Matt and family were so amazing to do business with for our first child 2 years ago, there was no question, we headed back for baby number 2. The second we walked in the door we were greeted as if we were family. They were open and honest throughout the whole process! Will recommend them to anyone I know that is in the market for nursery/kids furniture!!! Love to support mom and pop family business!

I have nothing but great things to say. From the moment me, my daughter, my husband, my mom and mother in-law walked in it was so delightful! We went in to purchase a bedroom set for our son that is on the way. Becki and her daughter was absolutely amazing. Becki selling skills are out of this world. She was completely honest and would not sell me anything that was not needed. We traveled over an hour away and I’m so glad I did. Buy Buy Baby did not have anything I wanted in stock. Owners are great to work with, very knowledgeable and pleasant. The stores selection is massive. I really appreciated that they had actual pieces with the different color samples instead of swatches.

I was very impressed with kids bedroom gallery and their amazing staff. My husband and I picked out our furniture in February and we were not due till August. Unfortunately due to the changes in the Chinese tariffs our original choice was not available before my due date. Matt and his staff rallied to help us get in and select another set. Jeremy was there the day we came in and re-selected. He called the manufacturer to make sure it was available and we walked out very happy. Unfortunately even after a call to them, Matt called to say the manufacturer was mistaken and offered many solutions to our no furniture issue again. We choose to select a third set, which was delivered the next week in perfect condition. We are so very thankful for that too since our daughter arrived two weeks later ahead of schedule. This process could have been much more stressful then it was if not for the attention and care of the staff and owner. In the end my husband and I are extremely happy with the furniture and would buy from them again if we ever choose to have another child.

Just purchased furniture for my third baby from KBG. Wouldn’t look anywhere else, as the bedroom sets that we got from here for our first two are beautiful and incredibly well-made. Our experience with furniture delivery and assembly was also very positive.Rae was so helpful in answering questions about piece availability and measurements, gauging our style, and ultimately selected the furniture that we chose. Haven’t received our newest furniture yet, but know we’ll be happy.
Hands down the only place I would ever buy furniture for my sons room. The furniture we had delivered today is the second order from Kids Bedroom Gallery. Besides the fact that the store staff is great, the delivery to NYC from their store was flawless. The delivery guys showed up early (!!), got everything put together and cleaned up every last stitch of packaging in record time. And, most importantly, very high quality furniture. This is definitely and small business to support!
In July of 2020 I found baby furniture I loved at Kids Bedroom Gallery online. The owner was fabulous and helpful. I loved the idea of buying from a family owned company and they assured me it would be sent to CO without any issue. I was originally quoted 6-8 weeks and was due in October so that time frame worked out fine. After reaching out to them multiple times the delivery date kept changing. With covid I tried to be flexible, but the furniture did not arrive until mid November of 2020. After the baby was born and it was missing pieces. Not only did it not arrive for almost 4.5 months later I never once was contacted by the company I had to continuously email them for an update. Also, the 5 piece bedroom set I ordered was delivered at 9:30 pm in the back of a mans pick up truck. We had been guaranteed in room delivery and my husband and father were responsible for carrying it all upstairs. The man who delivered it was not even an employee of the delivering company. Flashforward to May 2021. I am still missing the footboard to the bed and I have had to contact them every 6 weeks for an update. I have yet to be contacted by them to inform me of where my footboard is located. As much as I would love to support this family business it has been nothing but a headache.
I purchased a loft bed for my son from Kids Bedroom Gallery in East Brunswick, they are a family owned business, and they are wonderful. In my process of deciding, I met most of them and was never disappointed, they were all welcoming and knowledgeable. They have been nothing but professional and accommodating to the customer and I would recommend them to anyone.
I requested some info on a line of furniture they carry. I was contacted shortly after the request. Rae was very helpful with answering all of my questions and followed up on a few things for me. I placed an order and requested a confirmation once the furniture was confirmed to be in inventory. Rae emailed as soon as she received confirmation. When my husband & I went to order furniture they offered they could get furniture not seen in store if it was a brand they carried. The furniture was available quickly but since it came in before the room at our house was empty they held the furniture which I thought was helpful. The delivery went really smooth. The gentlemen were quick, efficient & thorough with the set up. We were very pleased with the furniture we ordered and will definitely purchase more furniture with them as our family grows. I’ve been waiting 5 months for something that was supposed to take 8-10 weeks.
Decided to overpay and go with a local family run business. Boy was that a mistakeSales person informed me order was fully in stock and would get delivered on average in 6 weeks but more likely in 4 since all is in stock.9 weeks later I have no order even though they already received the items.Parts of my order ended up being out of stock.The office manager Jeremy was incredibly rude and often times slow to answer emails.We placed the order August 8th.First he told me they don’t sit on orders and it would ship 9/15.On 9/14 he told me that some items are still out of stock and it will ship by next week. That never happenedOn 9/22 he said it will ship by the end of the week.According to Jeremy it finally shipped 9/25 and they don’t sit on orders so as soon as they get it- it will be delivered. A few more times I was told wrong estimates.This review is being written on 10/7 when he informed me they finally received the order but it will take them until the end of the week to sort through orders they received in order to even call to schedule the delivery....If you want to overspend.Receive rude service once you have paid (sales team was awesome)Receive your orders much later (than guaranteed)And have an overall horrible experience this is your place.My toddlers have been sleeping on the floor in sleeping bags for 4 weeks because I have their beds to a friend knowing theirs would be arriving any day. What a joke.Horrible company.Will update review if the owner or anyone else decides to reach out and/or if we receive the items
I had an amazing experience with Kids Bedroom Gallery. During the covid pandemic I ordered my furniture over the phone. I never saw the furniture in person before ordering it. My furniture arrived much quicker than I expected. I was able to upgrade my order and have my furniture put together for me and the workmen were great. I ordered many pieces of furniture and everything came in perfect condition. It is the most beautiful furniture I’ve ever seen. I will definitely order furniture from Kids Bedroom Gallery when we have our next baby.I highly recommend Kids Bedroom Gallery and the Dulce Babi Naples Collection in white.

