Working with Holly was great customer service from beginning to end. I went in to order door handles and was pleasantly surprise to get such great service from the moment I walked in. She was able to order me a sample of what I wanted, before I put in the final order, to make sure I was completely happy. She was always on time and prompt with our appointments. She even delivered the door handles to the house! They also installed some of my deadbolts and we are now starting to look at kitchen hardware. My son who works for a contractor even asked for their contact because of the quality of product we received and wanted to pass on their bussiness info. So, yes I would used their service again and I would just start with Holly and forget other companies.

I needed a door and a doggie door mechanism installed in the door and everybody I called said minimum of 2 weeks to 4 weeks out. But Holly from eagle River door took care of me within 7 days from time I ordered it to pick up any other doors or Windows all need Ill be coming here again 👍

Holly was more than helpful in helping my husband and I solve a DIY project when we realized we had incorrect hardware. Holly and Troy are both incredibly helpful and willing to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Definitely recommend!
