Worse experience. Starting the minute I walked in. I ask to see a the type of paint color available to paint vinyl siding. The sales person said u can pick any color you want. I asked if she was sure. She said yes. I googled it and sure enough she was wrong 🤦🏻‍♂️. After finding the Vinyl paint samples. I asked to get a quart of 4 different colors. She talked to her manager and Told me she will not be able to sell me quarts samples and that I should go to Home Depot… waste of time. I thought going to a designated paint store they would be more knowledgeable and helpful. I guessed wrong and will never go back or recommend.

This store provides a great selection of high quality paints. Nigel was of great assistance as he helped to explain the differences between each type of paint and with his expertise I was able to select the right ones for my home.

They OVERESTIMATED the amount of paint I required. I did a detailed measurements of the 2rooms I had to paint and went by the store. They suggested I require 5gallons of paint. Eventually I ended up only using less than 2gallons after 2coats and lot of wastageI reached out to them for a refund and the interaction was hostile. The manager put me on a 18mins hold and didnt give me a call back, instead had a staff member call me back. I like Sherwin Williams but will not recommend this store

I removed 5stars for the service and had to give back 1star just bcoz I like Sherwin Williams paint. The staff will give wrong guidance on quantity required and stop answering calls when you try to work out a solution

Friendly and knowledgeable. Also they sell great products and can answer questions way better than a big box store.

The service here was so pleasant. From curbside pick up, to helping to choose a paint color and type of paint for your project, to mixing it, and even walking my samples to my truck. They are all very caring. Thank you for helping me choose to the staff there Wednesday morning! :-D

I was extremely satisfied with their color match abilities. I went to Home Depot, and left there with a product that was way off. Sherwin Williams of Oldbridge, came through for me in the clutch.

This salesman did not show any skill in matching colors nor did he have any opinions that were useful in matching the colors. However he was pleasant enough and did assist me right away which i appreciated.

Albert was great! He was very helpful.

I visited twice--once a day on 2 consecutive days. The person working there on the first visit was helpful. He was knowledgeable and answered my questions, helping me toward which bases to choose. The person on the second day, not so much. Also, on the second day, they had run out of the paint base I needed. It wasnt some special base, we just needed a flat interior for an off-white.

They have a large variety of paint colors to choose from. Staff is patient, courteous and professional. They are also knowledgeable

Best paints around. I was going to go with the middle grade cashmere but there was a sale so I just bought there too of the line emerald. Its flat and washable so I thought it was a steal. They have a ton of colors also.. who knew there were so many grays....

I bought 2 gallons of paint for 30% off. The next day it was 40%. So I go in to get the difference off from 30 to 40% off that purchase. Also, the sales person said he wouldnt give me the difference Also, he was stuffing his face with cheese and crackers while he was helping me, were I could barely understand him. I thought that was rude and unprofessional

They had what I was looking for

Tis establishment offers up a wide array of levels of paint but, to my dismay, most of which are just redundant! The staff seems to want to ONLY want to help men and not women since my wife had to come home and grab me so that I could go down there and buy the right paint and nothing else that we dont need. Offering her paint that was for other substrates that we were NOT even Painting. Trying to get my wife to apply more paint then needed and up selling products that were unnecessary as well. Trying to get them to match exhausting colors or other companies pallets was a nighate too. After buying several samples, none of which were correct, we finally went to the most helpful and stress free paint store in the area and got all of the right material without any hassles or having to defend ourselves from constant badgering, over at Ben Moore on edgeboro rd
