My experience from start to finish was absolutely perfect. First off I would like to say that my salesman Larsen from which I understand is relatively new in the business. I would have thought he has had 20 years experience. He was extremely friendly, professional and attentive. His knowledge of all the cars on the lot blew me away. Next Marissa the sales manager was also extremely friendly and professional. The last person I dealt with in finance was Joe. Joe made signing for the truck very very easy. He was EXTREMELY personable with myself and my grandfather. I think we laughed the whole time we were with him. If I could have giving them all 10 stars I would have!

The famous BAIT AND SWITCH! Being a Ford family, owning 9 in total, (4 currently) this was the ABSOLUTE WORST Ford dealership, sales people, and manager I have ever worked with. I went on my browser and just typed in Ford transit around me. I came to a website that showed me flood Ford of Rhode Island, I contacted this Ford with the VIN# from the website to make sure they still had it as they were a 2 hour drive away from me on a good traffic day. They confirmed price and stock availability and made me an appointment. After the 2 hour drive, when I arrived for my confirmed appointment the van was parked near the office for me to see the $5k increase that flood Ford passed off as “market adjustment” that they just couldn’t tell me over the phone. The salesperson could care less about selling, we asked about another model he said he hadn’t seen any in a while. Meanwhile there was 2 sitting in the lot. We asked to talk to a manager but I guess he was to busy for us, don’t even know what he looks like. Maybe it’s a women though who am I to judge. Already filed a case with Ford, going to better business bureau next. Stay far away from this type of business!

I went to get my safety recalls fixed on May 20,2021. When picking up my car on May 21, 2021 I noticed that I could no longer move my seat forward. They then had me pay $320 to fix my seat because the switch busted when they where fixing the car. Also upon pickup of the car I noticed that they threw everything that was in my compartments into the back seat. Skip forward to May 25,2021 I went to go move my vents which were working perfectly fine before i brought it in for the recalls. And I no longer can now move them. I now have been getting the run around stating from them that I have broke the vents and my seat. The gentleman John Garcia has been very rude towards me through this whole thing and I have yet still to hear back from the service department manager. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with any car company.They charge you for things that they break and blame you for things that they have broke as well.I will never be returning to this location and have tried getting in touch with someone higher up then the people in service but can’t find the correct number and they will not give it to you as well.Worst experience and customer service I have ever had!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would!! Made an appointment over a month ago for a recall on our truck. Went to drop it off last night for today’s appointment and were told that the dealership won’t work on any vehicles they don’t have a history on. That is ridiculous! We went to this dealership to look for a truck when we were in the market but they didn’t have what we wanted so when it was time for service we figured we could form a relationship with this dealership for service and possibly another vehicle in the future when we were looking again. Needless to say we will not be returning to Flood Ford. Terrible policy they put into place and they never even called us to let us know they would not be willing to do the work after we waited a month for the appointment and arrived to drop off the truck.

Good customer service in service area. Hats off to John. He was friendly, businesslike and honest. We had an expensive repair performed. Before the job, he gave us a good detailed estimate both expense and time. He contacted up with update during the job. The final invoice was right on the estimate and completed on time. The vehicle was washed prior to pick up. This was a good experience. We will be back and recommend this dealership for service.

I went to the dealer just to fix a recall on my truck; However, while I was waiting, I asked the lady at the front desk that I wanted to speak with a salesperson. out of 4/5 persons that were there, David jump out and was very friendly and helpful. once he asked me a few questions he show me few trucks based on what I needed it and the thing I wanted. Long story short, Before my truck finished being repaired, I had already bought a new one. I have to admit, I did not go that day to buy a new truck, but with all the help, easy process, and all the knowledge that they offered me, things changed.

I was visiting from out of state and realized that I was due an oil change and tire rotation. Having bought the extended service plan when I bought the vehicle I stopped by the quick lane to see if I could get it done. The service writer laughed and said maybe by the end of the day. I then went across the street to the main shop and that service writer said not a chance in hell. I told them both that I was visiting and was told basically not my problem. Having worked for a Ford dealership in North Carolina I couldnt believe it. In North Carolina the dealership would have at least tried to squeeze visiting clients in the schedule. I wouldnt recommend this dealership to anyone at all.

I could not go lower. My husband bought an Escape 2 years ago, when we traded it in, it was worth half of what we owed. So we bought an Expedition in October 2020. By June of this year, everything was malfunctioning! Window/ ac/ the radio had a mind of its own/ back wiper was shot! And this was a 2017! If this next vehicle breaks, gonna need a lawyer!

Confirmed a price on a particular vehicle 3 times over the phone over the course of 2 days. Went in to purchase and it was 10,000 higher then was told to me 3 times. Even called the woman with the salesman in the showroom and she confirmed she told me 27,900 but apparently she confused it with another Honda.You work for a Ford store how do you make the same mistake 3 times on a 1 of 1 off brand vehicle.

