I had an amazing cashier named Sabrina. She made sure I got all my coupons, and she wrapped and bagged all my candles individually. Every time I come in there, she is very helpful. She knows where everything is and doesn’t hesitate to tell me where to go. She is really kind and she makes my shopping experience truly better!

I usually love going to Michaels. Especially for holiday decor! Im going to assume the store is in a transition phase because it was bare and messy. There was nobody on the floor when we needed help. The girl at the register was rushing and making mistakes. She put 8 LARGE JAR CANDLES IN ONE BAG!!!! She didnt even wrap them individually! We had to ask her to double bag. Every time I tried getting her attention to stop bagging, she either didnt hear me or ignored me! We had to bag them better once we got to the car. My other bag she just threw the stuff in so it literally ripped 8. Stuff was falling out. She ran away from the register as soon as she handed me the receipt. She was talking about door dash with someone so I guess her lunch had been delivered. Ill go back but maybe to a different location. Positive note..parking was easy.

My mother went to get a custom frame for an original Chinese artwork. Unfortunately, the artwork came out wrinkled. The job looks unprofessional. We spent around $600 on this shoddy work and expected more from these so-called professionals. Disappointed!!! Had I known this would came out like this, I would gone somewhere else. I wish they could compensate for the damages. This cannot be repaired and this is a custom and one of a kind artwork that was meant for my grandma’s birthday gift.Be careful and I suggest that you make sure they take care of the artwork inside.

Its was good to just be able to go in the stores now. Now they didnt have everything that I wanted. For my up coming wedding but overall it was good

Picked out silk flowers and thought it was on sale. Cashier didnt go look to see if the flowers were on sale and seemed to bother when we asked for her assistance with navigating the coupon of our phone.

Went to take advantage of their buy one get one 1/2 off sale on Copec. They were very helpful with getting items from glass case. Unfortunately, when we got home, two of the pink colors (pale pink and water lily) were basically the exact same color even though the caps showed they were different. Maybe Copec should have a color chart available so you can actually see the color. Not Michaels fault.

Always enjoy my Michaels run. You can get lost in there with the many different things. Plus their Clearance is to Buy From. I love deals I do.

Very happy with my experience at this Michaels location. I got some artwork custom framed, and I couldnt be happier with the result. I have never had something like this done, and had very little knowledge of what was available or what would look good. Zach was extremely helpful and hit the nail on the head straight away. The picture was ready a few days early, and with the sale, the price was exactly what I expected. Even provided some really user friendly hardware to hang the picture straight. Highly recommend this store for custom framing.

We attended creativity camp today. The class room is small, adults all stood next to the kids. After class there are no color sheet and demo tiny toy as describing on booklet. Not very comfortable experience.

Usually when I go there they have everything Im looking for, however today, they didnt have all the Siser brand vinyl I needed. I was pleasantly surprised, they have stocked the Siser brand vinyl in a separate location from the other brands like Cricut & Oracle 651...

Much bigger selection than other Michaels. Nice and clean. Only issue we had was we called ahead to make sure they had a certain item, gave them the item number, waited on hold for 9 minutes and was told they didnt have it. We decided to go anyways and they had 9 in stock.

Huge Selection of crafts! There were things anywhere from jewelry making to soap making. I went in with one specific need however which was Bead jewelry. They have a pretty good selection but mostly glass. There are a good amount of natural stone beads but if you need them in bulk you may be better off with a wholesaler. Non the less I found some great colored beads and an awesome coloring book! Definitely worth a look around if you are into arts and crafts the selection really is huge.

One of the better Michaels stores in the area. Their frame shop, in particular, is excellent. One of the ladies there, Dana, is extremely knowledgeable and her work is exemplary. The store is clean and well-organized and I was able to get what I needed quickly.

I was looking for batting for my wifes pillows, and unfortunately they only had one kind and it was quite expensive too. Plus the store doesnt seem well run and it looked a little chaotic in how shelves were half empty or not well organized.

I love shopping at Michaels! Im a crocheter. Michaels have yarn on sale every week. The customer service is pleasant and helpful. A few times when I did not have a coupon the cashier offered a discount at the register. My experience has always been great at Michaels and keeps me going back.