I visited the store three times before deciding on a nursery set. Each time the staff was very friendly and answered all of our questions. After I placed the order and paid in full, I never heard from them again. I was told I would receive a phone call within two weeks with an order status and that the set would be delivered within 4-6 weeks. It has now been 8 weeks and I still have not heard from them. I’ve called and emailed many times with no actual response.I’m a big supporter of small business, which is why I was okay with paying much more for a nursery set that I would at a chain store, but I’ve honestly come to regret this decision.UPDATEAfter posting this review, I received a call informing me that my order had been ready for weeks, but they forgot to let me know. The only saving grace is that they were able to accommodate me for next day delivery which I’ve reflected in my new rating.UPDATE #2I just received a rather unprofessional call from the OWNER of the store asking me to update my review because I was sharing “inaccurate information.” I was asked to update that it has actually been 6 weeks since I placed my order which, considering the service I received, was the most disrespectful request. (If he wants to get technical, I placed the order on 9/10 and didnt speak to a human being about it until 10/30 - exactly 7+ weeks later, NOT SIX). I was told that the “customer is not always right” and that I should “go home, take out my calendar and count the days since my order” instead of being apologized to for the entire mishap in the first place. NEVER RETURNING HERE AGAIN!
We recently purchased a crib for our grandchild to be. Everyone in the store was very knowledgeable and helpful. My husband and I visited the store as soon as we saw they were allowed to open during COVID. Our two little ones were wayyyy overdue for new sets as we were exiting the toddler stages. This place is HUGE!!! Not overwhelmingly huge but you had so many great options. We compared prices before hand with the “big box stores” and we were getting so much more bang for our buck and added in the fact that the furniture itself was a great product. They are such a nice family and were so informative on the products and helped us stay within our budget. The store is super clean and I was a little hesitant bringing my little ones into the store as I know they can get bored easily, my worries were quickly dismissed as these small business owners doubled as seasoned parents and it truly showed. The best part was everything was there to see and touch, no online guessing. Their delivery guys were so nice, wore masks, worked around the super excited kids, and put the furniture together flawlessly. Overall, I was extremely happy with the entire process and I highly recommended them to anyone looking to support small business wanting to purchase great furniture.

