Used to have great quality for great price with nice employees. Clothes are trashy and way overpriced now. Employees are rude. Picked up a Lands End shirt when I was in the other day only to find a hole, a stain and they were asking $15.00. Seems like the management must have changed with how trashy it looks now. I miss the way this store used to be and sadly wont be returning.
I have been visiting this shop for about 6 years. Our family comes to the Boise area twice a year to visit our friends who run the wineries in the Sunnyslope wine region. The first visits were at the facilities in the basement of a corner building on Main Street. The early years of my visits were so wonderful as the staff was very helpful, cheerful and attentive. After the move to the larger shop, I found the new staff much, much younger which is no problem, except the girls seemed sort of bored and disinterested in customers. Over the past 2 years I have been happy to say that there are more friendly staff who seem more engaged and friendly. Perhaps the Google Reviews help the management to evaluate their staff and help them learn more about being helpful and friendly.Cant wait for my next visit in a few days!!
Lots of variety and good selections here. Prices vary -- some bargains, but sometimes more expensive items. Usually the staff is very friendly, although last time I was treated like an annoyance. Hopefully that was just someone having a bad day. But still, I highly recommend checking this shop out!
Donated Items Lost by the Store...Do NOT TRUST THIS STORE.Store says they are not responsible for lost items, all of which were together and documented on their paper when I left. They could not find the two of the 4 items when I called to check sale status. Charged me the addl $5.00 service fee (for losing my two items).Would not allow me to speak to the manager or owner. I have the pictures of what I donated. Customer service not acceptable!Caution to those donating. Processing acceptance of goods manual, efficient management tracking process lacking as well as customer service. I AM SORRY is not an acceptable response.
I have been a loyal customer for years and it really makes me sad to write this review. The store has gone downhill in the last couple of months. I used to come here for the QUALITY clothes at a GREAT price. The outside now looks comparable to a thrift store and prices are through the roof. The quality of clothes has also gone down, stuff has stains, holes, lots of signs of wear. The employment has changed negatively as well, I dont see one familiar face of the girls who used to greet me for years and years. This place used to be my favorite quaint place in Eagle to get great deals and know I would be valued as a customer. Now it feels like a Youth Ranch/Platos Closet/Goodwill with overcrowded, messy, unclean inventory thats overpriced and it makes me sad.
Ive loved coming here for years, but sadly, have to agree with other reviews that things have noticeably slipped in recent months. It used to be a well-curated store (lots of Anthropologie, Free People, higher end brands, etc.) but now it seems they accept anything and everything (outdated, lower quality items from Old Navy, Gap, etc.). Are the young girls working too afraid to say no to whats brought in? Even when theres a sale, I cant find anything. Its like Again Consignment is going through an identity crisis, trying to be something for everyone, yet in the process has lost what used to make it special. Hopefully theyll be more particular about what they accept, and it will return to being the best consignment shop around like it used to be.
This is by far one of the best places to shop in, Eagle! It is a secondhand clothing store. Their clothes are beautiful and they have a great selection, as well. They carry, Ann Taylor, Coach, Chico’s, just to name a few. Some of the nicest clothes I own are from, Again Consignment Store. Their price points are so affordable! If you want a great, fun shopping experience, definitely do not pass up this unique boutique!
The clothing here is exquisite! I love the variety of clothes that they have and the prices are so affordable! I adore the Chicos rack as well (they really know what us old women like to wear!) Lets not forget the awfully adorable staff members! They welcome you with smiles and treat you well throughout your entire shopping experience! I LOVE this store! Will comeback again.
AMAZING...I have not had luck at many consignment stores in the valley. I have been consigning for around 6 months now and am convinced Again offers the most straight forward business model and the most % for you clothes than any other Ive seen. As someone said before, there is a $5 a year fee to consign but this is a small price to pay for the amazing job they do displaying and selling the items. I have never had a problem with customer service and am always greeted with a smiling face and answers to any questions I have. Obviously this store is not going to generate enough revenue to replace your day job, but it is an amazing way to get some cash for clothes that wouldve been donated anyway! Cannot say enough great things about this place!
