Wonderful nice place full of nice people. Very nice building and selection. I love the machine that takes a picture of your eye to compare to past years that replaces the need for eye dilation. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and doctors too.

I’m very happy with the care given to me in regard to my macular degeneration. I feel confident in the tests given and the doctor’s level of expertise. Also, the supporting staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

This was my third appointment here and second at this location, which I prefer over Meridian. Dr. Warner is so knowledgeable and good at what he does! Extremely professional and kind, too. Every tech/assistant has been amazing as well. They have a clean and open facility. Great selection of designer frames. I’m so glad I found this facility. Not cheap but worth it. I know I’m under good care.

Everything about the appointment was seamless. Their office is beautiful, and their equipment is modern. Dr. Warner and his assistant did wonderful with my daughter. They were kind, knowledgeable, fast and efficient. We didnt feel rushed and it was a very calm environment. I highly recommend it to everyone!

I recently moved to Eagle and still needed to fill a prescription. I decided to go to my neighborhood Eagle Vision One location.What I found was truly amazing. Not only was the first thing that was determined by the very knowledgeable and courteous staff that the prescription from my previous out of state eye doctor was not what I needed, but I was given an opportunity to see an eye doctor the next day. The consultation and eye exam where very pleasant and thorough. I walked away with an updated prescription and a frame for my now lenses I really love. The staff at Eagle Vision One are the best. As soon as you walk in the door, you can tell it’s going to be a good experience. Went to Eagle One Vision yesterday for the first time. Had eye exam and purchased new eyeglasses. Dr. Walker was very nice and walked me through each stage of the examination process. Very nice place and people. I have a specific autoimmune disease and they have been great in helping me. One thing I’m going to add here (and this has been my experience with every type of doctor I’ve seen to finally get a diagnosis) is you sort of have to be your own advocate, which means a lot of time spent by YOU doing research. Talking to strangers about things going on…..it’s like networking for healthcare. I’ve gotten the best direction from strangers, then ask my doctors. Gone are the days when you just went to one doc and they fixed you up. It may be some burnout of healthcare workers due to their overworked schedules, or just that specialization has made things so complicated. Back to eagle vision one. They were caring, tried several things to help, but were as confused and helpless as I was. By the time glasses arrived, my prescription would have changed…over and over again…. So I have not seen clearly or had eyes that don’t burn since 2019. Now, with the diagnosis, they are working on a plan for me. I’m remaining hopeful, but did have to know what to tell them. They want to help, which is the most anyone can ask for, so I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

The entire staff deserves 5-star. Dr Sorensen took the time to explain everything I needed to know. Love Vision one❣️

An impressive organization, from check-in to check-out. Even with back-to-back appointments, the overall waiting time was minimal. The Optical Technician, Liv, conducted initial testing for color blindness, depth perception, etc., and took the optomap images. She explained each of the tests and expertly answered all our questions regarding their function. We then saw Dr. Hans Bjorn who conducted the actual eye exams and checked for any vision abnormalities. He was not only thorough in his examinations, but also took great care to interpret the results and discuss potential treatment options in laymans terms. My wife and I were especially pleased we were allowed to be together during Dr. Bjorns exams so we could have a better understanding of each others findings. Liv finished up the visit by guiding us through frame and lens selections. She even repaired/adjusted a couple of older pair of glasses we had brought with us. Liv was professional, extremely pleasant, and very knowledgeable about the various products and the process. She also provided great recommendations without the hard sell. You would be hard-pressed to find a better place than Eagle Vision One for your optometry needs.

Top notch care. Ive been coming to Eagle Vision One since 2002. They always look after my eye care needs with thorough and friendly professionalism.

I do not recommend this place because all they do is try to sneak extra charges in for things and they tell you AFTER it’s finished.I can’t stand when people aren’t completely upfront about pricing.Exam took a long time.Did not even give a prescription to take home because they want to order everything themselves. Yeah of course they do.Won’t be coming back.

I give them credit for trying, So I increased their rating to two stars from one star. The absolute headache in trying to get my first prescription sunglasses to fit was a nightmare. After four visits, we resorted to buying a second pair of prescription sunglasses. The second pair is a progressive lens, and after another three visits, the progressive prescription is not clear in distance unless I lower my head and look through the tippy top of the lens.I can’t afford the gas or time to continue going back for inadequate service … and at the cost of buying two prescription sunglasses 😎, I feel this to be a poor investment

Super nice facility, and everyone is super nice. I came from Intermountin Eye, also in Eagle and everyone there was rude and you could tell they just wanted you out as soon as possible. Here is way different. The lady I had at the beginning seemed like she genuinely cared and actually wanted to talk to me and make sure I was taken care of. Dr. Bjorn is super nice to and wanted to make sure I got what I needed. 10/10 would recommend

I had a question about my new prescription as I thought it had changed a lot and questioned whether it was accurate, so I called to inquire about it. Eagle Vision One is a class act. Dr. Bender is awesome, great questions while utilizing state of art equipment (compared to Lens Crafters). Liv (phyican assistant) is caring and considerate w/ customers. Livs knowledge is indicative of perpetual success. Liv took time to find correct frames for a perfect fit. Liv explained all options of lenses and benefits of upgrades. Liv detailed all information on pricing.

Very thorough and thoughtful exam. The staff takes extra precautions, as expected during the pandemic, like wiping things down before I use them and asking us to not put glasses back after trying them on... theres a designated basket for worn glasses. Everyone I encountered during my appointment, from the front desk to the technician to the doctor were all very kind and helpful.

I was seen today by Dr Bjorn.He took a lot of time making my prescription work.I have several conditions going on with my eyes. He was very through and went out of his way to help. Miranda was the assistant and she was very kind and efficient, She knew that we were on affixed income, so she helped a lot.My only issue is cost of frames and lenses. The budget plan is a big help but it is hard to get a frame that fits or that I like. Last time I used that program and the frames just did not work. I did look today at the cheapest frames and they were over $200. That is my one request, cheaper frames and more to choose from.Thank you.

I really like Dr. Warner. He is caring and eager to answer we any questions I have. I would never want to change doctors. When I’ve had a problem, Dr. Warner and the office staff have been eager to help get things fixed. This year my sunglasses were made completely wrong and they had them remade for me. The only small complaint I have is that it takes a while to get glasses in.

Absolutely amazing service on a Saturday as I experienced an unexpected health issue the night before with my left eye. I was worried I would not be able to locate a qualified ophthalmologist working on a weekend but a quick google search landed me at the new eagle vision one clinic. My first call to the eagle facility was awesome as she informed me that she could get me into their new Meridian clinic in a hour even as a new patient. Upon my arrival at this new clinic I was quickly taken care of by Jess one of their awesome receptionist and eye practitioners, who already had my new patient info and I was immediately taken into the initial testing room followed by an exam room, where I met Dr. B. who was also awesome and quickly diagnosed the issue, putting my mind at ease. Simply outstanding customer service and a wonderful office environment and facility. I cannot express in words the gratitude I feel today for the professionalism I encountered to day by all I came into contact with. Congratulations on a job well done team!
