This party city is a GREAT location with so many costume options and party goods to choose from. The employees were overly helpful and friendly, which we really appreciated especially on a busy Halloween day!

Staff was extremely helpful and lots of registers open. I was there few days before Halloween, their busiest time. They were great. I was super impressed and were open late.

Its a fun place, full of all kind of beautiful costumes and decorations for your house.

I was looking for theme party of the Dallas cowboys, didnt have, the tablecloths or a center peices for the table . So settled for just football theme, table runner plus football signs. I wanted celebrate my brother Birthday . My family and I still will give him nice party .

This is probably one of the better party city locations I’ve visited. The staff seems to be more courteous and helpful. There is a rather large selection of products.They are usually never out of anything! They didnt have the sold out costumes marked on the wall like other part citys Ive been to. The staff was helpful though

Ordered 21 balloons online to be picked up for a party. Put simple instructions on how I wanted them organized as instructed on the site. Arrived to pick them up and despite giving the employee my order # she handed me the completely wrong balloons. She didn’t even bother to check the order #. After giving me the correct order she insisted that the number of balloons was correct, but after counting they were a few short. Then come to find that they were out of some of the colors that I requested, and she asked me to go search for them, despite them being out. This place is a bit of a mess and the employees need better training clearly. You’re putting balloons together it’s not rocket science. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Smart layout really easy to find things you need and its a pretty large store and well-kept.

Havent been in Party City since my granddaughter was 5 or 6 & has hard time looking for something as simple as a birthday tiara... But a sales rep was kind enough to point me in the right direction🙏I also picked up a black & silver mask to complete my room decor🥰

They ok. Just that they need more coordination within the staffs. I orders 18 items to be delivered worth of $134 and they delivered just 3items worth $26. Called them up and they sent an uber to come deliver the rest without an apology. Customer service is zero, I must say.

Worst service. I ordered gender reveal pop balloons. They cancelled the order without notifying in advance. When I complained, staff didnt care, they said I will get refund. Money isnt a problem but If they had informed in advance, i would have arranged something. Additionally i asked them to inflate 6 latex balloons, i was charged $15 (double the amount), when I said you are overcharging, the cashier said it is right amount. I spoke to another staff and she admitted that I was overcharged and refunded half the amount. Never going here again.

Happy that the costume my son wanted was available. Cashier was friendly however one associate that I asked for assistance had my son and I waiting on the floor for 20mins and never came back to help me. I had to find help elsewhere.

I wish I could give zero stars. I placed a delivery order of 16 balloons with the 5 0 gold balloons as well. I asked for the delivery to be between 3:00pm and 4:00pm because we had dinner reservations for my mother’s 50th birthday at 5:00pm. The delivery came at 4:20pm and was missing the big number balloons (which was obviously the most important part of the order). I called and was clearly disappointed that my order was not correct. I was told that they could not deliver at first, and after expressing my disappointment I was later told that they would accommodate me and delivery the order. I was called at 6:01pm and told the remainder of the ordered items were on their way. They never showed. So to our surprise, we were left without the most important part of our order. I will never order from them again. Such a waste, save your money.

I went to buy two ballons for a birthday celebration and EVERY young girl behind the counter was on her phone head down and zoned out, making it very evident they had nothing to do. No acknowledgement, no greeting, nothing. There was one young woman who was assisting another client who seemed to be actually working. And maybe business is slow. Understandably. Just dont show it to customers. Glad I was justba visitor to the area.

Clean and very organized. The associates help with grabbing costumes and keeping everything easy and smooth.

Good selection of chinzzy stuff for your kids birthday party or uninspired last minuted probably offensive hallowseve costume.The other day i went for a large mylar balloon for my daughters birthday. 12.99. The 8 people behind the register had only 3 registers of the 6 open.

Girl that helped me was nice. Pickup for ballons was at 12, waited in line 20 minutes and ballons werent done and had to wait about 25. It shouldnt take 45 minutes for a pickup that was pre-scheduled

Friendly people stocking aisles immediately offered assistance in each aisle, without me having to ask. Checkout was just as great and also with a friendly and welcoming smile and disposition.

Krystle was amazing helping my teens plan a party. They were so indecisive and she was patient and helped them as if she were a party planner! Shes an amazing salesperson-- we bought our party supplies and she saved the day! We wouldve otherwise been in the store for hours and probably would not have bought anything because they couldnt decide. Krystle should be promoted. Thanks Krystle!

Youre not informed of your items purchased to be a final sale. You return them and then youre told it is and you can only get store credit. Which is on paper not like a gift card. Therefore, it will be lost before its used. They must be making a killing with all these paper store credit that goes in the trash accidentally. Then I was never given back my original receipt which had an item on it that was not returned. Total crooks! Educate your staff!

