Great place, and the counter personnel are out standing.

This isnt your typical Autozone or Advance Auto chain. they are knowledgeable, helpful and trustworthy. they might be a few bucks more but im all about supporting the local small business in town for the better customer experience. when i find myself in a pinch, they also stock specialty tools (i.e. jaw pullers, spring compressers, etc) i wish they continued some of the machining services (i.e. rotor turning and flywheel refinishing). its hard to find these old school auto parts store where the folks behind the counter isnt just there to ring you up and get onto the next person.

I went in a few days ago and the man who served me wasnt wearing any sort of face covering.

If you need anything for your car or truck this is the place to go. Nice friendly staff. One of the fellows at the counter was talking in fluent Spanish which is a plus for them and their customers. Nice prices too.

Great and fast service. Employees are knowledgeable and helpful in making sure everything goes well. I love going here when I just need simple parts for my car.

These reviews must be by employees. I have been there twice and I was ignored by the staff while they told jokes behind the desk. Not what I remember when I used to come here years ago. Obviously it’s under new own. When they finally acknowledged me they were rude. The guy behind the desk continued to text from his phone and asked me the same question over and over again. I became frustrated and walked out. As I walked out the Big guy who I think was in charge told me “see ya” and don’t come back. I will never go back. Be careful of the BS reviews! I would give them 0 stars if I could!

Counter staff was very knowledgeable, Bill and Kevin were patient and on the mark with getting the right items for both of my vehicles.

Didnt have what I needed, but were very helpful.

I was confused about which Engine Coolant I needed for my car. I was told and also read that colors should never be mixed. I have Orange so I went into Politi and grabbed an Orange coolant. Before ringing up my purchase I was asked what car it was for. When I told him, he looked up my car and found that not only do I need Orange but a specific Orange for Fords. WOW! Buying that in a supermarket or through Amazon would have likely caused me engine problems. Glad I went to Politi.

Absolutely horrible. For a 20 ounce can of Freon it will run you 65 dollars not even counting tax. Instead run to pep boys or even order it on amazon for 30 dollars.

I buy all my auto parts here. They get it right the first time, and if they dont have what you need theyll get by the next day.
