Scam artists!!! Went for a free amazon return, guy tells me to grab an envelope. Then charges me $3.83. I asked where are the prices and why didnt he tell me? He laughed and said well you didnt think it was free did you? Yes. For a free amazon return that i literally hand u the item and you literally pack and label all the time. Yes I did. I asked where the prices were for the envelopes, he said they arent listed. Well how am I supposed to know the secret prices if your not listed envelopes for a free amazon return? Owner chimes in and i explain they are always free, I hand it to them, they give me a receipt and I walk away. She says I am wrong. Oh ok, thats never ever happened.wow, just terrible customer service all around! Just explain its going to be a cost before you seal something. I asked if I could take it back then, he said no because the envelope is already sealed. Bs!

This was the best UPS experience Ive ever had. Even while waiting in line and seeing other customers interact with the staff, it was clear they were very satisfied.Sheyla was specifically incredible!I came from about 40 minutes away to get my fingerprinting done and didnt realize that I didnt have the QR code needed to do it. Where most people would send me home and say better luck next time, Sheyla knew exactly what to do and who to call. She helped me throughout the entire process from start to finish and made it as seamless as physically possible.I wish all UPS stores (and stores in general) were this friendly and helpful!
Made me purchase a tape to seal the package I was shipping. All other UPS stores usually offer FREE tape for customer’s convenience

The lady in the store was very helpful. She had to key in some passcode and guided me to take prints. Good service, but its a bit pricey. Not so if you submit, odder your prints and pay online, but the portal was not accepting any credit cards - theyve to fix it. Ill definitely use online services, its hassle free. If I have to go directly with more work, Id prefer Staples, I was able to take prints without anybodys help there

I went there to get the print out and ship. The machines they had didn’t work with my USB so the manager used a computer to get my prints. She didn’t even tell me there is computer rental charge. When I told her she didn’t tell me there was charge to use the computer she was very rude. I think the customer should be informed beforehand if there were going to be unexpected charges.Shipping is also expensive so avoid going there if you can. I had two packages to ship but only shipped one.
This place doesn’t deserve any stars! Absolutely horrible! Do not go here! The customer service is terrible! I walked in to the manager yelling at a customer who was an elderly woman. She came into make copies, and the manager was trying to multitask and was so impatient with her. She yelled at her to pay 22 cents multiple times for her copies, even though the elderly woman heard her clearly. The manager was also working on other tasks, while trying to help two different customers. She seemed very scatterbrained, and burnt out! She even started speaking in Spanish to the other workers, clearly saying mean things about the old woman. The elderly woman was so admirable because she stayed calm the entire time, and even wished the manger a “nice day” on her way out, and the manger coldly said, “you too” under her breath. Even another customer watching the scene called the manger rude. Then, the manager started talking to her workers about how much she’s hates working at the counter while helping me, and wasn’t even focused on what I asked her to do. VERY, VERY, unprofessional- especially from the manager! There was even a worker’s child in the back watching this entire time. What a bad influence!
Quick in-and-out Amazon return
Went there several times to send packages to my parents back home. Never ran into an issue before. Being that im new to shipping packages the girls in the store explained it to me very easily and were very professional.Dont be discouraged and see for yourself. Keep doing a great job girls, see ya soon!
Lady was rude to me. No eye contact or hello or anything. She just put her hands out to take my package. I handed it to her she looked at it and said I had to repackage it. I asked her if she can tape it, she said, no I have to buy box for $5.50. $5.50 for a plain empty box? Yea, no Im good.
The girls at the store work with me so well, therefore I dont understand the comments below.... Everytime I need a quick job they get it done regardless of how many customers are in the store. They made it easy for me to pick up if I had to run in and out. Also with packaging service, they are very great at protecting picture frames I sent to my daughter in college. The cookies I sent to my son also arrived in perfect condition, not a single one broke! Overall the service and attention at store 1580 is great, super friendly and very accomidating! Keep it up!

Take your business to USPS for cheaper and better service. Tried mailing a small bubble envelope from their store today and they tried to charge me $12 for it. Then when he saw that I was not going pay that he instantly lowered the price to $6. Still seemed overpriced for the small parcel and I was blown away from the shadiness so I took it to USPS and ended up sending 2 of the same size parcels for under $5!!! This UPS is a complete rip off. It would have cost me $24 to mail both envelopes here...
Stay away from this store. No one speaks English and terribly rude. They also do not open at 8 as advertised.
Dropped off box to be mailed back to Evine only to find out they mailed it to a medical place in another state and tried to blame me for the error .. I managed to get the phone number to the company they sent it to (which they denied) and thankfully they were very helpful and are in the process of sending the package back to me .. they are also filing a complaint against this store with corporate as am I .. the manager never got on the phone to explain anything other than to say it was my fault .. unprofessional, disrespectful and more .. do not use this store for any reason .. UPS should be ashamed to have them representing them!!
