Sew Jersey in East Hanover makes it so easy to sew in Jersey. They were very very helpful while I researched and subsequently purchased my dream sewing machine, making a number of visits while I made up my mind. On every visit, either Jackie or one of her associates patiently answered my questions and offered me helpful advice.I am so glad I took advantage of their free one-on-one tutorial for the machine I purchased, and using it at home has been easy with their helpful tools and advice. I highly recommend Sew Jersey, and cant wait to visit their new location!

Love the new location in East Hanover. Staff is very helpful. Went to purchase fusible batting & interfacing. Couldnt resist purchasing fabric & pattern book for a quilt. Cant wait to go back.

I love the new store. They are so friendly and helpful with my questions about my sewing machine regarding some of the functions. I love their fabrics that they have in the store - great selection.

I went in with some fabric that I bought on-line from another store, and the staff we happy to help me find something to coordinate. None of the solids - which is what I had in mind - were the right match. However, the person helping me found a couple of options that will go beautifully with the prints I chose. As always, staff are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Great customer service, friendly and most of all welcoming attitude for any customer that walks through the door!! They have a great selection of products and services and always willing to help with questions and suggestions!

How does this defense makes sense?If you cant explain why the service is so bad dont throw it on your costumer and walk away.UNPROFESSIONAL!AWFUL assistance as Janome dealer and AWFUL costumer service. I was promised a quote of a part in the beginning of the week and I mentioned I had extreme urgency as I depend on the machine to work. The quote was promised for next day and this was on Monday. Today is Saturday I call back to follow up for the 3rd time and they dont even know what I am talking about. EXTREMELY POOR ATTENTION! WORSE SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED.

This staff at this store is super helpful and really took the time to help me select a machine that was right for me. I always get machine maintenance and repair services from them. Expert techs! My machine always comes back good as new!They have been my go to for a couple of years now.

The staff is very friendly and helpful! I come here when Im in the area (obviously less now, with Covid). I do wish there was a wider range of adult classes, hopefully after Covid clears up..The fabric is a bit pricey for my range, but its really great quality! I got the fabric for my sons weighted blanket over a year and a half ago and its held up really REALLY well. Even the cotton side is really sturdy fabric!

This store is terrific in long arm quilting services. I couldnt be more pleased.

I cant say enough wonderful things about Sew Jersey! Jackie is wonderful, knowledgeable and honestly one of the nicest people I have had the pleasure to meet. I was having trouble with a brother embroidery machine and Jackie sat very patiently with me and helped me to figure out the issue. From tech support to supplies to just a nice place to meet like minded people Sew Jersey is amazing!!! I would tell anyone who wants to start sewing/quilting/embroidery to check them out!!! You wont be disappointed.

Always has what I need to make my quilts

Took me 3 hrs to get there n when I got there I was very disappointed there one section that they show on there web site was full with material when I was there today it was almost empty. Didnt help me very much with what I wanted. When I walked in someone came up to me n said hi n walked away n never saw her again but I can emreally say I was very disappointed in the store n the 3 hrs it took I would not go back

The repair service is a total joke. Avoid at all costs. LOOK ELSEWHERE turn around and run run run. 250$ down the drain.

Thank you for all other reviewer! It was true.My sawing machine was broken and I was looking for the place to fix. Thanks google! I found right place.The shop is on a shopping mall and second floor.I called them at first, such a nice person was on a phone made me want to bring my sawing machine.When I saw the lady, she was very nice. The price was fix one problem: 50$, check all:99$. The sawing machine technician will be there only Saturday.----> fixed my machine in 3 days...However, unfortunately my sawing machine was not fixed.. still have the same problem. Ill call them and fix again...(thats why 3 stars)I wish this shop is close to my house(drive 40min...)

I dont usually write reviews, but Skip fixed my sewing machine so fast - it sews beautifully. Would recommend you take your machine here to be serviced - do not even hesitate. The whole group of people were so friendly.

I love having a fabric store a few towns away that is just so much better than Joanns or Hobby Lobby. The selection is great, and prices are very reasonable. Cant wait until they have knit fabric too!

What an amazing shop! All of my favorite fabrics from Tula Pink and Kaffe Fassett sit happily waiting for my next purchase while the huge additional selection ensures the perfect choice when I need a problem solved. The owner is a discerning quilter who helps in every possible way. Her advice is a critical value component for me.Sew Jersey has classes, but I have not yet partaken. As for my next sewing machine, I will shop here. The onsite service is a huge inducement t staying within the family.