Bought a car. Then couldnt get an owners manual for months. Found out it had been part of a fleet. Later the right front arm thing went. When I called for the estimate...they saidyour all set. I said what do you mean? They responded with yup your all set, we put the $1500.00 on a Ford CC for ya. They did it without asking.

The hinges on the rear window 2010 Mercury Mariner had rotted away. Would seem to be a design flaw to me because I have heard of other people having same issue. But that is not what I am here to complain about I went to Flood for an estimate for the 2nd time, 1st time was a couple months ago and they never got back to me . I work a lot of hours and have not had time to get by there. Went by today they gave me an estimate of 364. Charging me 90 dollars for each bracket . I went on the internet and put part numbers in and was able to get a price of 26.23 for both brackets. They should be ashamed of themselves for that kind of markup.

I have purchased several vehicles from Flood Ford as well as Flood Mitsubishi. I have had nothing but positive experiences with sales, service and management. This is the only dealership when I bought a vehicle that I DID NOT feel like I got raked over the coals. I do my research on the vehicles I buy. I know if there is a manufactures discount, dealer hold back, Value, True market value, if the value is still there after a few years on the road. I look into what may go wrong with the vehicle and the cst it might be to fix and service. Trying to learn all of this and my experience with Flood Ford, I feel confident in recommending Flood Ford for anyone.

They provide a clean atmosphere with adequate distancing and take every precaution toinsure the safety of everyone on the premises. They are courteous and respect the customer and their vehicle. I purchased my F150 here and was satisfied with the experience. But, its disappointing to come back and have it serviced. I wait a 1 1/2 weeks for an oil change appt.. When I brought it in (a few minutes early) Amanda stated it would be an 1 hour 45 mins. Her tone with me at the counter was crass. I was given the impression that I shouldnt be there. 1 1/2 hour later it was done. I will not be returning for service or for a new vehicle purchase.

After months of research I found my perfect F-150 Lariat online in the Flood E Greenwich inventory and called to see it. When I arrived, it was already sold. But Robert B had already studied my request, and within minutes returned with a nearly identical match, (only black instead of white, which I now prefer). Without pressure, he let me test drive it. A minute later, I was convinced this was the perfect vehicle for me. The 3.5L V6 Ecoboost, combined with the updated apps, luxury and audio features of the Lariat - especially compared to my former 2010 XLT - are mind blowing. This truck will easily tow my 26 RV, and its backup assist features will improve my image at the campground, ha, ha.Robert explained everything about this truck in plain English, and set up all the apps to my phone for me. Paulette M from Finance, coached me through intelligent choices for options, rebates, and long-term financing. Went in for a recall about a latch issue, and mentioned that I may also be having trouble with my Dual Power System recall (which is a currently large settlement). They told me it would take 3 hours to fix the latch. THey refused to help me with the other issue. Then they also couldnt provide rental dealership and passed the buck onto Ford. No not them, the other Ford. Eric Lasik, a manager, was very rude and was very smug about not helping at all.

Originally I had a Nissan frontier but it was time to upgrade something more spacious easier to work out of with added features so of course I went for a Ford 150. I went to a couple different dealerships including Tasca first and because I’m a plumber and may have not been dressed well enough I couldn’t get the time of day which was freaking annoying. When I showed up to this dealership I was immediately greeted I was told that the sales person that I wanted to see was unavailable but that they could have somebody else show me the vehicle I wanted to see I chose to wait which was the best decision I could’ve made because Shannon was the best sales lady I have ever worked with she was not pushy. She never tried to upsell and it really seemed like she cared for exactly what I was looking for she went above and beyond we spent hours looking at vehicles sometimes not even talking about the vehicle she kept the entire process Super calm and enjoyable. I found the perfect car for me!! I will definitely be using this dealership in the future!!Now on a side note: there is this finance person named PAULETTE, The second I met her she was impolite had an attitude and was incredibly aggressive. After spending hours with my sales person feeling awesome about the transaction about to happen she completely destroyed that feeling within minutes of meeting her. I decided to take a shot and requested to the manager for a different finance person. I was then brought to Joe Pezza he was happy and upbeat he asked specific questions and stayed happy the entire time he brought the joy back to the sale honestly I don’t know what her problem is but she needs a different job maybe one that she doesn’t have human communication with!Thank you again Flood Ford for an excellent transaction and I look forward to doing business again in the future:-)

