I placed an order of the phone for a new screen. Process was smooth and easy. They were extremely helpful. Came in exactly when promised. Price was fair. Product was exactly as they explained it would be. Excellent customer service.

Visited the showroom on Aug-14th - provided all the specifications for doors & windows. Was promised a quote by Aug-17th. Followed up on Aug-21st. Was told quote will be sent by Aug-21st. It’s a week since - no news. Not sure what to make of it. The single-star is for the lady who seemed knowledgeable and was very helpful when we visited the store. Overall, not a good experience.

WindowRama seems to be a building full of salesmen and middle men without any actual deciders or doers or technical people. Not the place you want to order something as technical as windows. Im a framer, builder and registered architect and my last two jobs where the owner chose to deal with windowrama have been nightmares. Once an issue comes up and you need to speak to a technical person who can give you answers or explain why something is different than on the drawings, youre out of luck, all you get is a middleman playing telephone with the manufacturer. Try to find a window manufacturer that sells factory-direct to avoid this problem.

Visited in person to place an order for parts which was written down in a notebook. Followed up by phone for an update after a week and was told that that, oops, the order was never placed, but would be placed that day and I would contacted when the order come in. Over a year later, Im still optimistic that my order will be coming in soon....

Windowrama is by far the most efficient and helpful place I have ever worked with. I was in a pinch for time. The window was back ordered from the factory 3 weeks. They had it to me in 2 business days. I will always do business with this company

I had a terrible experience with Windowrama in East Brunswick. No direct answer, every seller gave a different story about why delay the delivery time.All the conditions have not been met.I can not trust this company. If you have a plan and a date, they spoil them. I do not want anyone to repeat my mistake.I do not recommend this company. Do not waste your time.

There was one guy working at the time and he was helping another family when I walked in. I was barely acknowledged as he continued to help the family. I waited patiently for about 30 mins and browsed around at doors/windows, etc. When he was done with the other family, he provided me with mediocre service, basically only answering questions. When I mentioned that I wanted the door installed and that I wanted the door jamb and brick mold repaired as well, I could tell he was no longer interested in the sale. He took my information and told me he would email me a quote on Monday. Its 4 weeks later and I never got the quote. I also noticed that when the other family was talking about installation he was giving them a bit of a hard time too. I was a motivated buyer, this guy lost a sale.

WindowRama installed an entry door 4 month ago. First of all it took almost a 5 month of fight and frustration to install this door, and after a first rain, the frame start peeling off, now we are trying to get in touch with them to fix it, but nobody returning a call, we send a letter, no response. Never ever deal with them, stay out of trouble. I would put no stars, they dont deserve even a one star

I got a quote on windows few months ago I called & left a message more than once saying I would like to get windows installed no one returned my calls
