Obsessed with the Business and Pleasure matching summer cooler bags from Brass and Burl! It’s perfect for picnics, pool and the beach or even toting groceries. It’s so easy to clean and looks amazing! Customer service is also incredible, Emily was great and very patient as I debated which of the several colors and styles I wanted. Will be back for more from that line soon.

Ordered barstools from Brass & Burl, and noticed I had input the wrong zip code. Not only were they incredibly helpful in correcting this, but quick to respond any time I had questions. Customer service and the products ordered were both A+.

ZERO STARS!!Ordered leather chairs online. These chairs were $295 each. They are described as Top Grain Leather Upholstery. I specifically didnt want PU leather or Bonded leather. I opened up the boxes for the two chairs that I received and they are not leather. I called Adam at Brass & Burl. Adam called the manufacturer. The manufacturer claims that they are heavily treated leather therefore it is irrelevant what I claim. He then hung up on me. Buyer beware! I will report this to the Better Business Bureau and dispute the charge with American Express. Note that all of their furniture is final sale.

Emily is wonderful at Brass & Burl! Great communication and the quality of my purchase was outstanding. I ordered a duplicate as soon as it arrived. I emailed Emily to see if they would honor the same price I paid the first time and she quickly emailed me back and agreed. I will order from this website many more times. Very pleased!

Brass and Burl is now my go-to for furniture shopping. They offer a huge selection and will often access items that may not be on their website. Their prices are less than I could find on any other site or at local stores. Brass and Burl has an excellent customer service team. Emily is highly responsive to questions, addresses any concerns and keeps you updated on progress of the order. I had one item arrive with a mark due to shipping. Emily went out of her way to ensure resolution to the situation to my satisfaction. With another item, she was able to contact the manufacturer and secure a lower price. Dont hesitate -- outstanding business!

I recently moved into a new apartment and needed new lamps. I was looking for something in the sea blue family. I found some gorgeous lamps on Brass & Burls website and, with the help of Emilys guidance in terms of colors/style, selected a variety of unique and beautiful blue/green lamps for my living/dining area (4 in total). I am so happy with these lamps! They have transformed the room by adding a nice pop of color and sophistication to the space. I regularly get compliments on them from friends and family. I am very happy with the quality of the items and with the customer service I received. Emily was excellent! I will definitely think of Brass & Burl for future purchases.

What a great experience it was to work with Brass & Burl! We are especially partial to Theodore Alexander (TA) and have over 35 TA pieces in our home. Sourcing our furniture purchases from a virtual showroom is something weve never done, and our only regret is that we wish we’d found Brass & Burl sooner! Love the coffee table that I received from Brass and Burl. I was struggling to decide between three and Emily, one of the owners, was so helpful in guiding me in the right direction. I provided my room dimensions and a few pictures of the furniture I already owned and she gave her advice. I am so happy with the one we chose, it pulls my entire living room together. The quality is better than anything Ive owned before. Im sure itll be a piece that my family and I treasure for a long time.

I was exploring ordering from several different companies, but was most impressed by the customer service at Brass and Burl. Brass & Burl was super helpful when I was trying to redesign living room. Originally I stumbled upon this site when trying to find a new coffee table and couch. I knew one of the pieces I wanted and googled it and found this site. It was the best price by FAR! I emailed them about the different sizes and I was so pleasantly surprised by how responsive and helpful they were. I cant tell you how great it was to actually chat with someone who knew all the products. Emily was very responsive to all my emails and even helped to design my new layout (helping with measurements, colors, materials etc). Would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for great products and really helpful, personal service!

Emily from Brass&Burl sourced us the most awesome chairs ever. There was some delay with production (as tends to happen with such things) and Emily, unasked, got us a nice % back for the trouble. Oh, and I should say, purchasing from Emily saved us a *significant* portion over the same chairs from, e.g., onekingslane.  I would definitely recommend Brass&Burl to any other furniture shoppers and Brass&Burl is now my first stop for any furniture search.

Emily at Brass & Burl was very accommodating and easy to work with, plus, the price on this Wildwood piece turned out to be very competitive! Sorry we dont have a pic to post, however, we can assure you that this Wildwood Whitney coral color and shape on our mid-century sideboard looks great!

The piece of furniture I ordered arrived with a manufactures defect. Brass and Burls website states they will repair any minor manufactures defect. The third party company Brass and Burl sent the piece to for repair damaged the piece to the point it could not be repaired correctly. Brass and Burl (Adam and Emily) refuse to replace the piece of furniture on the statement they used a restoration company recommended by the furniture manufacturer. I emailed the manufacturer and received a replied stating they DO NOT give out recommendations of furniture repair / restorations companies. I have turned the matter over to my credit card company. All communications with involved parties was done via email.The contract signed during delivery ONLY EXCLUDES Sun Delivery, LLC from any damage. The contract DOES NOT EXCUSE a merchant from addressing manufacture’s defects. The 3rd paragraph on the back of the contract states very clearly the responsibility of the proprietors if the item has manufacture’s defect – ask for a soft copy of all delivery contracts and discuss them with Brass and Burl if you decide to purchase from them - a copy of the contract with Sun Deliveries LLC is attached.Regardless of contracts signed or company policies, if a merchant takes an item from your home for repairs many times incorrectly and returns the item destroyed (beyond repair) would you think it is the merchant’s responsibility to replace your purchased item???? Since Brass and Burl took the item from my home and returned it damaged and beyond repair I believe it is their responsibility to replace the product at no cost.To date the merchant hides behind paper work / contracts and refuses to replace the item.The photos the repair shop took were from a far distance, impossible to determine the condition of the table top.Lesson learned; better to pay a little more and have returns accepted by proprietor.
