Every time I’ve shipped or picked up packages from this store, it’s been a good experience. Employees always find a way to make things easier than you expect. The only downside is that there are usually lines and those have become a bit unwieldy with COVID. But they’re managing it fairly well.

We have been using this UPS store since it opened and have always found the employees to be super helpful and nice! The store has held packages for us when we were out of town and they have helped me ship tons of presents to my family in California. I rarely leave a review but these guys are really out of the ordinary with great customer service...a rarity these days.

By far the best UPS store in East Hampton

I have been a customer for over 5 years. It is such a pleasure to rely on and use the East Hampton UPS Store. I have complete trust that they will handle and deliver on all of our freight needs. The staff is both friendly and knowledgeable. This is one area of our business I never worry about.

We have been a customer of this UPS store since it opened. We have never had any problems. The staff are professional and (very) patient. They go that extra mile to make sure that ones needs are met. Great communication such as receiving a text message whenever a package arrives for us at their store,. We have used many of their services - packaging, shipping, copying and even shredding a large amount of documents. I know how difficult it can be in dealing with the type of customers who are demanding and complaining. I have seen first hand that the staff will patiently service those customers. 5 Stars service.

The UPS store in East Hampton has always been reliable and helpful to me and my business. Whether shipping, printing or packaging, I wouldnt think of going anywhere else. They make it easy for me!

I had my bike shipped from their Sag Harbor store, which they no longer own. (Keep in mind I I know bikes --- and I know to to disassemble and reassemble them.) The bike arrived in pieces. Not only was it expensive to have THEM disassemble and ship it - it was very expensive to have the bike store reassemble it. The refused to cover the cost to have the bike fixed.Its taken months of hear back from the owners - when I finally heard back they were rude and disrespectul.

This UPS store is not trust worthy!!!! Do not ship from here, better off going to UPS in Sag Harbor. They charged me $50 to ship an important package next day guaranteed to arrive next day at 10:30am to NYC in soho and they never put my package on the truck. They created a label and then blamed UPS for never putting it on the truck when they never gave it to them in the first place. When asked where it was or how to find it, they drew blank stares and said it was not their responsibility any more and that they cant do anything about it. I asked for a refund, they said that it would be UPSs responsibility to refund you. But no one has helped me, now this important package is missing and im spending my days and night trying to locate it myself instead of them helping me. i feel like its on the floor behind their desks but no one cares in that store enough to check.DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!! PLEASE THEY WILL LOOSE YOUR PACKAGE!!!! and then blame someone else.p.s. i dont want to give any stars to this place
