This is the automotive experience I should have had a long time ago. Every staff member greets you with a smile. The facility is so clean that it is hard to believe it is an automotive establishment.They call after diagnosing the problem and again when the repair job is done. If there are other foreseeable issues Ken lets you know so you are aware of any forthcoming repairs. At Professional Automotive it is not about the money it is about customer satisfaction.This is also a certified Echeck facility.

Didnt solve the problem..charged a fee to look at and diagnosis without a correct diagnosis. Charged 110 dollars to unhook a wire and after the radio didnt work, the battery light came on, and something still was draining the batter..and wouldnt fix thatNor give any money back. Scammer..would never recommend this place ever...

I would never go here again they fixed my car without getting an ok from me and then charged me for it. The guys excuse was it was in my way what else could I do. Bad service to the point I have to file a law suit