There are not enough kinds words to thank Matt & Becki for helping us when we needed to replace our waterbed mattress, heater and liner!!! We have purchased items for our bed from the Kids Bedroom Gallery before., so I called and the owner Matt answered. It happened to be right before they were closing the store because of the state closures. We would not be able to make it to the store before they closed since we lived about 1 ½ hours away. Matt offered to work with us so that we would be able to get the items we needed. We will definitely return to them for any items we need in the future!!!
Customer service is phenomenal!!! I walked in overwhelmed with the myraid of amazing options available for a bed and Becki made the process so structured and easy. I had an idea in my head of what I needed and Becki was able to immediately understand my needs and provide options. She went above and beyond with verifying measurements to ensure my maxtrix system would fit. In addition, she and her husband made miracles happen by not only providing a substantial delivery and install date but by also successfully meeting my budget! It felt like Christmas 🤗The showroom is neat and clean with various displays for getting a feel of the furniture quality. This is hard to find as most other places had a mediocre handful of displays whereas this specific location showcased the different finishes, heights, stair/ladder options, storage options ecetera...I felt exceptionally lucky and wholesomely giddy with joy ☘️
I recently bought the NE Schoolhouse Stair Bunk Bed and Dresser for my grandson. I really shopped around and Kids Bedroom Gallery gave me a much better price than any other provider. I asked for a bundle deal and I was thrilled with the price they quoted. The threshold delivery was good. Of course the assembling process was tedious, but the beds are absolutely fabulous. I would say they are better than my Pottery Barn ones and about 1/3 of the cost.
Matt and Debbie were awesome to deal with and went above and beyond to get us exactly what we wanted and made the whole process of buying baby furniture smooth and easy. Delivery and setup were great. The guys arrived on time (to the minute!) and were polite and did a great job setting up and everything was exactly as we expected. Also, you cant beat the price! We found a loft bed for our 11 year old son.They offered us the Best price around.We felt great being able to get “online” priceing... from a real store !!!The delivery was smooth & professional.
We had been to many furniture stores looking for a bedroom set for my 11 year old son. We could not find any bedroom sets for that age except in IKea which is not what we were looking for. We were looking for a high quality wood set that was not for baby or adults.We were so happy to find the Kids Bedroom Gallery. It not only had many bedroom sets that were perfect for 11 years old boy but the furniture was made of real wood. The sale people were friendly. The owner was great. He held over the sale for a week so we were not pressure into buying the set until we were ready. The furniture came in quickly and the quality was very good. The furniture is beautiful. The delivery men were very nice and did a great job setting it up. Most importantly, my son loves it !
Cant say enough great things about this place. Went in looking for nursery furniture for our first child. I had been to a few other stores and had left frustrated due to pushy sales people. Not here. The selection was fabulous, the owners really took their time with us helping to look at the options and understand the functionality, and helped us be realistic about what we needed (and not blow all my money on what i thought we needed). Will be back as our family grows in the future!
I had a terrible experience and it wasnt completely the owners fault. After 4 months of back and forth I finally get a partial delivery. The vendor sent a dresser from a completely different set. The owner was very sorry and gave me a refund. Once I got my refund I went to Bambi Baby and had my daughters furniture in a week. It was a pretty stressful 4 months I must say. My suggestion is to read the contract completely before you decide to buy. You cant take any action till at least 12 weeks have passed. Also the delivery guys were very rude to my wife.

What a great shopping experience ......................anxious to purchase nursery furniture for my new granddaughter I came across the website of Kids Bedroom Gallery in East Brunswick, NJ. I visited the showroom and was very pleased to find a beautiful selection of baby furniture. I was approached with a smile by a lovely and knowledgeable saleswoman (Liv) who helped this indecisive woman choose a furniture collection.I couldnt be happier with the fair prices, exceptional service as well ason -time delivery.
On or about Feb 10th, 2018, my wife and I purchased almost $7000 in kids furniture and accessories for our kids. The sales associate told us delivery in 4-6 weeks. At the 8 week mark & no call, we decided to contact the store for an update. At which time, we were told to contact the warehouse cause they dont handle that issue at the store level. We then leave several messages requesting a call back. Nothing! We then turn back to the store and sales associate who gladly took our order but now reroutes are calls to the warehouse. Finally get in touch with the Owner. Great right? NO! After speaking with him and thinking maybe we are back on track, he forgets to call me back for days and claims to be waiting for the manufacturing company to call him back. Poor customer service nonetheless. Finally he tells me 2 pieces are on back order but that they will deliver the other pieces in the meantime. When the delivery arrives, they are missing 4 items, not the 2 he originally said. To top it off, when I wasnt looking, the delivery guys drill bigger holes in the slot where the shelf for the bookshelf go. Now the bookshelf falls. Now June and more complaining, I finally get a call that my missing items are in. When they deliver, I have them look at the bookshelf to be told thats how its suppose to go. Then I ask the delivery guy, if thats so how would that allow me to use the other levels for the shelf. He then proceeds to literally hammer bigger holes into other areas to prove his point. Thats how you change the shelf on a bookshelf? Really? I had to convince them to take it back out of fear my son would drop the shelf and everything on it onto himself. 5 weeks after that episode, Im still waiting for a call back to let me know when they are bring me a new bookshelf. Customer service at the worst levels from the associate to the owner! Im a Military Serviceman who from the beginning has been respectful and beyond patient. But my family has been taken advantage of!
Amazing customer service! My daughters now discontinued beds side rails broke and the team at Kids Bedroom Gallery tracked them down, and delivered to us no questions asked. And this was 5 years after we bought the set. Thank you so much!

