Great store there in E. HARTFORD CT. Awesome, friendly, and super helpful employees as well. Thanks a bunch Malek (?spelling). 5 yrs ago bought a bunch of items from Dudley MA store. Yesterday took 3.5 hour road trip (from where I now live North VT) to return because this place has such great looking, quality, and properly priced building materials/fixtures. Got all I needed- Plus items for future projects (13x10 bathroom tile floor, and 2 barn doors with sliding rails hardware). Highly Recommend This, or any of the Home Outlet stores for thier products. The bathroom vanity has been awesome, as is that toilet- yeah I know toilet might not be the most glamorous of things, but (in past) Id bought a Mansfield from plumbing supply place for like 5 or 6 hundred- this one here for 150.00 +/- every bit as stylish and works great, never an issue.

Ricky was a pleasure to work with. He should be the Manager of the store. He cares and knows the products they carry. Not to mention he’s as real and authentic as they come. Thank you for all of your help this week. :)

We love this place. They have great laminate counters that look like stone that we were able to take home the same day! They also custom ordered us a 3 drawer base cab for our kitchen which perfectly matches our 1993 cabinets, saving us 1000’s on buying all new cabinets! The employees are super helpful too! I forgot the 2 guys names who helped us on Saturday 10/17/20 but they we’re great!

The employee John and his co - worker were great. I ordered online . When I showed up to get my laminate plank flooring it was ready. I also walked around and bought more things. The Price was great for a good product. Store was organized and clean.

Now this place is a little charm you might say. Looking for a Bay window or update your kitchen or bathroom.. you may want to stop by and look before hitting the big stores. The Staff are very helpful. 4 stars due to no AC but they have air mover fans.

The place have good prices and good items. I would love to go more often, but the hrs are very unconvinience to a contractor. I am working all day and usually buy my items in the evening . The place closes at 6 pm . I went to the store with some clients to buy kitchen cabinets at 5 pm, but it was so difficult for the client to make up their mind on a lack of time. We was told to come back another day. We went to a Home Improvement Store and got the cabinets the same day. They spend over $8500. Hrs are the key to success.

They have a great selection of products at reasonable prices. The only problem is that you will need to go with your contractor or person doing the job. The employees are helpful but not very informative & discrepancies that could add up to hundreds of dollars left out.

Purchased my porcelain tile here at a great price! I love my tile! I only made one purchase, but have been to this store about 5 times. On each of my visits, the staff was very helpful and patient.

Employees take time to advise and the prices are very fair. Quality has been good for trim, flooring, doors, sinks, tiles and other materials.

Some great prices to be found here. A lot of flooring possibilities. Doors, windows, some lumber, miscellaneous hardware. Worth a stop, never know what you might find of value.

I think this store is a rip off. I went in the store to get a toilet for my disable mom i got no help from no one. I was in there 3 times i got the wrong idem, finally i talked to Eric the store manager he was ok but CHAD wow he was a piece of work. I said i live in the area and he said i should kick myself myself for not coming over here sooner, i said NO I SHOULD KICK MYSELF FOR COMING OVER HERE NOW, A make it so bad they sold me a used dirty nasty toilet. Then I went to Home Depot.. Finally im at peace and with i new toilet. Its not a bargain its a headache.

Bargain Outlet is open Monday-Friday 9am-6pm Saturday 9am-5pm and Sunday 10am-4pm. Bargain Outlet stores are in Springfield Mass Chicopee Mass and East Hartford CT.