Michaels is a large, brightly lit, well-staffed craft store. They have it all. Twelve different kinds of Elmer’s glue? Take your pick. Every paint color imaginable? That’s here too. They also stock seasonal items that go on deep discount as that holiday approaches. They accept online coupons and school staff get 15% off when you flash your school ID.

This place has everything for arts and caft good store staff is nice to.

Michaels has pretty much anything you need craft wise. It’s also my go-to store for a child’s birthday gift when I use the coupons from the app. I have gotten some artwork matted there, and was very happy with the results. Great prices on frames as well. Sometimes the pricing schemes sales vs coupons etc can be tiresome, but overall a great store.

Helpful staff and great all-around store

I needed an extra purple shirt for an event and found it quickly. The store is always neat and organized. There were enough staff members to man the registers as at one point there were lines. The associate that checked me out was friendly.

This is a well stocked store with good prices and selection. They really have something for everyone craft-wise. Check-out moved swiftly despite the pre-Xmas crowd.

Not handling the pandemic well at all. Their website says they are open until 6pm, and when calling the store there was no mention in their phone message about the store being closed to customers. Yet when I drove out to the store they would not let me in. I wanted 1 singular item and I asked if someone could bring it to me and was told that I had to order online and wait an estimated 2 hours before I could drive back out to the store and pick up my item. Absolutely ridiculous. I will be ordering what I need on Amazon instead of supporting their widly disorganized response to the pandemic.

Im going to continue giving Michaels bad reviews until they pull things together and actually start functioning at an acceptable level for a business. During the COVID pandemic, their online website and ordering method is absolutely horrible. This store also has many items that are out of stock and have been for months, which forces me to order and have them shipped to me. BUT the shipping price for a $12 purchase is an additional 50 plus percent, meaning I am paying over $7 to be shipped 4 items that I was unable to pick up in store because of the stores subpar restocking.

A great place for arts and crafts. They usually have weekly sales. Expensive, so you have to hit it just right for big savings. They usually have a 40% coupon every week that you can use on a regular priced item. Good return policy and the store is organized and clean.

I had a very pleasant experience at this location. The manager, Angela, was extremely approachable and sweet and helped me find what I needed during tbe rush. Will only shop at this location from now on! 10/10

I enjoy going to Michaels. Sometimes the aisles do feel cluttered, but the employees are helpful and friendly. Whenever the lines begin to get long, there is always a call for backup cashiers. As someone who works in retail, that is definitely appreciated.

Had an associate tell me they were out of needles because of Halloween, and the particular shelf was completely empty. Came in for frame for a poster. The available frames in stock were plentiful. Even found items we werent looking for but needed.

Store isnt organized all that well and the staff isnt really interested in assisting you. When I told them I couldnt find a certain item, they were apathetic. So I walked out and went somewhere else for it.

My go-to craft store for everything I need.

Store was ok but if you do online shopping the pick up service is terrible. They have a bottom to press by the door as soon as you walk in that says some one will come shortly to help you. There were two cashiers there that saw us pressing the botton and waiting eventually we went up tho them and told them that nobody was coming to help us for the online pick up they said ok Ill get somebody for you. We were there waiting for somebody for 5 to 10 min patiently and they couldnt get somebody for us sooner.

The cashiers are friendly and extremely knowledgeable and able to help you save money so u can come back and buy more. The selection of yarn is adequate and prices clearly marked.

I only shop here because it is close. Every time I come in the checkout wait is 20 to 30 minutes. At least 10 people waiting and only one cashier on duty; works very heard, not her fault. The store manager needs to wake up and realize if they dont hire more people this is the reason why they lose business to online retail.

Its a Michaels craft store. Theyre all pretty much the same. Aside from the layout, if youve been to one store you know what its all about. Great store if you need craft or decorating items.

Very good craft store. They have a big variety of arts and craft...something to fall into every artists taste. I do think they can get more arts and craft magazines.

I typically enjoy my experience shopping here but I won’t be coming back thanks to the associate Angela. She is rude, inconsiderate, with a terrible attitude. I don’t think she should be working a job that involves interacting with customers. Extremely disappointed.
