He listened well to our needs and really thought through how to make the most of the space with those needs in mind. He has a lot of experience and expertise in what he does and it comes through in his work. It’s been almost a year since we had our kitchen remodeled and we love it!

We had a great experience working with Joe S. at the East Hanover showroom. Joe listened carefully as we discussed our current kitchen and our initial ideas for improving it. He came up with a number of fresh ideas and did awesome renderings so it was never left up to the imagination. He kept in touch with us before the sale, while we were awaiting delivery of the cabinets, and after the sale to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. My husband and I went to three different cabinet places for help because we did not know what we were doing. We encountered poor service, sketchy sales people who just wanted to take advantage of our naivety, and some arrogant attitudes. We went to Luxcraft and met Joe Saladino! He was welcoming, super kind, and compassionate. He listened to everything we wanted, drew the design, made as many changes as we needed, and called us consistently to make sure everything was going well. He was there during the installation, after the installation, and ALWAYS had a smile and a fantastic attitude! We cannot say enough about Joe Saladino and his impeccable service. Luxcraft is extremely lucky to have him! If you are looking for HONESTY and integrity which is hard to find in this day and age you will find it here. My kitchen is absolutely beautiful! Im the owner of a multi-unit development in Bergen County, NJ. We had called Luxcraft Cabinets as there was a problem with one of the tenants cabinets in the kitchen; it completely broke off. (The cabinets are 26+ years old for reference.)Spase was extremely prompt in ordering the correct mechanisms needed and had his employee Ilya at the site installing it that weekend. Having recently completed a major kitchen renovation, we recommend Joe Saladino wholeheartedly. From the onset of the design to the execution of the plans, he was beyond invested in the process. One would have thought that our kitchen was his own based on the amount of time he devoted to us! Joe is extremely versed in computer-aided design and was able to create plans so detailed that we amended our architectural plans based on them. He truly listened to us and partnered with us to create the kitchen of our dreams. Also, his responsiveness level is second to none. Our only regret is that we will not need him to renovate again anytime soon!
