I first went wiry AT&T back in 2018 and the Division Road store in East Greenwich. The original person that set up my phone plan had me paying $40/month for phone insurance. When I went back yesterday to upgrade to a new phone, the sales consultant Greg told me that that was way too much for insurance and dropped it down to $15/month and was super helpful about explaining my phone plan and new phone that I was getting. Everyone consultant in there is friendly and helpful. I’m glad they’ve got some new faces in there since the last time I was at that store.

Great staff, always helpful and clean store in East Greenwich! Josh is friendly and personable. He is very helpful and will take the time to look into all options to ensure you leave satisfied.

I visited the store twice this week to get information about purchasing and iPad for our non-profit. Damian, was so helpful and patience with all my questions. I left and came back with more questions prior to my purchase and Damien was consistent with his knowledge, professionalism and patience. I was able to seamlessly purchase My iPad in minutes once all my questions were answered. Every time I came back everyone was super helpful and interested in my needs as a customer. I will always come back to this AT&T for all my personal and organizational needs.

Edited review: originally a 5 star review until I learned that the people at this store lied through their teeth about the monthly bill to get me into their service. These people would sell a broken wheelchair to their sick mother to make a buck.

I was lied to by this store - the MANAGER! And they sold me lines, promos, saying I can cancel... lies. I just paid $1500 and spent 4 hours (NOT and exaggeration) on the phone with AT&T (my third call this week) to cancel all of my lines with AT&T. Im disgusted. Even found out that they put me down as a CVS employee to give me a discount and Ive never worked for CVS. Deceitful, dishonest, untrustworthy. And AT&T wouldnt make things right. Im OUT.