These guys are awesome! They are a family- run business and have been around for over 20 years. My family has bought furniture from them multiple times and we have never had a bad experience. Selection is the biggest around and they have even more on their website. They carry high quality kids furniture but you will always get a good price with them. Their sales people are super knowledgeable and helpful in person and over the phone. Their service team is very easy to get in touch with and has always been quick to respond to any questions about our orders. Definitely will be back.
I love to shop local, and was pleasantly surprised to find that Bedroom Galleries had so many sets on display, and were reasonably priced. I could easily walk around the store, test out the furniture, and have my questions answered. It is nice to know that they deliver and that they are very friendly. I felt that they were upfront with the return policies and had no problems at all. If you are looking for ideas for how to update your own bedroom, definitely check them out.

After having some trouble with a local furniture store I was forced to use an online venue to order my childrens bed. I reviewed several places and called Kids Bedroom Gallery.What a pleasure it was to deal with these people! I spoke with George Mazza specifically, and he was wonderful. They were able to deliver the bed I needed 2 weeks FASTER than any other company could manage!Please note that I live in South Florida and I have never ordered anything of this magnitude online. I only used the curbside delivery service and actually assembled the bed on my own.Everything went smooth as could be. I could not recommend this place highly enough!

Buying from this company was a terrible experience. I felt like they told me whatever they could to get me to buy from them, and once they had my money, they didnt really care about me as a customer. Our furniture showed up late and damaged, and the delivery guy damaged our brick wall by our driveway.Ultimately, it cost me way more money to buy from this company than just my local company. I went with them because I was going to save a little money, and they seemed so nice. When I wanted to buy, they specifically bragged about how they pick great shipping companies to deliver the furniture. Well, as I said, our furniture showed up very damaged, and the delivery guy managed to damage our brick wall by our driveway, which we had to pay to get fixed. We had to get 2 of our 3 pieces replaced. And this was after the furniture showed up weeks later than promised.One of the things we bought was a set of drawers to go under a toddler bed. One of the support beams was split and broken. The owner tried to convince us that it didnt matter and that all of the drawers were like that (he allegedly checked what they had in the showroom). He seemed shocked at the idea that we paid for brand new furniture in perfect condition, and thats what we wanted. (Also, when we did get our new set of drawers, the support beam was not split so it of course wasnt true that all the drawers were like that.)Despite telling me at first that they would do whatever they could to make it right, they basically did nothing to help with the brick wall situation (they did get me the name of the head of the company...which I had already given to them). They never took any ownership of the fact that they contracted with the shipping companies, not me.Going with this company cost me a lot of time (the furniture was weeks late, and then two pieces had to be reshipped which took another month) and extra money, and while things happen, their attitude was just terrible. I just felt like as soon as they had my money, they didnt care anymore. Dealing with them was a complete nightmare.