Let me first by saying I love party city. Their selection is massive. But I went to 3 party cities today. This was by far the worst one and I went last week but decided to give it a try again to see if their staff was just possibly having a bad day. But nope. The staff there is horrendous. I have never seen such disrespectful people. The reason there is always such a long line and takes 45 minutes minimum to get out of the store is because the people there could care less about the customers. I asked a simple question to an employee so she goes to ask another employee and that employees answer was I am off the clock so dont ask me any questions because I am not answering it. Last week that same employee was disrespecting another employee right in front of my face basically yelling at her for doing her job. Smh they seriously need to get that staff fixed because that is their only problem. The other two stores i was in and out in 15 minutes WITH ACTUALLY PLEASANT PEOPLE TO TALK TO.

Great selection of dr seuss stuff. Ordered some items online picked up in store easy-peasy no hassle.

Party supplies galore, as well as little party favors and all kinds of generic party toys and candy for little kids. Thats a little bit crazy, and I wish it was order online and pick up everything, but overall an event place to grab random supplies for whatever party you want. Very little lunar new year or cultural holiday stuff, but a lot of Superbowl stuff and US holiday supply.

Very well stocked store, and all things considered with the vast amount of goods they carry, it was well organized even around Halloween. Lines were long but they had many registers open and moved fast.

Large selection of Halloween decoration and costumes for young and old. There were accessories to allow you to design your own costume. Checkout was fast even though there were a ton of people doing last minute Halloween shopping.

Please recognize Amber at the East Hanover Nj. She was wonderful and very patient with creating our party balloon arrangements. This location is also always very clean, stocked and organized. The best party city store I’ve been too.

I always find what I am looking for. The balloon person was really helpful...I never knew about a bag that holds all of the balloons purchased was available! Helpful in getting them all into the car!

Checkout clerks very rude, even to each other. 30 minutes to wait on checkout, with only 3 people in front of me, bagged the stuff myself. Stocking guys nice, manager stood by talking away while line grew to 20 customers. Yeah, had to shop there, but wont be back anytime soon.

They broke a balloon in the store and for our bother to wait they gave us 2 extra for free

Everything you need for hosting a small gathering or a huge BBQ party. Its almost guaranteed that you will walk in with one idea or color scheme and leave out with another.More than one person has approached me and asked where my decorations came from during my recent event.

This is a pretty typical Party City. They have a large wall showing costume options around Halloween. They have several aisles dedicated to party planning and licensed party merchandise. They do plenty of balloon filling.

Clean and the people there were very helpful. Got what I wanted and was quick in getting what I wanted. 👍🏻

I rmember when party city first came out!! It was one of the only places a 15 year old girl could buy fishnet stockings back in the day!! Lol!! I had a lot of stuff from there... That place was like my favorate store! 😆! Good old days.... So yeah, you can find dang near everything here in a party city store. Its great for people like me who think 🎃 Halloween should be every day!!

Service was good....wasnt feeling the employee eating at the register though. Just not professional, at least wait until customer us checked out.

Generally rude on the phone and said, Were not open September 6 -- thats whatchamacallit day. Labor Day is September 5. Hold on...long time with horrible hold music. Called back got the same person who didnt say hello -- just heard her talking to someone else in the store. Oh well.Update: I was going to give them more credit after reaching someone helpful (Mekalia), but the helium balloons that I ordered were on the floor in less than 24 hours.

Two stars are for the interminable lines at the register. I visit this store fairly often and it is never staffed appropriately. The line snakes around the candy island while seven registers are manned by two people - on a good day. If someone purchases balloons or other service items the salesperson is out of commission seemingly forever and the situation becomes unbearable. Please, hire more staff to man the registers.

I went yesterday and none of the staff could be bothered! I asked a person if they could help me with finding a pinata and was told if its not above the theme your looking at we dont have it, not even in the back. WRONG since the pinata I wanted was in the front of the store with others on display. Then after ringing our stuff up I said they didnt use our coupon, I was told well you have to return everything then purchase again, but youre going to hold up the line. 1 person on register with a line of 8 to 10 people, 1 person floating around the front aimlessly, 1 filling balloons non stop (not being helped) 2 others very slowly refilling the stock in one row (the ones who claimed there were no more pinata, that hadnt moved from their spot the whole hour I was in the store).Horrible Experience!

Great place for last minute stuff

Not great. Just went to order balloons after waiting for a long line to pay for my balloons i found out that they cannot accept orders because they may run out of helium. Even though i was told i could place an order by another employee. They said the only way to guarentee balloons was to purchase high helium balloons paying extra per balloon. Just not a great experience, terrible customer service, bad additude from sales associate and not wanting to go back after that.

Curbside pickup is a joke since the phone number doesn’t works, there was a line of people outside store & 15 minute wait for picking up orders.

Lots of inexpensive party favors and the best buy for helium balloons.

The line was incredible for just blowing up helium baloons, but they did an amazing job with my daughters baby shower balloons they really know their stuff !!! Thanks a billion staff for June 2nd 7:30pm :)

You are always on line longer than you are shopping, everytime. I organized an Eid Al Fitr at work and I could buy signs online at other places but was disappointed that a store that celebrates everything did not have one sign.
