If I could give this store zero stars I would. My 70 plus year old mom went yesterday to try to order a door and was so racially profiled. The man if that is what you want to call him wouldnt help her at all. He told her he wouldnt take her measurements to give her a price or schedule for a screen door. I have lived in East Hanover as well as work in the area and will be sharing how they treat African Americans. This is disgusting because I recommended my Mom to go to check out the store.

Mike Sullivan and lifetime aluminum did a great job, were very responsive, have great customer service skills and are reasonably priced. We are very pleased with our new front door and the window installation they did. Highly recommended.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would very rude staff when you ask them a price on an item they cant tell you the price and there stuff is way overpriced . I was treated very rudely by a salesman I live in East Hanover and have for many years I will be sure to tell my friends and neighbors not to shop there go to Home Depot.

Fair Pricing, and Great Service from beginning to end. Installers Glenn & Brian were an excellent team: efficient, focused, clean, and systematic. They scraped & cleaned every label and sticky glue off each pane. Quiet w no music blasting or stopping to check social media. Mike, the estimator was honest & direct re: turn-around time for the order and scheduling. Sandy & Stephen, the in-office crew, called or emailed when appropriate and I never went to voice mail if I had a question.

I would highly recommend lifetime aluminum. From start to finish they were professional and very understanding of my needs. I’ve put off getting new windows because of prices I’ve gotten. When I called mike he came right over and made some recommendations for my windows. I was very surprised by his fair price. They can even order replacement sash and parts for windows and glass. They have professional installers for their products as well. Highly recommended.

I’ve been a customer of Lifetime for nearly 50 years (yes I’m old) and have always received outstanding service and products from them, from repairing screens, installing a frameless shower door, up to replacing all the windows and exterior doors on my house several years ago. They did the job professionally, swiftly, and immaculately. Dave and Mike have been there forever and this is just the type of local business we should all be patronizing.

I recently purchased a custom sized shower enclosure to replace a very old one.The product looks great, the installation was excellent as was the service. They were pleasant and easy to deal with.They also repaired some screens for me.All good.

Weve used Lifetime Aluminum 3 times over the past 3 years. For one project, they installed windows in our basement, and higher end windows at the front of our house. Theyre also installed a custom storm door and new threshold, trim, and weather stripping on our back door, and the same for the front door. In all instances they were on time and didnt rush the job, took the time to do it right and made sure we were pleased with the job. Weve noticed much better insulation than we had before, and they made good recommendations in terms of the products to use. Weve worked mainly with Mike Sullivan and really appreciate his craftsmanship and experience.

We had lifetime aluminum come and replace around 14 windows and a storm door in our house in Randolph . Mike, the contractor who measured, was extremely informative, straight forward, and helpful. Once we agreed on the contract, the workers that showed up were polite and professional. They cleaned up after there work was finished and the installation couldn’t have gone smoother. As the homeowner, we had changed the patio prior to the installation which messed up the measurement of the door. Mike was great in assisting us in OUR mess up and continued to make sure we were happy and stress free. I highly recommend Lifetime Aluminum for windows and door installation.

We had bought our screen door from them years ago. i called two weeks ago because the screens need replacement and I need new screens on my sliding screen doors. i also have a slider that keeps falling off the track. When I described the problems, the woman who answered their phone (who was not particularly pleasant when I said i could not bring the doors in) said she would call me to let me know when someone would be here.Did you hear from her? Because Lifetime Aluminum never called me back. I am now searching for another firm who can do this job. If I could have given them zero stars, I would have.
