HUGE Improvement from the past.I have been dealing with Flavio and I have been SO happy. I have had my van in for a lot of problems and I recently brought our Jeep in with some issues. Both times I have had constant communication and just really quick, personalized service. We all know COVID has been tough with staffing and parts, etc., but I really feel like despite all of that, they took really good care of me. Im grateful to everyone, except those who set the prices. :)

Last week they hung up on me, today I call for a service the lady transfers me right away before u can get two words out. But no problem my lease is almost up and I will take my business somewhere else

After scheduling a appointment and then calling to comfirm two days later. Could not get anyone on the phone. Left three messages no one called back. So I went somewhere else. Bad Service Department.

Absolutely horrible service, I ask there front desk lady a very simple question and she hung the phone on me, I call back and she was completely unprofessional and extremely rude. This place is a Micky mouse operation!

Very clean building and friendly staff in the parts dept. They had exactly what I needed in stock.
