They are the best! Everyone is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Their selection of product is incredible and they recommendations for pairings are top notch. Speaking with them over the phone, email, or in person they are always professional, kind, and informative. I have worked with them for corporate events, client gifts, and for my own personal shopping; and their customer service is like no other.I would strongly recommend The Savory Grape for anyone in Rhode Island for their business needs and for their personal shopping.

Savory Grape (and all staff members) continues to raise the bar - in service as well as selections. There is zero intimidation, and always something to learn (and try!) with so many specialists. Great selection. None finer (at least on specialty craft beer and whiskey). Be prepared to pay a premium for it, but its well worth it.

Very friendly place. There was a young fellow stocking items and was very willing to help go on a scavenger hunt for a particular wine. It was clear he did not know much about wine, but so didnt we. Either way, it was a pleasant experience.

I truly won’t go anywhere else, not only do I enjoy supporting this small business, but the employees are amazing! I love trying different types of wine, but I never know what to pick. Great store. Lots of interesting find that you wont get in the bigger places or the mom and pop stores. Some stuff is a little pricey but the staff is friendly and very knowledgeable and the selection is excellent.

The Savory Grape not only had the friendliest staff (my pup was so happy to meet them!) but the store has SO MANY options. Like gin? There’s a whole wall of it. Vodka more your style, another wall. The staff was knowledgeable on the products and made great recommendations for us. Also, my husband and I have been in search for the Malfi pink grapefruit Gin since our trip to Italy in 2019 and we couldn’t find it anywhere! Savory Grape has it (definitely recommend it btw)! Also, the rewards program is awesome and gives you great discounts- join it, you won’t be sorry.

This is my favorite liquor store. The wine, beer, and liquor selection is incredible. The customer service is aways amazing! I was recently able to arrange a virtual wine tasting during COVID-19. The staff did an AMAZING job with the preparation, content, and experience, despite the non-conventional virtual layout. I highly recommend going here and booking events through the staff!

Cheap mass produced wine, spent 15 min browsing through and didnt see even one bottle that was a good price/quality combination

Lousy customer service. Went in excited about hitting the 650 points so I could get my $10 discount, cashier said she somehow couldnt see how many points I was at, so she rang it up without the $10 discount. Points now showed 662, so she said the NEXT time I went in I would get $10 off... came back in and got the first thing I could see that was over $10 just so I could get the discount. Wont be returning.

Ordered a custom wine and charcuterie basket for my friends for their wedding last night. The Savory Grape team led by Kaitland and Samantha went the extra mile and selected wines suited to their palate and included a hand written card. It was delivered without a hitch by 4pm today. The atmosphere is genuine and the sales team is brilliant in helping select a good wine or spirit depending on what you are looking for.Every time I walk in, I am greeted with friendly smiles and hellos. I know some of the employees now and they are always ready to answer any questions I have.The selection is insane! I have the best time picking from a vast amount of different wines (which i enjoy the most) and many of the ones the employees there recommend, are affordable.

I liked it. Strong whiskey selection and fair prices. Jen from the staff was a standout and that pushed my rating to 5 stars. I went in out of curiosity and left with a bottle of their barrel program bourbon that I didnt expect to buy, but Im glad I did. Ill be back.

The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and patient. This will be my new go-to spot to pick up some spirits. Upscale liquor store. Great selection but prices are higher than anywhere else around.

Been going here for years, since they were primarily a wine shop. Now they are a full liquor shop, with a beautiful self serve beer fridge, tons of uncommon spirits, and the same great selection of wine. Any price point you want you can find here. The customer service is always stellar and I love talking shop with folks way more knowledgeable than myself. Savory Grape isnt just a store, its an experience.

My wife and I have been going to the original Savory Grape for several years to find different interesting wines. Tonight, I stopped into the new and improved Savory Grape (located right next door) in the Daves plaza and I can say that it is the best liquor store I have encountered hands down. They have a very extensive Amaro selection (Braulio, Montenegro, Fernet Branca to name just a few) and also have a vast inventory of whiskeys.I went in close to closing time so I didnt have an opportunity to browse the entire store, but I am a huge fan of the new location. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Stop in and explore - you wont be disappointed!

Expensive but nice selection. The Savory Grape’s new location is really nice and the selection is extensive but as I stated before, it is expensive. I compared three items I generally purchase (Rum, Beer, and Wine) and two of the three were more expensive. The third was the same price. Hopefully, they reevaluate their pricing.
