I love all the shoes they have. The customer service is excellent!!

I walked in to Easthampton Shoe Inn at 443 to purchase a pair of shoes I had already decided on, knowing they would carry them. As I quickly and quietly walked around the two girls that were standing at the register said nothing. Perhaps because they were too busy on their phones. While I found the shoe and picked it up to ask for my size, I was ignored. She plugged the vacuum in and began to vacuum right under my feet. The rug was 3x3 and when she was thru I asked what time they closed as another woman was trying to enter. One said we are closed while the other said we close early to clean. The time was now 446... I walk over to the door, which was locked, which wasnt a problem because the other was standing by it to let me out.I have never seen or been apart of such appalling customer service. I highly recommend never walking thru those doors.
