We purchased a lemon from here and they assured us the car was in good condition. Please get your vehicle checked by someone before purchasing, or purchase a warranty. We made the mistake of trusting them and it cost our family thousands of dollars.

I recommend Bradley’s, very good mechanics. I had a blown engine and I was ready to give up on the car and they persisted on trusting them to get the warranty to cover it and promised I would have another engine and they delivered on that promise and my car runs great! Great customer service as well, they definitely make you feel welcome!

Theyll come tow it to their shop and fix. Ive never had any trouble out of any if my vehicles after theyve fixed it. Good prices and honest people. I highly recommend!!!!

Great customer service. My husband and I were getting on the road to head home, 600 miles and our car was overheating because our fan wasnt kicking on. Found a blown fuse and had us out in less than an hour. Would go back if I needed work in this area again.

Dont even bother going here. They are literally too busy trying to keep Family Autos lemons on the road to even walk out to your vehicle, and pop the hood too see what the problem is! The guy running the place told me the only thing he would be interested in doing to my truck would be changing the entire engine! Without even walking out to my truck. Busted Knuckle on 123 changed my fuel pump, and got me back on the Rd the next business day! Bradleys didnt even know when they would have the time to swap my engine!

Horrible place to go to! They did my breaks gave me a price before doing it and went up on the price after my car was finished!

Had my serpentine belt replaced here. 2 days later it fell off. Not snapped or anything just came off.

Good service, fare price and they work to get you in soon as possible. Feels trustworthy thus far Ive used them three times now and will likely go back in the future.

I went and purchased a car from them and right after I bought it I had to start repairing it. I called them and they started saying I shouldve bought the warranty. I shouldnt have to buy a warranty, they just shouldnt sell junk. I wouldnt advise anyone who wants a good vehicle to go here because you wont get one.

This place does not deserve one star. We were loyal customers for several years. Owners were rude to us many times - one occasion became very sarcastic since I was 30 minutes early for my appointment. Seems owners/office help are too busy to care. My advice - go elsewhere !

Bought a car from here..3 days later had to put over $500.00 out to have head lights fixed.they completely stopped working while we were out driving at night..Come to find out they had been rewired with speaker wire..Now 2 months later the car is sitting..Transmission issues, wheel bearing bad, ..I told this man we are grandparents raising grandkids..needed something very dependable as they have alot of dr appts..I told him this was all the money we had which was $3,100.00..So he sold us a $3,100.00 piece of junk..Now no transportation..Thanks for making our life a little harder..

Seems like when they fix something they mess something else up so youll have to bring vehicle back. They messed my daughters car up and she paid someone else to fix it because they didnt want to fix it
