Took both of my daughters shopping for Prom & left with dresses & shoes. They sell jewelry too! Leaving with everything in one place was so nice. The owner can offer alterations as well if needed. She offered her opinion when my youngest had a tough time deciding which dress. She assisted my oldest in seeing if she could add material to make a 2 pc fit & when she couldnt do more to it she brought out another dress we may had liked better. At the end of checkout she gave me a discount deal on a 2nd pair of shoes. She even stayed a little past closing time to give us the time we needed to be set for checkout. When I was in limbo between renting or buying shoes she gave me her business card & mentioned I could call to see if the shoes were still available to rent & allowed me to take a picture of the shoes to have the right pair. I ended up just buying the shoes & us 3 girls left happy. There are 3 levels of dresses. Have fun shopping ladies! I recommend this place for formal wear shopping.

We drove to Easley from Greer to check out the dresses for my daughter’s school pageant. Ms Tina was sweet and helpful. She provided many tips and took the time to help Claire with her fitting.The selection of dresses was amazing! And Ms Tina’s prices were affordable. The dress we chose for our daughter fit her perfectly! Not to mention, we were able to get the shoes and earrings there too, which was very convenient. It was well worth the drive. Would definitely recommend Boutique Galleries! 😀

This is a great place! I get all my winning pageant gowns here! (Junior Miss South Carolina, Teen Miss South Carolina through National Heart of America, and Young Miss Teen Pickens County through LMSC) The staff is nice, and very helpful! I also got my first Semi-Formal dress here. 10/10 would recommend.

I have bought a fancy New Years Eve dress here for the past two years and have nothing but compliments! Tina is so helpful with the entire process. I have a 24 year daughter with Down syndrome and was in need of a Tim Tebow Prom dress and entering a special needs pageant. Spent all afternoon there trying on many dresses. They were so helpful and offered many alterations solutions. She offered great prices. Beautiful selection of ALL sizes. My daughter walked out glowing with happiness and two new dresses! Will recommend to anyone!

Not only did she take months to alter my wedding dress but she was also VERY rude with snarky comments. Ask my mother in law and I to wash our hands before we touched my already purchased dressed, the bag was ripped and She didn’t even want me to try on my dress after she altered it and then over charged me on a 25$ purchase that I had already made. Not wanting to be mean or rude we left and I disputed the charge. Which I’m still in the process of getting my money back. If you are looking for a wedding dress and want to feel special and important I DO NOT recommend this place. If I could give -5 stars I would. She is very rude and I don’t think she understands that’s how she comes off. Learn how to add a 6% tax to 25$. Since basic math skills Allude you I’ll help, it’s $26.50 not 30$ or the 32$ you tried to charge me you nasty little thief.

I havent needed a special dress for quite a few years so it has been a while since Ive been. However, this past Saturday (September 22nd), the time came for me to find the most important dress of my life...my wedding dress! I knew that Boutique Galleries needed to be my first and primary stop. Tina immediately remembered my mom and I as we walked in the store. It didnt take us long at all to find the dress of my dreams! Staff was unfriendly. Had plenty of dresses but it was so crowded with them it would be easy to get lost- especially without help. Wedding dresses looked dirty and most of them look very uncared for.

Id there was a zero star Id give that. The lady openly admitted to price gauging earrings, had messed up dresses, with an attitude to match.

Variety and options in color, size, style. Also shoes and bags. Owner is super nice and sweet and will stay after-hours if needed.

Brought my baby in to try on pageant dresses. She was asleep and I didn’t want to wake her. But the lady said “yeah, I don’t want to hear a screaming baby.” I thought that was very rude considering you are in a customer service business and your store has dresses for infants. Will not be back.

Best place in the Greenville area price and selection

This shop has lots of dresses, yes... so many cramped into the space you cant even really look for one. Also, all of the dresses we tried on had tears, rips, stains (underarm), were missing sequins, etc. The customer service was so-so. The real kicker was that her rental prices were HIGH- we hit several other stores with comparable dresses that were on sale for at or below her rental prices! The rental prices were WAY over what I had expected to pay.If youve got deep pockets and dont mind having someone elses stains rubbing on your body, and dont mind wearing something that is obviously used, then its the store for you. Other wise I think Id try somewhere else.