Absolutely, a 100% positive experience purchasing my car at Flood Ford. I wandered into Flood Ford this past July (2018) looking for a used, late model, well priced, vehicle. Many thanks to Mike Wilbur helping me connect with a sweet 2017 Taurus Limited. I LOVE the car and appreciated the professional attention he provided in every aspect of the sale. From the test drive, to negotiations, to help in coordinating with the finance dept (also a great experience,) and the exit service, Mike stayed in touch throughout the process. When I needed a new truck I went to my local Ford and Ram dealers. Both had good deals on nearly new [ less than 2 yrs. old, under 20,000 miles] trucks. Tough decision but I chose the Ford. Salesmen and staff were very pleasant, knew their product, and made the whole process painless. Two weeks later Im very happy with my new F150.Complaints ? Just one, Truck prep was good but not perfect. It looked like new and runs like new but.... Next morning upon starting up I saw a low tire signal from the TPMS. After a cool night all four tires were under 30 lbs. I aired them up and they have held pressure fine. Then a day later I went to use the windshield washer, no fluid. Again, I refilled the reservoir and were fine. Should have been done before I got it.So two small details mar a nearly perfect transaction, not bad.

Brought my car here to be serviced because I had recalls on my car. I was told that the mechanic could not look at my car until I had an axel replaced on my car, I went forward with this just so that I could have the more serious issues taken care of. After over a month of not having a car and only being updated a couple times I was bombarded with calls and emails about needing to pick up my car ASAP or that would charge me for the loaner that was provided to me. I finally got my car back and now it will not start, I brought it to a more reliable mechanic and was told that the car looks like it was serviced recently but that the starter was not installed properly and that I should contact the dealer. After another weekend without my car and several calls made to the service department I am no closer to getting any answers, I am being told that I need to wait to speak to the service advisor who had the car at the time but she is not in the office at they will not let me know when she will be back, leaving me with no car for an unknown amount if time. My only option now is to pay another mechanic to resolve this issue, this is extremely fishy, I would advise not bringing your automobile to this service center.

I am 64 years old and have been purchasing vehicles since I was 18 and up until now have absolutely dreaded the process. Three strikes I’m outta here! Brought my truck in for oil change, inspection, scheduled maintenance and a full detailing. Was told it would take 2 days. After not hearing anything I called on day 3 to find out there was a list of recommendations. No one informed me. Strike one. I approved 4 grand of service. I finally picked up my truck after 8 days to find they replaced only one of my front shocks- forgot to do the other one and no detailing- strike two. I specifically asked the service manager to call me. No call. Instead my service rep called and apologized and said she would call as soon as the shock came in.Didn’t hear anything for 2 weeks. Strike 3. I emailed the service manager and my rep and haven’t heard anything from them. What’s the point of having a service manager if he won’t reply to a customer who had terrible service? I guess their philosophy is ignore upset clients and hope they go away. Worst communication and follow up ever!! Plus I found the shock new on line for 400 $ and the charged me 683 part no labor. Rip off!!!

If I could rate zero stars I would. I went in to make a key which I was told would be $126.00 that I think is insane anyway but I needed it so fine. When it came to check out it cost me over $300.00 for a KEY... I went home, and mind you its a 45 minute drive my original key isnt opening or locking the door I call go back. Half hour later I get the key back told it was working. I check before I leave the place, nothing. Its checked again a new battery is put in, not working. Now Im told the piece isnt working and its going to run me over $100 to replace it. It wasnt damaged when I went in to the place. Just because a person is a woman doesnt make her a idiot. You damage something you should replace it. I dont recommend anyone spend their hard work money here. Do your research go someplace else. They care about making money not the customer.....WOW so flood Ford read my review and asked me to call so I did. Nothing was resolved. They didnt have the decency to replace the fob that was not damaged when I went in to make the key, as a matter of fact she said I would be charged. Satisfaction with these people 0.

My husband and I both bought brand new vehicles from Flood Ford in Narragansett. My vehicle was hit in the rear passenger door and I took it to Flood Ford Collision Center in East Greenwich for the repairs. I had to take my car back three times because of the awful paint job that was done on my vehicle, I had run lines and paint in places that should not have paint. It took them three times to get it right. I then was having issues with the door opening and closing properly, took it back and they told me that they had to replace the interior door panel and that this should have been replaced to start with when they first did the repairs to my vehicle. Then, my husbands vehicle is involved in flash flooding. It took Ford 6 months before they could get him a motor to replace his vehicle that was barely over a year old, which not having a motor was more related to the Ford Factory and not Flood Ford directly. When he finally gets his vehicle back the entire inside is covered in mildew/mold, he brought his vehicle back twice for them to clean the interior from mildew/mold plus he had sitting water in the vehicle. You would think that since Flood Ford had the vehicle for 6 months that they would have made sure the interior was clean and would not have sitting water inside the vehicle that would cause it to have mildew/ mold. His vehicle also needed to go to Flood Fords Collision Center in East Greenwich to repair his front bumper and they had to paint the bumper. He had to take his vehicle back to them because apparently their paint team does not know how to paint. When Flood Ford installed his new motor they did not hook up his air conditioner. So, again he had to take it back to them for them to fix. A month or two go by and he takes his vehicle to Flood Ford and tells them that he thinks his brakes need to be repaired. They say, NO, they are fine. He now goes to get a vehicle inspection (not from Ford) and the mechanic told him that he needs to have his brakes replaced ASAP. For being fully certified mechanics at Ford you would think they would provide their customers with better service and not have them have to take their vehicle back to them several times until they can get it right. My car was making a loud noise coming from the blower motor. I took it to them for them to look at. I get the vehicle back and the noise is gone from the blower motor but now my heat/air conditioner temperature is not working properly. I have the temperature on 75 degress and it is blowing out cool air. They try to tell me this just happens but if it is working 100% and then they do work on it and as soon as I get the vehicle back the interior temperature is not working properly, that is clearly something that Flood Ford did and instead of taking responsibility for it they are trying to blame it on me. Which is completely unacceptable. Both myself and my husband have called the owner of Flood Ford and his son several times and have emailed them several times over a period of two months and not one of them could even return a phone call or email. For someone that is a business owner and to not return phone calls is 100% unacceptable. I would not recommend Flood Ford to anyone!! They only care about making money and not about taking care of their customers and wanting them to come back for service and for future new car purchases. It is not much to ask to have your car repaired correctly the first time and not much to ask to get a return phone call or email.

