They were very nice when I called to order a tool. They stock allot of inventory. However I specifically asked for a tool and was told that I was getting a unit that their website says has a feature that I needed. When I got the tool it did not have that feature. When I called Customer service I was told that the advertisement was wrong with no other discussion other than would you like to spend more for the item. I would say buyer beware..

Dont bother applying for jobs with this company. You will never hear back from them even after 2 interviews.
