Clean store, very organized. Relaxed atmosphere. Workers are very kind and professional. The store smells nice. Clothing is very pricey though, and does not carry anything for plus sized people. Very contrasted to the workers and customers at Walmart, just a parking lot over.

Be careful of Kohls in Easley. Price tag says one price but when they ring it up is its a different price. Plus tax of course. I only noticed when I got home. Only way to solve the problem is to drive there they said. Me personally will not drive 30min for them to solve this problem. Just check the price on receipt before you walk out.

There was this really rude manager working when I came in at 4:00. She had bad manners and was yelling at an employee so loud you can hear it through the little microphone thing. The poor girl looked like she was in a state of shock. I was mortified! I refuse to shop at an establishment that has managers that cannot conduct themselves in a civilized manner or at least have the common decency to speak with an employee out of sight and in person. Not to mention she was not very she continuously ignored me when I had a question about todays sale. I would not recommend shopping here as long as this unprofessional manager is still here. I can not remember her name but she was horrible.

Bought a $60 pair of shoes for free in-store pickup..was charged three times over $180 . Never should have happened. They say charges will fall off..but the other charges shouldnt have ever been there. Been a week still there. On a budget cant afford this!!! Notice that all the bad reviews Kohls doesnt comment it try to make things right.

Na, I wenthere and tha manager followed me around like I wasnt good enough to be shopping there. They didnt even have tha cologne that was on display. And they wouldnt even sell me tha display bottle. I still spent 450 bucks there just to be about it ya know. Tha experience was terrible.

Didnt do any shopping, just had to make a return for something l bought online from Amazon. Which I might say was great. Walk into Kohls, they have it clearly marked where you go to return for Amazon, present your return and shipping label 🏷 they scan it give you your copy take your return and your done.

Mens department is small and not a of options. Was looking for my husbands shirt for family pictures. Womens department, however wraps around the building and a great selection. Conflicted. Need more options for men in the future. (Itll make it easier on the wives😅) thanks!

I did their ship to store and had my order brought to my car. This shipping option took longer than ship to home but it was super convenient! It took me less than 15 minutes to pick up my order and be on my way.

Love shopping at Kohl’s, until today. Went by to purchase some pants for a sales meeting next week. Looked online and price stated 39.99 sale price. Did NOT state ONLINE ONLY. Pants rang up Buy 1 get the 2nd half instead of 39.99. Was told that sale price was online only and would have to purchase online. Don’t agree with that, but okay... then told I would have to leave and come back in a few hours when order would be ready. What?!?!? Let me purchase the pants at the advertised price and go on my way as a happy customer, nope. Nothing they could do for me. Sorry, but that customer service experience ruined me of Kohl’s.

I like khols.. but it is not handicap friendly. I have a lot of health issues and cannot walk far. Really need motorized carts there. Tried to use the wheelchairs provided but I dont have enough arm strength to push it myself. I had to get help to push me back to the front.

Kohls is a comfortable place to shop, especially when you check ahead about the generous coupons Kohls gives. The nicest aspect, however, is being able to return Amazon prime purchases at the Kohls service counter. Its a win-win!

It wasnt great experience. Im actually going to return my things because I noticed i was being watched and when I payed for my items with my kohls credit card I was the only one they asked for Id. I went to kohls on woodruff rd. and I didnt get that treatment. I paid with my kohls card only having to swipe it and that was it. Never will shop at that kohls again.

I wished they had the shirt I was looking for. They have the brand, just not the style. I will have to go online. Nice selection still, and very clean!! This Kohls was spotless.

Love coming in and looking for deals! Sort of helpful that they have free Wi-Fi. Parking is abundant, there hours are pretty helpful. Haven´t had an issue getting help nor had an issue with the store. If you cant find something someone is always there to help you. Love the prices, especially when they have sales going!

Wow! I had $90.00 in Kohls cash yesterday and bought a comforter for my bed a blanket for another bed, two bath mats for the bathroom. And a Yankee candle. I didnt have to pay a penny for any of it.

Beyond impressed with the service I received at this location this holiday season. I visited the Easley Kohl’s on Thanksgiving and arrived early in the hope of getting a great deal on a certain big-ticket item. The managers passed out tickets to those in line for limited-quantity items and I got the last one for the item I had come for. Well, somehow the last one accidentally got sold before I redeemed my ticket. The assistant manager Blanca was so accommodating and apologetic and took my name and number, assuring me she would call if the item ever returned to stock. Two weeks passed and I hadn’t heard back, and I got worried because the item was no longer even listed on the store website. But sure enough, on the evening of the two-week mark, Blanca called to tell me it had arrived. She saved the item for me and even honored the Black Friday deal which included a significant markdown and quite a lot of Kohl’s cash. Many thanks to her for surpassing my expectations and coming through!

Kohl’s is a 5 star store. Very clean. Very nice sales people. Great checkout system. Excellent for returns or exchanges.

I love this Kohls! I shop at the one in Anderson, Greenville, and Easley! The Easley location is my favorite. I like the easy to navigate layout of the store and the helpful staff! The price checkers located around the store make shopping easy and fun!

Kohls is a great store. When I lived in Tenn their prices were somewhat cheaper. But all in all u get quality and a good amount of choses

I ordered what I wanted and got to pick it up without shopping . Recommend holiday shopping to all.