Unfortunately, the kid I bought my car from left before the sale was finalized(took a couple of weeks thanks to the MA govt.), but the services he promised to provide before the car was delivered, some even advertised in house, were never provided. Note to self and others, get it in writing. Thanks to Joe Pezza, a very patient man, my visit here was a pretty decent one.

I ended up buying my first ranger here in 2001 and had a wonderful experience. So naturally when I was in the market for a new car, this was the first and only place I visited. Mike Lancia, the sales rep, was fantastic. He is very easy to work with and never pressured me. He also found me my dream truck. Unfortunately it was at a partner dealership, but Mike had it sent over so I could check it out and test drive it. I loved it and ended up purchasing it. The whole financial process was very easy thanks to Joe Pezza, the business manager. He answered all of my questions an explained everything completely. This dealership is awesome which is why I travel over a hour and a half to go to it. I highly recommend them if you are in the market for a new car!

Extremely poor service department and NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY. Do not have service performed here. You will pay double a private mechanic. I was having rear brake pads done as I had a coupon I received in the mail and the mechanic damaged the brake assembly and the rotor. Would not work with me on pricing what so ever and would not own up to the damage their mechanic had done to my car. As I couldnt drive the car off the lot, I would have had to tow it somewhere else. I serve in the submarine navy and they offer no military discounts. Extremely dishonest. Go anywhere else.

It is so rare to have a great experience at a dealership service center. I have taken my 2011 Ford F-150 to Flood Ford twice and both times I had a 5-star experience. Truck was repaired in a timely manner and service staff was great. As a business owner myself I appreciate good service and highly recommend Flood Ford.

My initial expierence was wonderful with flood ford, until I tried to correct a few things I discovered were wrong with my vehicle. After numerous attempts to fix my vehicle my sales man never returned my calls or ordered the parts. About two weeks ago I spoke to a manger of their service department and set up an appointment to finally fix my vehicle I bought from them. When I showed up they had no appointment scheduled. I asked to speak to the manager that was working. I never got to speak to a manger. I was told to come back another day and get it fixed. I was also told they were not going to pay for the issues I have with my car. They should be paying for all the issues because I bought the car with them. I will never buy a car from ford ever again and neither will my family. Every single person in my family owns a ford vehicle. I am so disappointed in the service I received.

I recently purchased a 2015 Ford Mustang GT Premium Convertible from Flood Ford in East Greenwich, RI. Our sales person was John Derobbio and he was excellent. He treated my wife and I with kindness and patience in helping us get the fairest deal that we could get on our purchase. The entire process was very relaxed and with absolutely no pressure. We also worked with John Zito in the finance dept who was very helpful and took care of the business end of things. We were completely satisfied with the outstanding service that we received from our salesman (Ken Wylie). We told him what we were interested in and he let us know all the options that were available. We spent around 4 hours and after test driving the vehicle leased a 2018 Ford Escape SE. We signed all the lease agreement papers and made arrangements to pickup the vehicle two days later.

The salesman, Robert Bell was great to talk with and he made me feel like I was getting the best car for my budget. At no time did I feel I was being taken advantage of and everything he promised and offered was spot on. No BS! I was so pleased with my purchase and experience that I went back with my wife the following week and bought a second car.Following up with my purchase was Kim Johnson. She continued where Bell left off. Pleasant to talk to and genuinely wanted to make sure that I was 100% satisfied. They went above and beyond by bringing the cars to the house to test drive and telling us what to do every step of the way. They were always available to us through phone and text. They were sincere and friendly at all times.
