The store is always clean and inviting; the staff is always helpful and friendly. I use this location primarily for printing and it has been a fantastic experience. My prints always come out looking exactly how I want them and are always completed in a timely manner. They handle my last minute requests with urgency and grace (thank you!). Ive had a mailbox here for over 6 years, Dan and his staff have always been friendly and helpful. I visit here several days a week to pick up mail and packages and each time is an excellent experience. Highly recommend this terrific UPS store.
Just dropped off a ridiculous sink as well as some plumbing items not properly tapped. The employees were incredibly helpful with the sink and boxed it all up for me. Great service.

Ive always had great service here until last Friday. I paid $44.88 to ship something very important NDA to Amarillo, TX and it still hasnt been delivered. I would have been better off paying 55 cents for a stamp and taking my chances. Note: Amarillo is in the Panhandle and not part of the current power outage in Texas.
Efficient & well organized in the height of the holiday rush. There was a line of customer that wrapped around the building. Staff members checked in to assist each prior to getting to front counter. The line went quickly. I appreciated the extra effort to make a hectic task very easy.
Total rip off. I shipped a package weighing 7.8 ounces (little barbie clothes) and paid $19.29 for shipping?? I used my own packaging, but cannot understand the receipt that says 15 lbs, then it says 7.8 actual wt??? I searched online and the quote said it should be around $12.00. I thought the clerk said $9.00 but then when I saw the receipt I was shocked.
The staff members are always willing to help and make my visit quick and painless. I appreciate the work they do and their help in getting items packaged and sent off. They also make the AMAZON return process painless.

Mailing Christmas gifts. One was to a post office box and their computers were down. They just said come back another time. I asked twice but they couldn’t be bothered to keep my package and get payment over the phone when their computer were back up.

I went in for a quick drop off a package which was fast and convenient. I got back to vehicle with my two little kids, my car did not start. (Most likely because it isnt driven as often nowadays) Not only did an employee offer to pull his vehicle around to assist us, a wonderful person of the community just so happen to park near by and helped out in a quick jump start. I love my Eagle residents! This is Idaho at its finest even in such crazy times.
Very displeased with the service I received today. I was trying to return an amazon item that unfortunately didn’t come as a QR code as normal...but rather a normal shipping label. The girl here wanted to charge me over two dollars to print a single piece of paper and slap it on. Meanwhile other stores always do this as a courtesy...Update: day two of trying to make an amazon return here that wasn’t honored. Amazon should pull there relationship with this store rather than trouble their customers with having to deal with these folks who are so far from customer focused...it makes my day worse every time I visit this store. Will go out of my way to go to other UPS stores where they don’t treat their customer like an annoyance....

Service is fine but be aware only about half of the staff wear masks.
Second time my husband paid for priority mail and they sent it ground. When he went to the store to get a refund, he was told that they cannot guarantee priority. They can charge you for it, but they wont refund you if it takes 5 days instead of the 2 day shipping you paid for. Wont be using UPS again. How do they get away with charging you for something and not giving you a refund if they cant do it?
