Place is clean, and a nice atmosphere! Owner has much knowledge on all the products he sells. He is very nice and always helps with any information you might need about a product or a related product. There is decent variety. However I am not one to use fruit flavor juice and thats the majority of flavors he has. I particularly like custard. Or desert like flavors and there is not too many to choose from. I have gotten more e-juice bottles that I tried once and never used again then ones that Ive actually used. Thats one of the things that is the downfall here. The very fact that you cannot try Vape juice youre buying. So my advice if you find one that you happen to like I would stick with that. It can be costly to keep trying different ones and not like them

Products are fine, prices are pretty high, but there’s been countless times I’ve been in the store where the cashiers aren’t wearing masks, and are telling the customers that it’s okay not to wear their masks, and also proceeding to vape in the store in the way of customers. Probably won’t be coming back after this experience.

I have been to many of these smoke shops and I have to say they are amazing . They always great you with a smile😊 and Al he is just absolutely amazing, he doesnt rush you, he takes his time to get to know his customers and remembers what his customers like. He has made it really easy to get gifts for my loving husband ❤️ even when he isnt with me . Ive been coming to the store ever since it opened, and I have been to a handful of shops, and I have to say my honest opinion is this is definitely the best one I have been to. The prices are perfect, the staff is professional and it is always helpful and always helps you out in anyway possible, Definitely one of the better smoke shop to open in East Haven, and the owner is the absolute coolest person to speak with and ask questions and just a great person.
