A technician even walked us through our new truck’s features before we drove out the show room—not off the lot, yes, out of the show room doors.Gengras isn’t the closest dealer to us but their hours were flexible. We didn’t have to call out during the work week, nor wait until the next weekend. It was worth the extra distance.

We love the new car. Originally came to this place for a simple model, walked out with a more expensive one with a bunch of upgrades. Gentleman who showed us the test vehicle assured us that ours is exactly the same except for the color. Unfortunately they showed us a vehicle with more features than they sold to us which was later explained that those are available upgrades that will come at additional cost. So we are missing like the smart trunk opening/closing feature even though we got the Plus line. On top of that we contacted them quite a few times over a period of 2-3 months as our car was missing one of the door mats which we were told are on the way. Manager promised a home delivery with the missing mat and complimentary all weather mats. Only the all weather ones were delivered which is nice but still. Not going back there. Those salesman are just that and managers are making fake promises they can not keep and/or complete in timely manner. Perhaps our last jeep due to this experience.

My experiences with Gengras Service department has been less than stellar. My Jeep has been in for Service on numerous occasions. There was a recall which caused rhe vehicle to stall at any time and once wgile on the highway. At first the recall part was not available and the service department did try a work around until the part was available, to no avail as the vehicle stalled a few times after the fix. They had the vehicle 3 times for this problem and the one time for 3 months trying to figure out how to fix the the issue. it was finally returned without being fixed and now with other issues. Upon return of the Jeep, the check engine light came on within days and it would not start without pushing the start button 3 times. Finally the recall part became available and the issue was fixed. The starting problem i was told was a break switch, which was causing the check engine light to illuminate. Paid for the fix and car was returned. I drove the vehicle less than 20 miles and the check engine light is back on. I would have expected much better service than what has been my experience. I would not purchase another vehicle or recommend Gengras to others.

We got the whole deal done over the phone. Upon delivery Sam walked me through the car and explained anything I wanted to know. Great team there and very unlike most car dealerships.Update: Its been two months since I got my Jeep and I have to adjust the star rating. While the buying process has been great, getting my car registered through them (which still hasnt happened) has been a nightmare. I keep getting the run around and no answers as to why its taking so long. My questions are ignored and calls to the finance department arent returned. Ive asked multiple times for contact information to the 3rd party company they use for registration and no response. If I knew to expect this ahead of time, I would have done the registration and paid sales tax on my own instead of through them.

We went to Gengras last week in search for a lease deal on a Jeep Compass. Upon our arrival we were greeted by our salesman, our appointment was for 10 and were told that the vehicle would be ready. The salesman brought us to the car and left us there for 20 minutes without showing us the vehicle or giving us a word on what the wait was for. Looking from the outside of the car you could see that the car was poorly detailed with even cobwebs in the tire well. Obviously we pointed this out to the salesman who then became snarky with us as if we were a burden for asking that the brand new car we were getting was clean. After sending the car back to get the outside detailed, we then met with a finance individual who took money of the deal and called in the sales manager (Dave). Dave then went above and beyond and understood our issues. He offered all weather floor mates and a full detail of the car. Our issue was with our individual salesman and not the dealership as a whole. Dave understood our problems and wanted to make sure he did all that he could to make the experience better.

I recently gave Gengras a 5 star based on my experience in their sales department. That still stands. However, my experience with the service department has been the worst. I came in for a regular check in (oil change, tire rotation, etc) and was told that I have seized calipers which caused my brake pad’s lifespan to decrease substantially. Fine. I spoke with my service advisor and let him know about my extended warranty and asked him to call immediately since it was relatively urgent. He didn’t call them until 3 days after. I get that he’s busy, but 3 days? He finally called when I gave him a call to check up on the status of it. That would all be okay if they hadn’t lost the key to my wheel locks. I’m getting new brakes done from someone other than Gengras and they now have to rip my wheel locks off because Gengras lost my key. Everything with this service department has been extremely unprofessional. Every time I call, it’s “give me your number and I’ll have an advisor call you back.” But no one ever calls back. It’s been a week since my car was serviced and I still don’t know what my actual estimate is for new brakes. Like I said, I went somewhere else, and am never going back here. Also feel like gengras owes me new wheel locks… but I’m not gonna even try and waste my time with that. Never again!

Got my jeep serviced here after another jeep dealer couldnt fix an electrical problem that has plagued the vehicle for quite some time. Lucky for me, Gengras found the source of the problem and all is now rectified. The reason for the 4 out of 5 stars instead of the full 5 is that I thought the communication process could have been better. They kept the jeep for almost 3 weeks trying to find the source of the problem and I felt that I had to initiate the calls to find out what was going on. Anyway, they ended up finding the problem and everything is good.

They really went above & beyond when we picked-up the vehicle - it was at night after dark & cold. Ryan had parked the Grand Cherokee inside the showroom so we could see it clearly in the light & he showed us how everything worked. We had brought our kids to pick it up & instead of having us sit in an office & wait while they prepared things in finance we were all able to sit in/walk around the jeep & the kids love being able to check everything out - it was a really nice touch that made the service level over the top for me.

