Reporting her to better business bureau today... HAD A HUGE LONG HAIR IN MY SANDWICH ONE TIME HAD To BRING IT BACK...ANOTHER TIME I HAD TO PAY WITH QUARTERS and she said to me rude as possible areyou kidding me??? Then 3 separate times Ive called at 1230 and she refused to take my order saying she was closing early!!! Nevermind the fact online says they close at 3...DONT GO HERE IM TELLING YOU IT WILL BE THE WORST pLACE TO EaT IN TOWN!! Mostly because of the rude old lady that works there and they get hair in ur food!

First I must say I love supporting small town businesses. 90 percent of the reviews I give are good because Im all about giving credit where credit is due. Today is national donut day. I went to Island Coffee traders to get donuts for my class and was extremely disappointed. The donuts were stale.

New to the area & drove by while scouting the area. I went through the drive thru for a sausage, egg & cheese on a English muffin. There was a little wait since its made to order. Therefore, I didnt mind & they dont use fake eggs, cheese etc. The sandwich was hot, wrapped in foil. The muffin was toasted & may have been pressed because it was flatten. The sandwich also wasnt greasy so I was pleased about that as well.I would have purchased a coffee but I had already went somewhere else. Ill definitely go back & try the rest of the menu. FYI, view their website for the full menu. Looks like only certain items are available through the drive thru, which makes sense.

Ive only gotten a breakfast sandwich but it was good. Cant wait to try something elseEdit: so I went back. Again the sandwich was good but I got a side order of corned beef and hash. A can tastes better than what I received. I took one bite and threw it away.

I miss this place, and Ill always remember Ron (past owner) for giving me an opportunity for working for him, opening up to me, and allowing me to be creative when it came to making the donuts. I made a variety of donuts there during my 3rd shift hours in 2012-2013. But I think Ill always remember Ron and appreciate him for believing in me and the help he gave me.

House coffee is good. Prices are fair. Bacon. Egg. Cheese English muffin sandwich was really good. Young lady is curteous. Older woman does not seem too happy. I will go back.

Great value for the price big donuts unique and delicious coffee flavors. The only thing I dont like is that their donuts are kind of cold. But you have to try the cheddar bagels

I was looking for something other than DD, and Ive been meaning to stop in here for years. Unfortunately, it was just okay. The coffee is decent and the donuts are nothing special, which was really disappointing. The service was old school--very little small talk. This place has certainly seen better days.

Food is really good. Hash browns are made almost perfect, really tasty and crispy. Coffee is the best thing in the whole menu. It is delicious. No need for cream or any additives. Just perfect

Love the food and love the people. Sandwich and coffee every morning during the week and then you will catch me there every Sunday sitting down to enjoy the food and the conversations with everyone. Highly recommended.

This is were you go for real good coffee and actually real breakfast. Daily coffee flavors and home made tasting breakfast sandwiches all also available at the drive through, which is a little slower than dunkin but its completely worth it when you arent getting fake eggs and coffee out of a bottle. Im a regular now.

Compared to other coffee in the area this place is just ok. The worker at the register wasnt very friendly. The iced coffee wasnt anything special. We didnt have any food while we were there. The upkeep was alright. The prices were the nicest part of our experience.

I havent been here in a couple years since I felt the quality of bakery items suddenly went down hill. I went today with the intention of sitting down to eat but the entire dining room smelled like cigarettes. I asked which bagels they had and received a snarky answer about how they always have the same flavors, from the elderly woman. The young lady checking me was rude and when I commented about the smoke, she went to the kitchen and I could overhear her talking about me with a rude tone. Definitely not going back! Btw, my sandwich was nothing to write home about.

I give one star because the food was good. The service has alot to be desired. The waitsraff is not very friendly, not even one smile the whole time we were there. Seemed to have attitude with non regular customers. Nit happy at all with this restaurant. Will NEVER go back again! Very rude

For years Ive been going here almost every morning for their breakfast sandwich through the drive thru. I will never go to a Dunkin Donuts again because the Island Traders breakfast sandwiches are heavenly, you get real ingredients (yes, real eggs too), and the prices are affordable! My favorite breakfast place by far.

Every single time Ive come here, Ive had the worst customer service and its been different people. I gave them plenty of tries, 5 different times exactly, to hell w their rotten & rude attitudes, (Im being REALLY polite here!!) Ill take my business elsewhere.New today: Im getting my car fixed across the street, Ive got a small backpack w my laptop and my purse, so i walked across the street figuring Id get coffee and breakfast and do some homework while I wait for my car. I walk in, and even though the owners waiting on another customer, she stops everything to snootily as me, Can I help you? So, I reply, is something wrong? Can I not sit here? She says, idk what your doing with all your stuff. If this is how you great your customers, and after the times Ive been through the drive through, keep your lousy service and thanks for embarrassing me in front of the entire restaurant. So I walked to Dunks, hell with you lady!

I like to buy whole bean, locally roasted coffee to brew at home. Clearly written on the door of this coffee house is RoastingHouse & Bakery. The bakery consisted of a dozen sad looking doughnuts. There is no roasting house. When I asked the young lady behind the counter where the coffee is roasted she said, I dont know. Its just coffee.This is the most uninviting coffee house I have ever been in. Drive a little ways down the road to ECO and get some great coffee.

The service was fine but the food is horrific. How anyone could mess up pancakes and a hamburger is beyond me. The pancakes were big, yes, but my husband stated that they were gritty. What makes a pancake gritty? Who knows. I must say I was severely disappointed with my burger. Ok, I was kinda expecting a handmade burger and by no means claim to be a connoisseur but honestly, if I wanted a warmed up frozen low-quality patty I would go through a drivethru right up the street. In the past Ive had good coffee here and only had their doughnuts once (and it was phenomenal) but alas, my husband and I will never eat here again. If you do, I would definitely say stick to the coffee and doughnuts.

I went there today, ordered a sausage egg and cheese, double egg, specifed SALT, PEPPER, KETCHUP. Got home, excited to eat. Guess what, nothing on the sandwich, just eggs, cheese, and meat. Funny thing is, I almost clarified with the girl that brought me the sandwich, theres salt pepper ketchupnon there, right? But I didnt, because I figured, how could someone mess up such a simple task...
