I feel he is not a honest guy (frank) he uses scare tactics to get you to get the job done ...friend of mine got a throttle body job done 75 labor 318 for the throttle body 60 for the programming.... every job they do is 400 plus ... charged 75 dollars to replace head light on 2011 head light
