Terrible place they take 2 Wks to repair one window bad customer service.

Honest, more than fair pricing, professional. Called on a Wednesday because I had an emergency and needed a large piece of glass removed and a new piece installed.. and I needed it done quickly. Installers showed up the very next morning and were courteous, installed it quickly, and left no mess. Thank you!

Worst possible place to do business at. The owner always has excuses why something isnt done yet. The installer walked off the job. It took from August till 1 day before tha ksgovong to get a single window replaced that was damaged in the storm. Pricing was actually good but everything else was abysmal at best.

I suggest you do not call this company. They missed 2 different appointments that were previously confirmed. When I called, the staff all had different answers to the same question and were very abrasive. Ultimately I had to use a different company after waiting a week.

Great people to do business with. Great product line. Very affordable.

Yet another example of a business to busy to be good at being in business. Its alarming how many in the business community simply have no idea just how important phone etiquette is, or returning a promised call, or a myriad of other things.
