Not impressed. Costumer service was not only very slow to even talk with me, they kept walking around me and working not saying anything at all.. they were rude once I was spoken with. The manager was the only reason I didn’t walk out. Greg was helpful. And didn’t talk down to me like the other person did. The first man told me they couldn’t match it and there was nothing they could do. Even when I told him the name it was under and had a sample. Very rude. Maybe it was because I’m a woman. He was very kind to the other two men that came in when I was waiting on the manager to make the paint for me. I won’t be back.

I was trying to match stain for my stairs to the existing hardwood floor. Greg was extremely helpful and worked diligently to find just the right color. It matched perfectly and I couldnt be more pleased!

I gave this business four stars because of its friendly customer service, well maintained floor and stock. Everything is well labeled and easy to find. Getting out of the parking lot is very tricky especially if you are headed back in the direction of Greenville. Otherwise, be careful making right turn because of turning traffic from other direction on 123!! Thank you very much for all your help and getting the painting supplies I needed.

The staff is always very knowledgeable and helpful! Always considered paint to be generally standard across the board but have found that their products are definitely not standard but superior in quality. Store always runs sales and promotions but setting up the personalized account is well worth it.

I had a wonderful experience at the Easley SC Sherwin-Williams store. The person assisting me made numerous efforts to perfectly match the paint I needed, and that effort is greatly appreciated. All the staff was helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend this store for all of your painting needs!
