My husband and I have been married for almost 50 years. During that time we have purchased many cars, appliances, furnishings, etc. Never have we had the quality purchasing experience we had yesterday at Mattress Firm in East Haven, CT. We needed to purchase a mattress and it was a task I was not looking forward to due to my difficulty and awkwardness getting on and off a bed caused by back problems and recent spinal fusion surgery. I need not have worried. Enter Will our sales associate. He was professional, pleasant, respectful, gracious, extremely helpful and sensitive to my situation. He was knowledgeable and knew exactly how to narrow down the many mattress options to the two that he felt best suited my needs. We ended up purchasing the first one he showed us. The mattress was delivered the very next day at the time promised. Will even called us at 7:00 P.M. to confirm that we had received it. The delivery persons were efficient and friendly. I will write a review on the mattress in a couple months, after I have used it some. At this time I just want to thank not only Will, but also Donna (from the Branford store who was also helpful), and Mattress Firm for providing this area with such a beautiful store and such competent, professional and friendly salespersons.