Initially my experience was great. They are extremely helpful when you are purchasing the car. The issue rose when I had a mechanical issue with the car. I kept getting the run around from all the employees and my sales associate Tyler. Each time I would call I would be put on hold for 30 min and then be told there was nothing they can do. Eventually my car got fixed. There was an employee at the Chevy dealer ship that was very helpful that helped speed line the process. I was also told that they would schedule a tow truck to pick my car but then they said they couldn’t. They told me if I was able to tow the truck then I would be reimbursed for the total. I called after about two weeks and sent Tyler multiple emails and was ignored. I also followed up a couple times months after and was ignored again. This happen in February and still no response. So if you want a good buying experience and then be ignored if an issue arises this is the place to go.

Drove to their location from NJ, Alejandro made us feel right at home right as we entered through the door. He treated us more like his guests rather than just another customer. He recognized the value of time and the drive for an out of state client and made sure the vehicle was available for me to test drive and purchase when I get there. I ended up purchasing the Wrangler from him because he gave me a great price on it. He regularly emailed me throughout the week he had my deposit in hand and was very transparent throughout the processuntil we made the purchase. I wish I get a salesperson like Alejandro anytime I try to purchase a vehicle in the future. I honestly wish I could give zero stars. I traded my lease in for another Jeep back in December. Gengras had no clue I traded the car in, no clue they were in possession of the car, and NEVER paid off the car from the trade in. It’s now August, the car is still not paid off by Gengras per our agreement. My credit has been completely destroyed because of Gengras. They refuse to call me back or give me a letter stating that their negligence to pay my car off in December is why the payment showed up “late” to the creditors. Sending in this letter is the first step to repairing my credit. This has been a complete nightmare, and honestly their actions must be illegal. I’m disgusted with the entire situation .

I had the best delivery with Brandon M! He went over the WHOLE entire car with me. He went over every button, switch and knob and made sure I knew what they did. We paired my phone and went over ALL the touchscreen functions. He and was super friendly and personable! He even showed me a few extras. He was great! The rest of the staff.. Ethan, Matt and Nic were all very nice too!

This dealership loves to sell, but hates helping with anything after the sale. My new car had a few minor issues, and these people were impossible to get ahold of. I had to dig my heels in and call several days in a row to get ahold of a manager, and even then he wasn’t very helpful and told me to take it to their other dealership. I also left something important in the car I traded in, and once again, nobody was willing to help. Guy named Ed was supposedly looking for me, but never got back to me. When I called to follow up, Ed was on vacation and supposedly nobody else was able to help since Ed was “working” on it. Well I’m guessing he wasn’t working very hard on it or I would’ve at least received a courtesy call. Do yourself a favor and avoid Gengras Chrysler Dodge - worst customer service I have ever experienced at a car dealership.

Victoria is absolutely AMAZING!!!! My son and I came in browsing. We ended up meeting the perfect saleswoman. She turned browsing into a happy, seemless fun experience! Shes very knowledgeable, great explainer and easy to relate to. Having a bad experience prior at Gengras Jeep she made it so I would definitely return. She is an asset to Gengras Jeep and to humqnity!!

My sales person was Victoria, she was excellent. I went in to see about leasing details with a trade in for a Jeep I already have. They quoted me over 700 dollars for a monthly lease. So I kindly said, I’m all set because I’m not looking to pay that much. Then the manager came over to talk about my experience which was a fine experience. Then he said I should finance a car which I’m already doing. I stated I clearly wanted to lease. All he wanted was for me to end up walking out with a car which wasn’t happening. Then the manager said for me to discuss with my parents as if I was a 16 year old. It was rude and unprofessional of him. I will not be going back there.

Just want to start off saying I LOVE, LOVE MY JEEP. Brandon went far and beyond to help me get my birthday truck. I told him what I was looking for and he DEFINITELY DELIVERED. Down to the color and features and the price. I just want to thank you very much for helping me get into this jeep a.k.a Ghost Jr LOL... My kids were so happy when I pick them up from daycare and surprise them with our new truck. They were so happy and excited. Brandon definitely did a very good job. Polite and very patient and kept me updated with the processing. I really appreciate all the help and will definitely let everyone know where and who I went to for my birthday truck. Updated August 2020...Well...we did it again! Back to Gengras to add to our fleet. We were referred to Devin Booth, the Jeep expert, to search out our first Jeep. Devin, was ultra knowledgeable and passionate about the Jeep life. Not only did he work his butt off for us, he seemed to have a real fun time and was not pushy at all. He was very responsive throughout the process, follow through and followed up in a genuinely caring way. Evan M, the finance guy was full of energy and as well as knowledge; he provided objective guidance and worked in our favor not just to increase the bottom line. A great experience overall plus we are in love with our new ride! The team made us feel welcomed and valued! Go there!

Just bought a used wrangler from gengras Victoria made the buying process quick and easy for me while being very responsive even if she wasn’t in that day.
