Visiting Boise from out of town with a very busy work schedule when a wire failure occurred to one hearing aid. Eagle got me in immediately and audiologist fixed and, for no extra charge, thoroughly cleaned BOTH aids. Service was prompt and conscientious to my situation. Wish they were in my town! If they were I would switch to them!Thank you Eagle!

Eagle Hearing is by far the best experience in a medical office I have ever had. From the front desk to the patient rooms they were patient, kind, helpful and communicative. They explained every step thoroughly and I would recommend them to anyone I cross paths with.

I cannot say enough good about the hearing care I receive from Dr. Vore and his staff at Eagle Hearing. They are friendly, competent and attentive to details. I would recommend them to anyone, especially those of you who are veterans. I hope I never have to use another audiologist.

My father forgot his charger for his hearing aids, he was in town for a long weekend visiting grandkids, and thanks to the very gracious folks at Eagle Hearing, was able to enjoy the whole weekend being able to hear all the fun times with the grandkids. Great people to work with. I came in from out of town and had forgotten the charger for my Phonak hearing aids (there rechargable). The staff was able to match the model I needed with the right charger and then gave me a loner to get through the weekend. I met Dr Vore a few years ago and I have never met a more caring person than him. I work with nearly 300 business owners in the Treasure Valley and he is always more concerned with the outcome of hearing better. Those who walk through the door are not just patients, but people who want to hear better and he takes care of them. He is constantly trying improve the total experience and quality of life for those who come see him.

*Update - audiologist called personally to talk over my concerns. He acknowledged that it was not his place to speak about the facial loss or doubt my hearing loss. He was very interested in learning from his mistake and says he only wants to be able to help people with hearing loss and for that I commend him.*The front desk staff was wonderful. Unfortunately the audiologist was the only person in 7 months since brain surgery (acoustic neuroma) to tell me I probably wouldn’t gain control of my face, and didn’t seem to believe that I was truly deaf in my right ear. Since I have seen this audiologist I have regained most of my facial muscles back and am still deaf.

Dr Vore and the entire staff is amazing. Extremely caring, knowledgeable, and have all the latest equipment. If you have hearing issues, there is NO ONE else I would trust!

Been with Eagle Hearing for 4 years now and have never been disappointed. I was matched with great hearing aids that met my needs and have had excellent service ever since. Dr. Vore truly cares about his patients and bends over backwards to make sure they are using the latest in best hearing aids. When I, at the time of this writing, was needing to leave Idaho, they provided me with the documents and other hearing aid fixes I need. Dr. Vore was very caring and took time to listen to our concerns. Paul said his hearing test was more complete in depth than any hes ever had before. Paul and I are happy we were referred to this doctor.

I went here for a quote on some hearing aids and to get a trial, the doctor here was the only person whom I met with in person who was not a “fan boy” for a particular brand and was interested solely in finding a the best solution for me, and I didn’t exactly make it simple. There was no salesmanship, or so little that it didn’t register amidst the behavior of other doctors I got quotes from. Tuning was very thoroughly done and that to me is a rarity. Pricing wise he is firmly in the middle of the pack not including the overpriced outliers. But the services of tuning are worth it, since tuning can make a mediocre hearing aid amazing and a great hearing aid terrible. Service is always friendly and polite and most of all very genuine.

I was referred to them by the Veterans Administration. I dont normal give review of businesss but I felt strong of their caring and customer service . I was fitted with top notch hearing aids, instructed in the use and care. This office is so incredible, super friendly. Their customer service is 5 star. The audiologist truly cares about every patient and treats them like family. If you are embarrassed to wear your hearing aids because you are young, like me, ask about the Phonak Titanium hearing aids, almost impossible to see, they changed my life! I am retired law enforcement with firearm related hearing loss. I wear my hearing aids every day. They are so comfortable i forget there in and have worn them to bed many times. Ingrid is the happiest and most attractive person you will ever meet. Dont run with her, because she will beat you bad. I love this office!

Polite /patient staff and personable /knowledgeable doctor! Dr. Vore diagnosed my inner ear problem as a ruptured ear drum which we isolated to a haphazard cleaning several years ago at a college clinic. After a referral to a great surgeon my hearing is back to normal!

I moved to Idaho a year ago. I was in need of someone to continue the service of my previously purchased hearing aids and was referred to Eagle Hearing as they were a Nu-ear dealer.I went to Dr. Abe to see if he could repair my failing aids even though they were only a year old. I had been having issues with these devices from the start and was not happy with the performance and reliability.I had my file sent to him prior to my first visit for him to review. He was very thorough with his interview, discussing my history, needs and problems I had with my devices., as well as a call to the rep as the devices were under warrenty.Dr. Abe retested my hearing with the standard tone test and then with a word recognition test. He did not like the high difference of loss between the left and right and was concerned with the reliability of my original tests as well as the devices I was fitted with. It did not take him long to determine that these devices were not correct for my level of loss., and worked with his rep to correct the problem and get me into devices that were more suitable for my situation.After a bit of work, he was able to get the rep to exchange my old devices for new technology devices at no extra cost to me.So far the new devices are working as they should and I can hear again.Dr. Abe is a pleasure to work with. Very straight forward and thorough in the process of fitting his patients with the correct devices.I highly recommend Eagle Hearing and Dr. Abe Vore.

I had my hearing tested and was informed that I needed hearing aids. The first individual I talked to seemed only interested in selling me the top priced hearing aids.I then found Eagle Hearing. I made an appointment and when I arrived I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff person. Next came Dr. Abe Vore. The first thing I noticed was that he used hearing aids himself. Secondly, and most importantly he cared. He did not just try to sell me the top of the line. Instead he worked with me until we found the hearing aid that best fit my needs. And even then there was no pressure to purchase.I took time to think about it and when I decided to purchase Dr. Vore assisted me in fitting and adjustments to the aid.I would highly recommend Dr. Vore to anyone needing hearing aids.