If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would. I always find amazing items whenever I shop at Again and its like a treasure hunt. The prices are extremely affordable considering the quality and brands that they take. The employees are so sweet as well. I was greeted the minute I walked in and was well taken care of. I needed some help styling a skirt I brought from home and the gals working were quick to find a handful of items for me to try. Some of the sweetest girls and best customer service I have ever experienced. 10/10 recommend this shop to any person living in Eagle or driving through, you will definitely find some treasures! Will shop again and look forward to it!
Clean and well kept store. Bummed to find out this locally owned store does not by back or sell nice, professional maternity clothes or plus size clothing. They do carry extra small though, which sadly sends the message that smaller is better when strictly not selling plus size clothing. I will choose to support local businesses that bring light to “beauty at all sizes” and support women while our bodies change through different stages of life.
Beware of this place - very poor customer service and someone will tell you one thing, then another says differently when it comes to their policies. I have been a consignor for a little over a year and I distinctly recall being told about the $5 fee up front BUT not that I will be charged that fee every year! For what???? They already take more % of your sale portion! Then I took some of my husbands things in, specifically saying he wanted them back if they did not sell. The person I spoke with gave me a date to pick them up by which I recorded in my phone. I went in the store a few days prior to this date and noticed 3 pairs of high end shoes of his were not on the floor; asked about them and was told they did not sell and this person told me they do not allow things to be picked up and that they were most likely donated! You can imagine there were a few words exchanged over this issue. Luckily I happened to notice his shoes in a plastic bin right behind the register and was able to get them back. I will not consign with this place again - poorly run and they are dishonest! Why give them the tax write-off with unsold items when we can take it ourselves!
Very well maintained and a wide variety of high quality clothing. I enjoyed my first shopping trip here in March and will be back for more! You can tell the owner and employees care about the clothes, store layout and customer service. I fully support buying on consignment because it gives back to the local community, allows previously-loved clothes to be loved again and reduces textile waste. Thank you Again Consignment!
I had an AMAZING time at this cute little consignment shop. The gals who work there were so sweet and attentive. Will definitely be back to consign with them :)
I really liked this stores stuff but, it was too expensive for used clothing items. I got 1 pair of jeans, 1 pair of shorts, and 1 pair of sandals and it came to $45
Good place for stylish fashion if you live in Eagle.
Awesome place to do vintage and fur coat resale. They do take 40% of what they sell it for, but they sell it!And if youre looking for a bargain while you consign, their shop is adorable! I picked up a lovely dress for $20!!
Great store and good quality clothes for a amazing prices.i do recommend it....Great people with experience. Thanks. Again Consignment.🤩💜
I have been a loyal customer for years and it really makes me sad to feel this way about the store now. They no longer do cash outs and it must be via Venmo. The clothes are all low quality now. Teen staffers are rude and judge mental. Will not be coming back again sadly
Beautifully merchandised lots of wonderful selections. Very helpful and friendly staff. My new favorite place to shop.
Fun store! You can find really great designer clothes and jewelry. But the customer service could be better
Large variety of all sizes. Nice quality women/teens clothing. Staff/owner very friendly. They have another store near, more focus on athletic wear.
Great selection with a variety of sizes. This is my go to consignment shop.
Popular brands for reasonable prices. Owner insures merchandise is in great shape.
Great womens clothes at awesome prices!
Great clothes, great price, nice location.
Cool shop, have bought several things here. Definiely more spendy than I would like sometimes, though.
This is a great high end consignment shop.
Its cheap and the clothing is so adorable
Top notch in every aspect!
Love the $3 rack! 😍
Men not welcome evidently. Was with my wife and two daughters and was told that “women are uncomfortable with men being there” and it was plain and clear I should leave. Will not be returning.
Awesome shop!
