Had to pick up new vent for bathroom excellent customer service went to HD they had no idea what I was talking about or what I needed, was able to get vent here

Very Unhappy with Harvey window order and service. I recently purchased windows for a house we were rehabbing. I had to Order one extra replacement window when it came in I picked it up and took it to the jobsite when I unwrapped it it was missing all its parts the expansion on the top of the window the seal guard the screws upon further examination the pieces on the side of the window that hold the window up were missing so the window was slam down. I called the storeIn East Haven Connecticut where I bought the window and was told they would re-order me a new window. Two weeks later I get a call that they’ve done nothing and they want me to call the factory and get parts. I said that was unacceptable, I wanted a new window. I wasn’t going to piece together this one. I’ve worked with Harvey for years and years, this will be my last.

Order some windows and doors there a few weeks ago everything everything seemed fine Ill let you know after the windows are delivered and installed .
