Heras Fuel has been consistently great to work with. They show up when promised, and they are reasonably priced. We recently converted to propane, and my dismay was not being able to continue with this highly responsive, reliable and professional company. However, happy day, they will soon be delivery propane as well! It’s more rare these days, it seems, to be pleasantly surprised by a company and their kindness. They will have my business!

We have used this company twice. The price is very competitive, the delivery person also courteous and professional. The service is always very quick. They are easy to communicate with. I especially appreciated that they use an additive for the winter and filters to ensure the oil is as clean as possible. Am grateful we found them.

Above and beyond, they really care! I was stranded out of town during the snowstorm, and my heat pump failed. Heras saw that my usual tank fill up was way short and notified me immediately! They then helped me locate a repair person, and my heat was back on in hours - DISASTER AVERTED. That’s service!

Hello I have dealt with this company for 4 years and have had great service until the last 2 times. The employee sent too my home was very rude for the second time and I will no longer be involved with this company. I do not understand why he was like that because I have always been a respectful customer who pays my bill as they depart and I was very upset and disappointed to have been treated that way. Nobody who’s supported a company for that long should be treated as such. I hope you guys have better experiences I will be taking my business elsewhere
