Walla Walla, WA. I thought the manager was surely and acting like I was an old guy that didnt know what was going on. About ready to pull the plug on the service.

I have found that this busines is one you can depend on no matter the State or one of there many locations. I have had shocks, tires, snow chains, even just have the air in my tires checked. They are fast and customer friendly.

Customer service needs a lot of work. Went in this past Saturday for two things, to get a nail out of my tire and get a quote on a leveling kit and a new set of tires and wheels. The place was busy and the manager Darin gave me a rough quote and asked me to come back first thing Monday morning to get a more detailed quote. Since I had already been waiting 45 minutes, he put some air in my tire to get me by until Monday. I showed up first thing this morning nobody remembered I was supposed to come in and I was told I would have to wait 45 minutes to an hour to get the nail out of my tire. So naturally, I told them that the roughly $3,500 for a leveling kit, tires, and wheels would be going to another shop since my business didnt see of importance to them.

Ive been buying tired from Les Schwab since 1970. Always good products. Always great service. I am a satisfied lifetime customer.

Service is great but the prices for the tires r a little higher then other places. I always get my tires there. However, I have noticed they dont last as long as they supposed to. I put 15,000 miles in 3 years and the tires supposed to be for 50,000 miles. New 2 new ones already.

I was frustrated with my experience today and I will be going to Commercial Tire for my next alignment and tire swap. I had my vehicles alignment completed at this very shop less than two months ago

Great service

Ive been going in and getting my brakes checked for months now because I knew something wasnt right. They kept telling me everything was fine with the exception of telling me there was something wrong with my cv axle. (which they were wrong about) Until today when I told them to just replace my brake pads and only then did they finally tell me what Ive thought all along, theres been a flipping problem they wouldnt mention even after going in for their free brake inspections for MONTHS.

Always treated great. I have multiple vehicles and they do a great job with all of them.

On multiple occasions weve had difficulty getting work done at both the Eagle and State St./Glenwood locations. It seems like Schwabs is so reluctant to even touch older vehicles, like the 67-72 Ford trucks that we work on. Nobody knows what a used tire looks like anymore, and forget about split rims. Now we take our business to Star Tire and Dan, Josh and the guys there are great! Worth the extra 10 min drive out to Star. I am an Ex Les Schwab employee, and let me tell you, Ive had it. The company has bit the dirt since the old man passed.

Always my favorite Les Schwab to deal with. Every time I go in there super friendly, helpful and offer genuine suggestions without pushing products like other tire stores do. Its out of my way since I live in Nampa but if Im in the area I will take my vehicle there before any other. Wait times are almost non-existent the times I go in there or if I have to drop off a trailer they normally have it done for me before Im even done running my errands.

Always very willing to work with charges and pricing. As always though, every time I go, I have to wait HOURS to get anything done. Last year when I went to put snow tires on my car, I waited 9 hours. 9! This time around was still over the estimated time.