Sorry to say but the language your used to started your review is totally unprofessional and stands out for the rude behavior that some of your customers has mentioned in their comments.When i stepped into your store, i was clear on my budget and i did mention the fact that i came to this store after going over your website, which said that you offer unbeatable prices and discounts., also on your website you mentioned about helping small business and their families. Those are words that helped me to take a long ride to stop by at your shop in person.Matt, customers are not beggars. The way you said You are helping a little girl get dance lessons, customers also want to give the best to their kids. Not all customers are spend·thrift. Parents work hard to give their best to their kids, so your comparison of negotiation to begging, doesnt go well with the statements that you have given on your website.Raymors, Ashleys, Walmart and others offer something called Price-Match... and when customers ask the sales agents to do a price -match for something they saw online, they are not calling it as begging. I saw similar item online and showed the same to your sales agent for the price they are offering, and was expecting a price match, not the kind of words you used.Your choice of words (e.g. begging) shows how you take care of your customer. I wouldnt hesitate a bit to think that you might have used those words based on race and color.Right decision to not move a head with such rude service.
My husband and I are expecting a baby boy and we were looking for a deal on Dolce Babi nursery furniture. We live in Florida and options nearby are limited. From their website we found a floor model available for a very decent price. The customer service from beginning to end was great, it was delivered within the expected timeframe, and we couldn’t be happier!Update: I just purchased a second crib/dresser combo. I was very happy with the customer service and products from 2018 so we decided to buy from here again. This time I communicated with Matt and he was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. Matt and I traded a couple phone calls and emails to make sure we were getting what we wanted and we are very excited for the set to arrive!
Terrible experience like others no response to problems after they get your money. They offer you the world and dont stand behind their promises. They said their prices were the lowest anywhere but found that I ccould get it local for less (didnt shop around ..just believed them at their word) furniture came in 6 weeks later than promised with multiple damages. Delivery people left it at my curb and my husband had to move boxes into our garage as it started to pour.Called them about all of this and was told everything will be addressed by the owner. Never heard from them again. We hired a furniture repair co to fix all the issues. Cost us $375.00 which we asked. The store to help us with and they said no that we should have waited for them to do it.If we waited it would never had gotten done by the store.Please do not buy anything from this company. PLEASE I BEG U dont make the mistakes others listed here have made. Buy local where you can get things taken care of not empty promises.
I purchased furniture from them on-line. I knew the brand of furniture that I wanted, and after looking locally for it, I found it on-line at the Bedroom Galleries for about the same price. They said it would be delivered 3 weeks sooner than the local company, so I decided, since I knew the brand, that it would be worth it to order on-line so I could get it sooner.Turns out, it ended up being delivered 3 weeks later than was promised (so it wasnt any faster going this route, but that was OK, not a big deal).They used a local delivery service to deliver it. Once the men delivering it left, I went to look more closely at the furniture. They ended up putting a small knick in the bookcase, but I figured that wasnt that big of a deal, I could live with it. I then looked at the trundle, and saw that the front was pulling away from the sides. Not sure if it was because of being mishandled during the delivery, or if the trundle itself was faulty.After it was delivered, I received a phone call from the delivery company to see how things went. I told them of our issues and were told they would get back with us and send someone out to look at it. They never did.So, I proceeded to contact Bedroom Galleries and let them know, via e-mail, what had happened. At this point it still wasnt major, we were just gonna live with the (what we thought were) minor issues. I never heard back from anyone at Bedroom Galleries, even after sending my e-mail.Fast forward 11 months later, and the trundle, after being used a dozen or so times, has completely come apart. Like, we couldnt even pull it out from under the bed because the sides were totally pulling away from the front and coming apart from the bottom.I contacted them and told them of our issues, and after going back and forth a couple of times, they told me that they finally reached the delivery place, but since it had been too long, they wouldnt do anything to make it right. So they were going to contact the manufacturer. It has been a month and a half and I still havent heard back from them. Im guessing the manufacturer told them the same thing and so now theyre just avoiding my e-mails.At this point, I would never order from them again. The experience is frustrating and very unpleasant and Im left with a $500 trundle that wont work at all. Maybe if I were local and could talk to them face to face it would be different. But I kind of doubt it.
The owner is openly rude. Hes rude to his employees in front of customers and hes rude about customers to his employees. Despicable!
I was promised my set in 4-6 weeks. Then, I recieved an email that the shipment would be delayed. Despite these delays, I was still charged the ENTIRE balance for my purchase without even receiveing a shipping tracking number. I received ANOTHER delay email and at this point I called to ask whats up. The man I spoke to said he would call back in an hour to let me know where my set was and never did. At this point I feel like I was robbed. Im out a lot of money and my daughter has been sleeping on the floor for over two months. Extremely frustrated and disappointed.
