Great to have a repair guy so close. Lynn is awesome. He has a small shop where you can see and understand what is going on. Before you call the box store, give Friendly Computer a try.I had a total hard drive failure and Lynn got me back and going even over the weekend.

I was stressed out over possibly having lost a folder containing the second edition of a book I am writing. Mr. Friendly felt my pain and made room on a Saturday (his day off) to see me. He was patient, thorough and spoke at my level. The price was half what I was quoted by the Geek Squad. I left with not only my problem fixed, but with new knowledge about my laptop and some preventative measures in place to avoid a repeat problem. Excellent experience all the way around.

I had a desktop with a suspected failed hard drive. I called Lynn to schedule an appointment expecting it to be several days before he would have an opening. Instead, he said bring it by and lets take a look. Within 5 minutes of showing up at Lynns he had the drive out and tested. While the news concerning the hard drive wasnt what I hoped to hear, discovering Lynn as my future go to guy for computer repairs more than made up for the disappointment of the failed drive!
